1Measurement and simulation of swirling coal combustion显示文摘Particle image velocimetry(PIV),thermocouples and flue gas analyzer are used to study swirling coal combustion and NO formation under different secondary-air ratios.Eulerian-Lagrangian large-eddy simulation(LES)using the Smagorinsky-Lilly sub-grid scale stress model,presumed-PDF fast chemistry and eddy-break-up(EBU)gas combustion models,particle devolatilization and particle combustion models,are simultaneously used to simulate swirling coal combustion.Statistical LES results are validated by measurement results.Instantaneous LES results show that the coherent structures for swirling coal combustion are stronger than those for swirling gas combustion.Particles are shown to concentrate along the periphery of the coherent structures.Combustion flame is located in the high vorticity and high particle concentration zones.Measurement shows that secondary-air ratios have little effect on final NO formation at the exit of the combustor.Liyuan Hu Lixing Zhou Yonghao Luo Caisong Xu 2013Particuology2013,11,2:5
2Recent advances on π-conjugated polymers as active elements in high performance organic field-effect transistors显示文摘As high-performance organic semiconductors, π-conjugated polymers have attracted much attention due to their charming advantages including low-cost, solution processability, mechanical flexibility, and tunable optoelectronic properties. During the past several decades, the great advances have been made in polymers-based OFETs with p-type, n-type or even ambipolar characterics. Through chemical modification and alignment optimization, lots of conjugated polymers exhibited superior mobilities, and some mobilities are even larger than 10 cm^(2)·V^(−1)·s^(−1) in OFETs, which makes them very promising for the applications in organic electronic devices. This review describes the recent progress of the high performance polymers used in OFETs from the aspects of molecular design and assembly strategy. 7Abnormal miR-214/A20 expression might play a role in T cell activation in patients with aplastic anemia显示文摘Aberrant T cell activation is a major cause of aplastic anemia(AA)pathogenesis.Recent studies have shown that miRNAs regulate T cell activation and are involved in AA.A previous study found that miR-214 was significantly up-regulated upon T cell activation in a CD28-dependent fashion by targeting PTEN.However,the expression characteristics of miR-214 and its target genes in AA have not been defined.In this study,target genes for miR-214 were predicted and confirmed by bioinformatics and luciferase reporter assays.The expression levels of miR-214 and target genes were detected in 36 healthy individuals and 35 patients with AA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells by real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction.Bioinformatics and luciferase reporter assays identified that miR-214 could bind to the A2030 untranslated regions.Significantly increased miR-214 and the decreased A20 expression level were detected in the AA patients compared with the healthy group.In addition,significantly increased miR-214 was found in non-severe aplastic anemia compared with severe aplastic anemia patients.These results suggested that the A20 gene was a potential target of miR-214,and elevated miR-214 might medicate T cell activation at least in part by regulating A20 expression in AA.We firstly confirmed that miR-214 regulated A20 expression,and aberrant miR-214/A20 expression might contribute to immunopathology in AA.The miR-214 expression might be used as a potential biomarker that assisted in diagnosing AA severity.Zhi Yu Cunte Chen Yankai Xiao Xiaohui Chen Lixing Guo Guangxiao Tan Guixuan Huang Weifeng Luo Ming Zhou Yumiao Li Chen Lin Qi Shen Yuping Zhang Bo Li 2020Blood Science2020,2,3:1

92D/2D atomic double-layer WS_(2)/Nb_(2)O_(5)shell/core nanosheets with ultrafast interfacial charge transfer for boosting photocatalytic H_(2)evolution显示文摘Low-efficiency charge transfer is a critical factor to limit the photocatalytic H_(2)evolution activity of semiconductor photocatalysts.The interface design is a promising approach to achieve high chargetransfer efficiency for photocatalysts.Herein,a new 2 D/2 D atomic double-layer WS_(2)/Nb_(2)O_(5)shell/core photocatalyst(DLWS/Nb_(2)O_(5))is designed.The atom-resolved HAADF-STEM results unravel the presence of an unusual 2 D/2 D shell/core interface in DLWS/Nb_(2)O_(5).Taking advantage of the advanced femtosecond-resolved ultrafast TAS spectra,the average lifetime of charge carriers for DLWS/Nb_(2)O_(5)(180.97 ps)is considerably shortened as compared to that of Nb_(2)O_(5)(230.50 ps),strongly indicating that the 2 D/2 D shell/core interface enables DLWS/Nb_(2)O_(5)to achieve ultrafast charge transfer from Nb_(2)O_(5)to atomic double-layer WS_(2),thus yielding a high photocatalytic H_(2)evolution rate of 237.6 mmol/h,up to10.8 times higher than that of pure Nb_(2)O_(5)nanosheet.This study will open a new window for the development of high-efficient photocatalytic systems through the interface design.Bo Lin Hao Chen Yao Zhou Xiao Luo Dan Tian Xiaoqing Yan Ruihuan Duan Jun Di Lixing Kang Aimin Zhou Guidong Yang Yonghui Li Jiadong Zhou Zheng Liu Fucai Liu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:0
