1Effects of citrus tree-shape and spraying height of small unmanned aerial vehicle on droplet distribution显示文摘In order to explore the droplet penetration of spraying with unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on citrus trees with different shapes,the tests were carried out at different working heights.The material was five years old Cocktail grapefruit(Citrus paradisi cv.Cocktail)grafted on Trafoliata(Poncirus trifoliata L.Raf.)and the type of UAV sprayer used was the 3W-LWS-Q60S.A solution of 300 times Ponceau 2R diluents liquid instead of pesticide was used for citrus fields spraying and the droplets were collected by paper cards.Droplets deposition parameters were extracted and analyzed using digital image processing after scanning the cards.The results showed that:1)For the trees with round head shape canopy,the droplet depositions of the upper,middle and lower layers had a significant difference at 0.05 level.The droplet deposition had the best effect when the working height was 1.0 m,where the average droplet deposition densities were 39.97 droplets/cm2 and the average droplet size was 0.30 mm,but the droplet coverage(3.19%)was lower than that at the working height of 1.5 m(4.27%).2)Under three different working heights of UAV,the tree with open center shape can obtain higher droplet deposition density at all three layers than that with the round head shape canopy.It was especially prominent when the working height was 1.0 m,as the middle layer increased by 49.92%.However,the higher range of droplet deposition density meant larger fluctuation and dispersion.3)The open center shape canopy and the 1.0 m working height obviously improved the droplet coverage rate and droplet density in the citrus plant.For these parameters of open center shape citrus tree,there was no obvious difference in the front and rear direction,but in the left and middle part of the tree crown,the difference reached a 0.05 significant level.Considering droplet deposition characteristics and the spray uniformity,the UAV performed better when working on open center shape plants at a 1.0 m working height.Zhang Pan Deng Lie Lyu Qiang He Shaolan Yi Shilai Liu Yande Yu Yongxu Pan Haiyang 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4:37

3Evidence of Oil Sources and Migration in Triassic-Jurassic Reservoirs in the South Tianhuan Depression of the Ordos Basin, China Based on Analysis of Biomarkers and Nitrogen-Bearing Compounds显示文摘The Ordos Basin is an important intracontinental sedimentary basin in western China for its abundant Mesozoic crude oil resources. The southern part of the Tianhuan Depression is located in the southwestern marginal area of this Basin, in which the Jurassic and Triassic Chang-3 are the main oil-bearing strata. Currently, no consensus has been reached regarding oil source and oil migration in the area, and an assessment of oil accumulation patterns is thus challenging. In this paper, the oil source, migration direction, charging site and migration pathways are investigated through analysis of pyrrolic nitrogen compounds and hydrocarbon biomarkers. Oil source correlations show that the oils trapped in the Jurassic and Chang-3 reservoirs were derived from the Triassic Chang-7 source rocks. The Jurassic and Chang-3 crude oils both underwent distinct vertical migration from deep to shallow strata, indicating that the oils generated by Chang-7 source rocks may have migrated upward to the shallower Chang-3 and Jurassic strata under abnormally high pressures, to accumulate along the sand bodies of the ancient rivers and the unconformity surface. The charging direction of the Jurassic and Chang-3 crude oils is primarily derived from Mubo, Chenhao, and Shangliyuan, which are located northeast of the southern Tianhuan Depression, with oils moving toward the west, southwest, and south. 4Nondestructive assessment of quality of Nanfeng mandarin fruit by a portable near infrared spectroscopy显示文摘A portable near infrared spectroscopy system was developed for assessing the quality of Nanfeng mandarin fruit.One hundred and fifty-three Nanfeng mandarin samples were used to measure the performance of the system.Several pretreatment methods were adopted to process the spectra.Then Support Vector Machine(SVM),Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)and Partial Least Square(PLS)were used to build models for soluble solids content(SSC),titratable acidity(TA),vitamin C and surface color.The best results were obtained by SVM.The correlation coefficient(R)and root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)were(0.93,0.65°Brix),(0.66,0.09%),(0.81,2.7mg/100g)and(0.57,0.81)for SSC,TA,vitamin C and color,respectively.The results demonstrated that the portable near infrared spectroscopy was feasible for determining the Nanfeng mandarin quality nondestructively.Sun Xudong Zhang Hailiang Liu Yande 2009International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2009,2,1:3

