1Precise orbit determination for geostationary satellites with multiple tracking techniques显示文摘A new precise orbit determination (POD) strategy based on the combination of satellite laser ranging (SLR) and C-band transfer ranging for geostationary satellites (GEO) is presented.Two approaches to calibrate ranging biases of the C-band ranging system are proposed,namely the two tracking system co-location comparison and the combined POD method,with calibration accuracies estimated to be 0.5 ns and 1 ns respectively.Using data from a C-band tracking network in China,POD experiments indicate that meter-level POD accuracy is achievable for GEO.Root-mean-square (RMS) of the post-fit C-band ranging data is about 0.205 m.The radial component errors of POD are evaluated with SLR data from a station in Beijing,with residual RMS of 0.133 m.Orbital overlapping experiments show the total orbit error is a few meters.Computations of SLR residuals also suggest that for 2-hour prediction,the predicted radial error is about 0.373 m.GUO Rui HU XiaoGong TANG Bo HUANG Yong LIU Li CHENG LiuCheng HE Feng 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,8:24
2Salicylic acid and ethylene signaling pathways are involved in production of rice trypsin proteinase inhibitors induced by the leaf folder Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Guenée)显示文摘The roles of signaling pathways in the production of trypsin proteinase inhibitors(TrypPIs)in rice infested by the leaf folder(LF) Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were studied.Infestation by LF increased TrypPI levels in the leaves of rice plants at the tillering,booting and flowering stages but decreased TrypPI levels at the ripening stage;TrypPI levels in rice stems did not increase at any developmental stage.Infestation by LF at the tillering stage systemically increased TrypPI levels in leaves but not in stems;it also enhanced salicylic acid(SA)levels in leaves and stems,and the ethylene level released from plants.However,LF infestation did not increase JA concentrations.Exogenous application of SA or ethylene enhanced TrypPI levels in the leaves and stems of plants at the tillering stage,whereas treatment with both SA and ethylene induced lower levels of TrypPIs than treatment with SA or ethylene alone,suggesting an antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene on TrypPIs induction.The results suggest that both SA and ethylene signaling pathways are involved in the production of TrypPIs in rice induced by LF;moreover,the antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene may explain the changes in TrypPI levels seen at different plant developmental stages and in different organs.WANG Xia HU LiuCheng ZHOU GuoXin CHENG JiaAn LOU YongGen 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,22:5
3Investigations on femtosecond laser-induced surface modification and periodic micropatterning with anti-friction properties on Ti6Al4V titanium alloy显示文摘Titanium alloys have a wide application in aerospace industries as it has greater strength and low density, but it has poor tribological properties. To improve its friction and wear performance, in present work, a femtosecond laser is used to directly irradiate the Ti6Al4V titanium alloy surface in air conditioning, which results in localized ablation and the formation of periodic microstructures but also a strong pressure wave, propagating the material inside. Through the optimization of processing parameters, surface modification and periodic micropatterning with effective anti-friction properties were successfully induced on the surface. After a treatment of femtosecond laser-induced surface modification(FsLSM), the surface microhardness was improved by 16.6% and compressive residual stress reached-746 MPa. Besides, laser-induced periodic surface structures(LIPSS) with a titanium oxide outer coating were fabricated uniformly on the titanium alloy surface. Rotary ball-on-disk wear experiments revealed that the average coefficient of friction(COF) and wear mass loss of the specimen with Fs LSM treatment were largely reduced by 68.9% and 90% as compared to that of untreated specimens, respectively. It was analyzed that the reason for the remarkable wear resistance was attributed to the comprehensive action of the generation of LIPSS, the titanium oxide outer coating, high amplitude compressive residual stress and gradient grain size distribution on the subsurface during the laser surface treatment. 4Baguena: A Practical Proof of Stake Protocol with a Robust Delegation Mechanism显示文摘Proof of stake(PoS),aiming at replacing Proof of work(PoW)in blockchain consensus,has drawn great attention from academia and industry.We present'Baguena',a novel PoS protocol for public blockchain with high practicality and security.It uses a special designed algorithm with proper ties of uniqueness and anonymity for leader selection,and uses the longest chain rule for chain selection.Besides,entropy is introduced to prevent manipulation of leader selection process by simulating a random beacon based on Publicly verifiable secret sharing(PVSS)and threshold signature with only a linear number of exponentiations.We analyze the protocol's security by a threat model and design a robust delegation mechanism based on triple Elliptic curve digital signature algorithm(ECDSA)proxy signature.We implement Baguena and evaluate its performance on 100 Amazon EC2 virtual machines simulating 50k users,which shows that Baguena confirms transactions in 2 minutes,achieves 2.16x of Algorand's throughput and 6.95X of Ouroboros'throughput.SHI Liucheng GUO Zhaozhong 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,5:2
