| 1 | High precision slope deformation monitoring model based on the GPS/Pseudolites technology in open-pit mine显示文摘As the number and geometric intensity of visual satellites are susceptible to large slopes in open-pit mines, we propose integration of GPS/Pseudolites (PLs) positioning technology which can increase the number of visible satellites, strengthen the geometric intensity of satellites and provide a precision solution for slope deformation monitoring. However, the un-modeled systematic errors are still the main limiting factors for high precision baseline solution. In order to eliminate the un-modeled systematic error, the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) theory is employed. The multi-scale decomposition and reconstruction architecture are defined here on the basis of the EMD theory and the systematic error mitigation model is demonstrated as well. A standard of the scale selection for the systematic error elimination is given in terms of the mean of the accumulated standardized modes. Thereafter, the scheme of the GPS/PLs baseline solution based on the EMD is suggested. The simulation and experiment results show that the precision factors (DOP) are reduced greatly when PLs is located suitably. | 3 | A new method for mining deformation monitoring with GPS-RTK显示文摘Based on ranging intersection theory, a new method which is simple and easy to operate was proposed for data collection in the mine surface deformation monitoring with GPS-RTK centering rod measurements. It can fully eliminate the inevitable shaking error and the vertical deflection, and to some extent weaken the multipath effect on the estimates of coordinates in a relatively short period of time, using high-frequency observations. | 5 | Study on Biotribological Behavior of the Combined Joint of CoCrMo and UHMWPE/BHA Composite in a Hip Joint Simulator显示文摘UHMWPE composites reinforced with Bovine Bone Hydroxyapatite(BHA)in different contents were prepared by heatpressing formation method.A hip joint wear simulator was used to investigate the biotribological behavior of UHMWPE/BHAcomposite acetabular cups against CoCrMo alloy femoral heads in bovine synovia lubrication at 37±1 ℃.It was found that theaddition of BHA powder to UHMWPE can improve the hardness and creep modulus of UHMWPE/BHA composites,anddecrease their wear rates under bovine synovia lubrication.When the content of BHA filler particles was up to 30 wt%,UHMWPE/BHA composites demonstrated the well design performances of the surface and biotribological properties.Fatigue,ploughing and slight adhesive wear were the main wear mechanisms for UHMWPE and its composites.In addition,the sizes ofwear particles became larger with an increase in BHA powder addition.These results suggest that BHA filler is a desirablecomponent to increase the wear resistance of UHMWPE/BHA composites for biomedical applications. | Qingliang Wang, Jinlong Liu, Shirong GeCollege of Materials and Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou 221007, P. | 6 | Neural invasion in pancreatic carcinoma显示文摘Background: Neural invasion is a special metastaticroute in pancreatic cancer and responsible for thehigh recurrence in curatively resected cases.Objective: To summarize the characteristics andmechanisms of neural invasion in pancreatic carcino-ma for the better treatment of this disease.Data sources: The international literatures were re-viewed about the definition, incidence and mecha-nisms of neural invasion and its clinicopathology, di-agnosis and treatment.Data synthesis: Neural invasion is defined when themedial perineurium is involved by cancer cells, ac-counting for 45 %--100 % of all cases. It can be divid-ed into different kinds or stages according to its loca-tions and the number of nerve fascicles involved. In-vasion along vascularity, lymphatic vessels, perineu-ral space and neurotropism is considered as its pri-mary mechanisms. No clinicopathologic factors arecorrelated with neural invasion. Intravascular ultra-sound, CT scan and immunostaining K-ras gene a-nalysis can be used to diagnose neural invasion pre-,intra- or postoperatively.Conclusion: Neural invasion is an important prognos-tic factor for the recurrence of pancreatic carcinomaafter pancreatectomy. | 7 | Determination of the available energy values and amino acid digestibility of Flammulina velutipes stem waste and its effects on carcass trait and meat quality fed to growing-finishing pigs显示文摘Background:Flammulina velutipes stem waste(FVS)is the by-product of mushroom industry.The objectives of this study were to determine the available energy and amino acid digestibility of FVS fed to pigs,and to evaluate the effects of dietary FVS inclusion on growth performance,biochemical profile of serum,fecal short chain fatty acid(SCFA)concentration,carcass traits,meat quality,intestinal morphology and microflora of pigs.In Exp.1,twelve crossbred barrows with initial body weight(IBW)of 37.48±4.31 kg were randomly allotted to 2 dietary treatments,including a corn basal diet and an experimental diet containing 24.35%FVS.In Exp.2,twelve barrows fitted with an ileal T-cannula(IBW:32.56±1.67 kg)were randomly allotted to 2 dietary treatments,which included a N-free diet and an experimental diet containing 40.0%FVS.In Exp.3,ninety growing pigs(IBW:63.98±6.89 kg)were allotted to 1 of 3 treatment diets for 63 d,including a basal diet and 2 experimental diets with 2.5%and 5%FVS,respectively.Results:The digestible energy(DE)and metabolizable energy(ME)of FVS were 4.58 and 4.06 MJ/kg on dry matter basis,respectively,and the standardized ileal digestibility(SID)of indispensable AAs ranged from 17.50%to 59.47%.Pigs fed diets with 2.5%FVS showed no difference on average daily gain(ADG)and gain to feed ratio(G/F).Although dietary 5%FVS inclusion impaired apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD)of organic matter and gross energy,it elevated the SCFA concentration(P≤0.04)in gut and antioxidant capacity in serum.In addition,dietary FVS inclusion depressed the backfat thickness(P=0.03)in pigs.The longissimus dorsi muscle of pigs fed FVS revealed higher n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid concentration and optimized fatty acid composition.Dietary 2.5%FVS inclusion also improved the intestinal development and health by increasing the villius height to crypt depth ratio(V/C)in jejunum(P<0.01),and promoting microbial diversity and beneficial microbiota proliferation.Conclusions:It is feasible to include moderate content of FVS as an unconventional fiber ingredient in diet of growingfinishing pigs. | Xuzhou Liu Bo Zhang Hansuo Liu Gang Zhang Jinbiao Zhao Ling Liu Xiangshu Piao Hui Song Shuai Zhang Yu Li | 2020 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2020,11,3: | 6 |
