1Influencing factors of the neurodevelopment of high-risk infants显示文摘Background High-risk infants refer to newborns exposed to high-risk factors in the prenatal, natal or postnatal period. High-risk infants are at high risk of developmental retardation, and early identification of developmental abnormalities plays a vital role in improving high-risk infants' quality of life.Aims To describe the neurodevelopment of high-risk infants aged less than 1 year old, and to analyse the incidences and influencing factors of neurodevelopmental abnormalities in order to provide a basis for neurodevelopment monitoring and management of highrisk infants.Methods High-risk infants born between January 2016 and December 2016 in the maternity and infant health hospitals of three districts in Shanghai were followed up.The Gesell Developmental Scale was used to assess the neurodevelopmental level at the time of recruitment(0-2 months) and at 9 months. Univariate and multivariate analyses of the influencing factors were conducted.Results 484 high-risk infants(male 51 %, female 49%)with an average gestation age of 36.5±2.2 weeks were recruited. At the time of recruitment, the average age was2.1(0.8) months, and the developmental quotient(DQ)scores of full-term high-risk infants in motor(t=3.542,p=0.001), cognitive(t=3.125, p=0.002), language(t=3.189, p=0.002) and social(t=3.316, p=0.001) areas were higher than those of preterm infants. The incidences of developmental abnormalities of full-term high-risk infants in motor(χ~2 =9.452, p=0.002), cognitive(χ~2=6.258, p=0.012), language(χ~2 =12.319, p =0.001) and social(χ~2 =6.811, p=0.009) areas were lower than the preterm infants. At 9 months, there was no difference in the DQ scores and incidences of developmental abnormalities in four areas between full-term and preterm high-risk infants, and the incidence of developmental abnormalities was around 10%.Conclusion The incidence of neurodevelopmental abnormalities in high-risk infants aged less than 1 year old is high. 4Research on purification and modification of I/S bentonite显示文摘Analyzing raw material's structure and performance of bentonite from Panzhihua in Sichuan, the authors think that it is adequate for agglomerant of iron smelting. According to its composition and property we have researched the purification and modification of I/S bentonite under conditions of different dispersants and sodium agent. XRD test result reveals that the essential minerals of Panzhihua bentonite are I/S mixed-layer ones, and FTIR analysis shows that when adding 1.5% sodium pyrophosphate to the bentonite slurry during purification, the composition of quartz in bentonite decreases to less than 4% and I/S is more than 90%. The optimized modification technic conditions are Na2CO3 (4%) and CMC-Na (3%) as modified agents, the clay and water are 10 vs. 1, and the temperature is 75℃. It is 40 min for stirring time and reacting time is 4 h. 5Pseudo-Random Coding Side-Lobe Suppression Method Based on CLEAN Algorithm显示文摘A pseudo-random coding side-lobe suppression method based on CLEAN algorithm is introduced.The CLEAN algorithm mainly processes pulse compression results of a pseudo-random coding,and estimates a target's distance by a method named interpolation method,so that we can get an ideal pulse compression result of the target,and then use the adjusted ideal pulse compression side-lobe to cut the actual pulse compression result,so as to achieve the remarkable performance of side-lobe suppression for large targets,and let the adjacent small targets appear.The computer simulations by MATLAB with this method analyze the effect of side-lobe suppression in an ideal or noisy environment.It is proved that this method can effectively solve the problem due to the side-lobe of pseudo-random coding being too high,and can enhance the radar's multi-target detection ability.Liyu Tian Lianjuan Zhang Jiaying Li 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,3:0

7Layer-structured Cr/Cr_(x)N coating via electroplating-based nitridation achieving high deuterium resistance as the hydrogen permeation barrier显示文摘Hydrogen isotope permeation through structural materials is a key issue for developing nuclear fusion energy,which will cause fuel loss and radioactive pollution.Developing ceramic coatings with high thermal shock and hydrogen resistance is an effective strategy to solve this issue.In this work,a layer-structured Cr/Cr_(x)N coating was successfully fabricated by a facile electroplatingbased nitridation technique,which is easy,facile,and applicable to coating complex-shaped substrates.The Cr/Cr_(x)N coating,composed of a bottom Fe/Cr interdiffusion zone,a middle Cr layer,and a top Cr_(x)N layer,exhibits high bonding strength,high anti-thermal-shock ability,and high deuterium permeation resistance.Its bonding strength achieves 43.6 MPa.The Cr/Cr_(x)N coating remains intact even after suffering 300 thermal shock cycles under a 600℃–water condition.Through optimizing the nitridation temperature,the Cr/Cr_(x)N coating achieves a deuterium permeation reduction factor(PRF)as high as 3599 at 500℃.Considering its scalable fabrication technique and considerable properties,the developed Cr/Cr_(x)N coating may serve as a novel high-performance hydrogen permeation barrier in various fields.Liyu ZHENG Heping LI Jun ZHOU Xinluo TIAN Zhongyang ZHENG Long WANG Xinyun WANG Youwei YAN 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,12:0