6Lightweight 3D bioprinting with point by point photocuring显示文摘As photocrosslinkable materials,methacryloyl-modified hydrogels are widely used as bioinks in tissue engineering.Existing printing methods to use these hydrogels,including changing the viscosity of the material or mixing them with other printing components,have been explored,but their application has been limited due to low printing quality or high cost.In addition,the complex operation of bulky equipment restricts the application of these existing printing methods.This study presents a lightweight stereolithography-based three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting system with a smart mechanical and structural design.The developed bioprinter dimensions were 300 mm×300 mm×200 mm and it can be placed on a benchtop.The equipment has a mini bioink chamber to store a small amount of bioink for each printing.We systematically investigated the point-by-point curing process in the 3D bioprinting method,which can print mixed cells accurately and have good biocompatibility.Here,we provide a compact,low-cost stereolithography bioprinting system with excellent biocompatibility for 3D bioprinting with methacryloyl-modified hydrogels.It can be potentially used for drug screening,studying pathological mechanisms,and constructing biological disease models.Peng Zhang Haoxuan Wang Peng Wang Yating Zheng Linxiang Liu Jun Hu Yande Liu Qing Gao Yong He 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,5:2
7Mechanism of Silurian Hydrocarbon Pool Formation in the Tarim Basin显示文摘There are three formation stages of Silurian hydrocarbon pools in the Tarim Basin. The widely distributed asphaltic sandstones in the Tazhong (central Tarim) and Tabei (northern Tarim) areas are the results of destruction of hydrocarbon pools formed in the first-stage,and the asphaltic sandstones around the Awati Sag were formed in the second-stage. 12Tilting stability analysis and experiment of the 3-DOF lifting platform for hilly orchards显示文摘An orchard-lifting platform is a type of mechanical equipment to assist growers in fruit picking,fruit tree pruning,flower thinning,and other operations.In its operational processes,the tilting stability directly affects the operational safety and adaptability under complex terrain conditions,while critical tilting angle is an important criterion to evaluate the tilting stability.Based on the structure and the operating characteristics of the three degree of freedom(3-DOF)lifting platform for hilly orchards,the tilting stability was analyzed in different parked states,and the theoretical expressions of critical tilting angle were obtained;in the theoretical expressions,the influencing factors on tilting stability were determined as the parked positionβ1,the manned worktable rotary positionβ2,the lifting height h,and the load m.Based on the multi-body dynamics principle,the tilting stability simulation was carried out.The relative error of tilting angles was approximately 4.6%between simulation and tilting verification experiment,which indicated that the results of tilting stability simulation were reliable.Therefore,the multi-body dynamics simulation was used for further clarifying the influencing factors on tilting stability.A virtual orthogonal test was designed,and the results showed that critical tilting angle ranged from 20°to 44°when the factors were at different values,which indicated that the 3-DOF lifting platform for hilly orchards had a high tilting stability performance and could adapt to the operating conditions of hills with slope angles from 5°to 20°.The results of the range analysis and ANOVA showed that the influence intensity of factors on tilting stability wasβ1>h>m>β2;at the same time,β1,h,and m exerted significant effect on tilting stability.The tilting stability first decreased and then either increased or decreased with the increasing lifting height;it gradually decreased with the increasing load.It also showed that the position of the manned worktable along the slope down always had the lowest tilting stability.This research can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the analysis of tilting stability of the lifting machinery for hilly orchards.Zhenhua Duan Wei Qiu Weimin Ding Yande Liu Yuping Ouyang Liang Huang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6:1