| 8 | Subsidence control and farmland conservation by solid backfilling mining technology显示文摘Solid backfilling mining technology, which decreases the height of fissure zone and caving zone, and alleviates the subsidence, is a new technology for farmland conservation. Based on the situation analysis of farmland destruction in mining area, three ways for farmland protection were proposed. In order to improve the feasibility of this technology, the limited filling materials should be used to increase resources recovery ratio, and then the surplus materials could be backfilled into goaf. An index, namely farmland conservation ability, was put forward to optimize the ways for farmland conservation. At last, the Wanbei coal mine was taken as a case for farmland conservation. | 9 | Description to wear debris boundaries by radar graph fractal method显示文摘In this paper,radar graph fractal method is introduced to describe wear debris boundaries. Research results show that it is a nice way to describe wear debris boundaries. Since the longest axis is selected as the first coordinate axis,its center point selected as the center point of the radar graph,and the co-ordinate value of wear debris boundary selected as the measure parameter,the limitations existing in Yard fractal measure method can be avoided. For any wear debris,its radar graph fractal dimension value is one and only,and as the wear debris shape changes from round to strip,the radar graph fractal dimension value also changes from low to high,showing strong uniqueness and independence. Due to the fact that the researched wear debris is gotten in different wear states,the results also prove that radar graph fractal dimension value is correlated with frictional pairs work condition and wear state. Radar graph fractal method is compared with Yard fractal measure methods,and results show that ra-dar graph fractal dimension values gotten from different wear debris have enough value grads to avoid effect of errors,and provide higher sensitivity for wear debris shape. This paper also discusses the influencing factors for radar graph fractal method. With the increase of the decomposing degree value,the radar graph fractal dimension tends to keep stable at one certain value,showing the typical characteristic of the fractal theory. | 10 | Evaluation of the Characteristics of Virus-free Sweetpotato and Its Use in Hybridization显示文摘Application of virus-free sweetpotato is a breakthrough of sweetpotato production. Several popular varieties were adopted to study their yield increase potential and their use in breeding in this research.The results showed that after virus-elimination, all varieties had a yield increase ranging from 14.95% -91.61% and marketable quality improvement, despite the changes in location and season. The changes of dry matter content and disease resistance were not significant. Virus-free sweetpotato performed vigorous vine growth and strong dry matter assimilation ability. | 12 | Enhancement of Extracts from Celastrus orbiculatus on Maturation and Function of Dendritic Cells in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Objective To examine the immunoregulation of Celastrus orbiculatus extracts (COE), a traditional Chinese medicine, on maturation and function of dendritic cells (DCs) in vitro and in vivo. Methods In vitro, after treated with COE in different nontoxic concentrations (0, 10, 20, 40, 80, and 160 μg/mL) for 5 d, the surface immunological molecules and cytokine secretion of mice bone marrow-derived DCs in response to COE were analyzed by flow cytometric analysis (FACS) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), respectively. In vivo, mouse hepatoma cells (Hepa1-6, 1 × 106) were injected sc and were treated with different dosages of COE (10, 20 or 40 mg/kg/d). Effects on tumor growth were determined by tumor volume and histology analysis after 28 d administration of COE. The relative proportions of mature DCs and CD8+ T cells were measured in mononuclear cells that had been isolated from spleen by FACS. Results COE stimulated IL-2 and IFN-γ secretion of DCs, simultaneously enhanced the maturation of DCs by enhancing immunological molecule (CD40, CD80, CD86, H-2Kb, and I-Ab) expression in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, the chemotactic responses of DCs were significantly higher in COE-treated than untreated DCs, in association with higher chemokine receptor 7 expression. Furthermore, COE increased DCs produce IFN-γ and IL-2 in a dose-dependent manner when the concentration of COE less than 40 μg/mL, decreased DCs produce IL-10 and IL-4 also in a dose-dependent manner. In in vivo studies, COE can not only suppress growth of malignant hepatocellular carcinomas but also stimulate maturation of DCs, associated with strongly enhanced CD8+ CTL responses. Pyloric and right gastroepiploic arteries should be preserved to keep blood supply tothe stomach and pulsation of the proper hepatic artery be felt after occlusion of the common hepaticartery.RESULTS: The patient was free from epigastric and back pain after the operation, although she diedof liver metastasis after seven months. | 17 | Effects of MoS_2 on mechanical and tribological properties of NiCr-based alloys显示文摘Ni Cr based alloys with a wide temperature range self lubrication were made by hot pressing the mixture powder of alloyed Ni Cr powder, elemental Mo, Al, Ti and B powders and MoS 2 powder. The mechanical and tribological properties of these alloys when rubbing with Al 2O 3 ceramics and W18Cr4V high speed steel were measured in the temperature range of 20~700 ℃, and the mechanisms of self lubrication and wear resistance were studied. The results showed that the alloy containing 10% MoS 2 has the best combination of mechanical properties, antifriction and wear resistance.
