1Allowance and allocation of industrial volatile organic compounds emission in China for year 2020 and 2030显示文摘As an effective pollution control method, emission allowance and allocation just implemented in volatile organic compounds(VOCs) control strategy of China in 2016. This article presents a possible way to set the emission allowance targets and establishes an allowance allocation model for the object year, 2020 and 2030, using 2010 as the reference year. On the basis of regression and scenario analysis method, the emission allowance targets were designed,which were 17.902 Tg and 18.224 Tg for 2020 and 2030, with an increasing rate of 28.75% and31.06% compared to 2010. From the perspective of industries, processes using VOCscontaining products, like machinery and equipment manufacturing, would continue to be the most significant industrial VOCs emission sources in the future of China. Four allocation indicators were selected, which are per capita GDP of each province, per capita industrial VOCs emission of each province, the economic contribution of industrial sector to regional economy of each province, and the emission intensity per land area of each province, respectively.Based on information entropy, the weights of the indicators were calculated and an emission allocation model was established, and the results showed that provinces like Shandong,Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian were calculated to obtain more emission allowance while burden more reduction responsibility. Meanwhile, provinces like Guizhou, Ningxia,Hainan, Qinghai and Xizang were on the contrary. 2Induction of OTUD4 by viral infection promotes antiviral responses through deubiquitinating and stabilizing MAVS显示文摘The activity and stability of the adapter protein MAVS (also known as VISA, Cardif and IPS-1), which critically mediates cellular antiviral responses, are extensively regulated by ubiquitination. However, the process whereby MAVS is deubiquitinated is unclear. Here, we report that the ovarian tumor family deubiquitinase 4 (OTUD4) targets MAVS for deubiquitination. Viral infection leads to the IRF3/7-dependent upregulation of OTUD4 which interacts with MAVS to remove K48-linked polyubiquitin chains, thereby maintaining MAVS stability and promoting innate antiviral signaling. Knockout or knockdown of OTUD4 impairs RNA virus-triggered activation of IRF3 and NF-κB, expression of their downstream target genes, and potentiates VSV replication in vitro and in vivo. Consistently, Cre-ER Otud4fl/fl or Lyz2-Cre Otud4fl/fl mice produce decreased levels of type I interferons and proinflammatory cytokines and exhibit increased sensitivity to VSV infection compared to their control littermates. In addition, reconstitution of MAVS into OTUD4-deficient cells restores virus-induced expression of downstream genes and cellular antiviral responses. 3Relationships of ozone formation sensitivity with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types,in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,China显示文摘Due to the influences of precursors emissions,meteorology,geography and other factors,ozone formation sensitivity(OFS)is generally spatially and temporally heterogeneous.This study characterized detailed spatial and temporal variations of OFS in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)from 2012 to 2016 based on OMI satellite data,and analyzed the relationships of OFS with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types(LUTs).From 2012 to 2016,the OFS tended to be NOx-limited in GBA,with the value of FNR(HCHO/NO 2)increasing from 2.04 to 2.22.According to the total annual emission statistics of precursors,NOx emissions decreased by 33.1%and VOCs emissions increased by 35.2%from 2012 to 2016,directly resulting in OFS tending to be NO x-limited.The Grey Relation Analysis results show that total column water(TCW),surface net solar radiation(SSR),air temperature at 2 m(T2)and surface pressure(SP)are the top four meteorological factors with the greatest influences on OFS.There are significant positive correlations between FNR and T2,SSR,TCW,and significant negative correlations between FNR and SP.In GBA,the OFS tends to be NO x-limited regime in wet season(higher T2,SSR,TCW and lower SP)and VOCs-limited regime in dry season(lower T2,SSR,TCW and higher SP).The FNR displays obvious gradient variations on different LUTs,with the highest in“Rural areas”,second in“Suburban areas”and lowest in“Urban areas”.Yuping Chen Hui Yan Yijuan Yao Chunling Zeng Ping Gao Liyue Zhuang Liya Fan Daiqi Ye 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8:5
42022 Chinese national clinical practice guideline on Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment显示文摘Background:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is an infectious disease with a prevalence rate of up to 50%worldwide.It can cause indigestion,gastritis,peptic ulcer,and gastric cancer.H.pylori eradication treatment can effectively control disease progression and reduce the risk of the above conditions.However,the escalating trend of antibiotic resistance presents a global challenge for H.pylori eradication.We aim to provide guidance on pharmacological treatment of H.pylori infection.Methods:This clinical practice guideline is developed following the World Health Organization’s recommended process,adopting Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation in assessing evidence quality,and utilizing Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations,minimizing bias and increasing transparency of the clinical practice guideline development process.We used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare(RIGHT)statement and The Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ(AGREE Ⅱ)as reporting and conduct guides to ensure the guideline’s completeness and transparency.Results:Though decreasing in developed countries,the prevalence of H.pylori remains high in developing countries,causing a major public health burden.This clinical practice guideline contains 12 recommendations concerning pharmacological treatment for H.pylori eradication.Among them,it is worth highlighting that bismuth preparations are inexpensive,safe,and effective,consequently making bismuth quadruple therapy a preferred choice for initial and rescue treatment.In empirical treatment,high-dose dual therapy is equally effective compared with bismuth quadruple therapy.Conclusions:The 12 recommendations in this clinical practice guideline are formed with consideration for stakeholders’values and preferences,resource use,feasibility,and acceptability.Recommendations are generalizable to resource limited settings with similar antibiotic resistance pattern as China,and lower middle-income countries facing comparable sociological and technical challenges.Registration:Guidelines International Network(GIN)website,http://gffzz8d0dcdd112684267sw9bx5fbnkxck6f5q.