5Capturing dynamic biological signals via bio-mimicking hydrogel for precise remodeling of soft tissue显示文摘Soft tissue remodeling is a sophisticated process that sequentially provides dynamic biological signals to guide cell behavior.However,capturing these signals within hydrogel and directing over time has still been unrealized owing to the poor comprehension of physiological processes.Here,a bio-mimicking hydrogel is designed via thiol-ene click reaction to capture the early physical signal triggered by inflammation,and the chemical signals provided with chemokine and natural adhesion sites,which guaranteed the precise soft tissue remodeling.This bio-mimicking hydrogel efficiently facilitated cell anchoring,migration,and invasion in the 3D matrix due to the permissive space and the interaction with integrin receptors.Besides,the covalently grafted chemokine-like peptide is optimal for colonization and functional differentiation of endothelial cells through a HIF-1αdependent signal pathway.Furthermore,the early polarization of macrophages,collagen deposition and angiogenesis in rat acute wound model,and the increased blood perfusion in mouse skin flap model have confirmed that the bio-mimicking hydrogel realized precise soft tissue remodeling and opens new avenues for the phased repair of different tissues such as nerve,myocardium,and even bone.Zhengwei Cai Qimanguli Saiding Liang Cheng Liucheng Zhang Zhen Wang Fei Wang Xinliang Chen Gang Chen Lianfu Deng Wenguo Cui 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,12:2
6Vertical Alignment of Anisotropic Fillers Assisted by Expansion Flow in Polymer Composites显示文摘Orientation control of anisotropic one-dimensional(1D)and two-dimensional(2D)materials in solutions is of great importance in many fields ranging from structural materials design,the thermal management,to energy storage.Achieving fine control of vertical alignment of anisotropic fillers(such as graphene,boron nitride(BN),and carbon fiber)remains challenging.This work presents a universal and scalable method for constructing vertically aligned structures of anisotropic fillers in composites assisted by the expansion flow(using2D BN platelets as a proof-of-concept).BN platelets in the silicone gel strip are oriented in a curved shape that includes vertical alignment in the central area and horizontal alignment close to strip surfaces.Due to the vertical orientation of BN in the central area of strips,a throughplane thermal conductivity as high as 5.65 W m^(-1) K^(-1) was obtained,which can be further improved to 6.54 W m^(-1) K^(-1) by combining BN and pitch-based carbon fibers.The expansion-flow-assisted alignment can be extended to the manufacture of a variety of polymer composites filled with 1D and 2D materials,which can find wide applications in batteries,electronics,and energy storage devices.Hongyu Niu Haichang Guo Lei Kang Liucheng Ren Ruicong Lv Shulin Bai 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,9:2
7Detection of ECTV,MHV and SV in Clean-grade Mice and Rats in East China显示文摘To study the epidemic status of Ectromelia virus( ECTV),Mouse hepatitis virus( MHV) and Sendai virus( SV) in clean-grade experimental mice and rats in East China,30 individuals of ICR and/or C57BL/6 mice and 15 individuals of SD or Wistar rats were purchased from four major experimental animal supply bases in East China. Blood samples were collected by eyeball picking method,and serum was separated. ECTV,MHV and SV serum antibodies in mice were detected using imported commercial ELISA kits. Since rats were not easily infected by MHV and SV,only the ECTV serum antibody was detected in rats. Survey results revealed that clean-grade experimental mice and rats derived from three out of four major experimental animal supply bases were negative in detection,but the positive rates of MHV and SV serum antibody in clean-grade ICR mice in one supply base were 56. 7% and 100. 0%,respectively,while the positive rate of MHV serum antibody in C57BL/6 mice was 100%. Research results showed that most of the commercial experimental mice and rats in major experimental animal supply bases in East China were qualified in detection of above three kinds of diseases,but MHV and SV still existed in individual base,with severe infection status.Thus,active measures must be strengthened to purify mice and rats. 14Programmable immune activating electrospun fibers for skin regeneration显示文摘Immune cells play a crucial regulatory role in inflammatory phase and proliferative phase during skin healing.How to programmatically activate sequential immune responses is the key for scarless skin regeneration.In this study,an“Inner-Outer”IL-10-loaded electrospun fiber with cascade release behavior was constructed.During the inflammatory phase,the electrospun fiber released a lower concentration of IL-10 within the wound,inhibiting excessive recruitment of inflammatory cells and polarizing macrophages into anti-inflammatory phenotype“M2c”to suppress excessive inflammation response.During the proliferative phase,a higher concentration of IL-10 released by the fiber and the anti-fibrotic cytokines secreted by polarized“M2c”directly acted on dermal fibroblasts to simultaneously inhibit extracellular matrix overdeposition and promote fibroblast migration.The“Inner-Outer”IL-10-loaded electrospun fiber programmatically activated the sequential immune responses during wound healing and led to scarless skin regeneration,which is a promising immunomodulatory biomaterial with great potential for promoting complete tissue regeneration.Lu Chen Liucheng Zhang Hongbo Zhang Xiaoming Sun Dan Liu Jianming Zhang Yuguang Zhang Liying Cheng Hélder A.Santos Wenguo Cui 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:1