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/node/69996.Liya Zhou Hong Lu Zhiqiang Song Bin Lyu Ye Chen Jiyao Wang Jun Xia Zhan Zhao on behalf of Helicobacter Pylori Study Group of Chinese Society of Gastroenterology 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,24:5
5USP29 maintains the stability of cGAS and promotes cellular antiviral responses and autoimmunity显示文摘Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase(cGAS)is an essential sensor of cytosolic DNA and critically mediates innate immune responses and autoimmunity.Modulating the activity and stability of cGAS provides potential strategies for treating viral or autoimmune diseases.Here,we report that ubiquitin-specific protease 29(USP29)deubiquitinates and stabilizes cGAS and promotes cellular antiviral responses and autoimmunity.Knockdown or knockout of USP29 severely impairs Herpes simplex virus 1(HSV-1)-or cytosolic DNA-induced expression of type I interferons(IFNs)and proinflammatory cytokines.Consistently,Usp29m/m mice produce decreased type I IFNs and proinflammatory cytokines after HSV-1 infection and are hypersensitive to HSV-1 infection compared to the wild-type littermates.In addition,genetic ablation of USP29 in Trex1−/−mice eliminated the detectable pathological and molecular autoimmune phenotypes.Mechanistically,USP29 constitutively interacts with cGAS,deconjugates K48-linked polyubiquitin chains from cGAS and stabilizes cGAS in uninfected cells or after HSV-1 infection.Reconstitution of cGAS into Usp29−/−cells fully rescues type I IFN induction and cellular antiviral responses after HSV-1 infection.Our findings thus reveal a critical role of USP29 in the innate antiviral responses against DNA viruses and autoimmune diseases and provide insight into the regulation of cGAS.Qiang Zhang Zhen Tang Ran An Liya Ye Bo Zhong 2020Cell Research2020,30,10:5
6Oxidation behavior of Hf-modified platinum aluminide coatings during thermal cycling显示文摘Platinum aluminide coatings with different Hf contents were fabricated by using HfCl_4. The oxidation kinetics and the rumpling behavior of oxide scale were investigated. After thermal cycling, the coating with 0.46 wt% Hf showed least weight gain. With the increase of Hf content, rumpling extent of the scale decreased. Meanwhile, HfO_2 preferentially formed in the scale resulting in the increase of scale thickness. The oxidation of excessive Hf even caused the spallation of the scale. 9Volatile organic compounds concentration profiles and control strategy in container manufacturing industry:Case studies in China显示文摘Volatile organic compounds(VOCs),important precursors of ozone(O_(3))and fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),are the key to curb the momentum of O_(3)growth and further reducing PM_(2.5)in China.Container manufacturing industry is one of the major VOC emitters,and more than 96%containers of the world are produced in China,with the annual usage of coatings of over 200,000 tons in recent years.This is the first research on the emission characteristics of VOCs in Chinese container manufacturing industry,including concentration and ozone formation potential(OFP)of each species.The result shows that the largest amounts of VOCs are emitted during the pretreatment process,followed by the paint mixing process and primer painting process,and finally other sprays process.The average VOC concentrations in the workshops,the exhausts before treatment and the exhausts after treatment are ranging from 82.67–797.46,170–1,812.65,66.20–349.63 mg/m^(3),respectively.Benzenes,alcohols and ethers are main species,which contribute more than 90%OFP together.Based on the emission characteristics of VOCs and the technical feasibility,it is recommended to set the emission limit in standard of benzene to 1.0 mg/m^(3),toluene to 10 mg/m^(3),xylene to 20 mg/m^(3),benzenes to 40 mg/m^(3),alcohols and ethers to 50 mg/m^(3),and VOCs to 100 mg/m^(3).The study reports the industry emission characteristics and discusses the standard limits,which is a powerful support to promote VOCs emission reduction,and to promote the coordinated control of PM_(2.5)and O_(3)pollution.Yunting Ke Ruiyuan Liu Xiaofang Chen Yang Feng Ping Gao Haomin Huang Liya Fan Daiqi Ye 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,6:2

13Species and Biotype Analysis of Brucella Strains Isolated from Cattle and Sheep in Xinjiang显示文摘[Objective] The paper aimed to understand the epidemiological characteristics of Brucella strains in Xinjiang and then provide an available integrated measure to prevent and control brucellosis. [Method] Eleven suspected Brucella strains were isolated by traditional methods,which were further identified by AMOS-PCR assay. Conventional biochemical tests were carried out to identify the biological subtype of sheep Brucella. [Result]Nine strains were all B. melitensis,and biological test indicated that all of them were B. melitensis biotype 3. [Conclusion]B. melitensis biotype 3 was the predominant strain of Brucella in Xinjiang,and AMOS-PCR assay could be applied safely and quickly as an assistant tool to detect Brucella.
