A huge oceanic-type UHP metamorphic belt in southwestern Tianshan, China: Peak metamorphic age and P-T path显示文摘Recent progress in the study of the UHP metamorphic belt in southwestern Tianshan,China,is summarized in this paper. This about 80-km-long and over 10-km-wide UHP belt has been recognized by the discovery of coesite, coesite pseudomorphs and other UHP minerals. It is the largest oceanic-type UHP metamorphic belt reported so far.It has formed due to northward subduction of the Tianshan Paleo-Ocean.U-Pb dating of metamorphic rims of zircons from a coesite-bearing garnet-phengite schist yields a peak UHP metamorphic ages of 320±3.7 Ma.Combined with ages of 233–226 Ma obtained from rims of zircons from retrograded eclogites,a long retrograde metamorphic evolution(>70 Ma)has been revealed.According to phase equilibria modeling, the P-T paths of both coesite-bearing eclogites and garnet-phengite schists are characterized by thermal relaxation,i.e.,the metamorphic temperature peak lags behind the pressure peak, indicating that the UHP rocks experienced slow and long heating and decompression during exhumation in the subduction channel. On the basis of the field observation that a small amount of eclogite lenses is wrapped in large volumes of metapelites, and the similar P-T paths of both rock types,we propose that the exhumation of the UHP eclogites from southwestern Tianshan,China, may have resulted from the exhumation of large volumes of low-density metapelites, which carried the denser eclogites to the Earth’s surface.ZHANG LiFei DU JinXue Lü Zeng YANG Xin GOU LongLong XIA Bin CHEN ZhenYu WEI ChunJing SONG ShuGuang 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,35:19
Application of EEG multipole model in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease显示文摘In order to find the electroencephalogram (EEG) characteristic parameters typical of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and explore an effec- tive diagnostic method, a new mobile current multipole model was proposed to simulate the AD patient’s cortical dipole source activities. The indicators of goodness of fit (GOF) and DtononD (DD) were calculated from EEG samples to evaluate the performance of this model. Relevant results showed that this multipole model with higher GOF values and larger DD change well fitted the pathological elec- trical activities of cortical neurons aroused by AD’s extended sulcus and gyrus in the cerebral cortex. Meanwhile, the products of DD mean & standard variance were found in a clear linear correlation with the diagnostic data of mini-mental state examination (MMSE) used in AD clinics. Furthermore, by tracing this multipole model’s indicators in typical patients and contrasting with the functional mag- netic resonance image (fMRI) as AD progressed, we suggested that the DD index may be suitable for monitoring the AD developments as a new diagnostic parameter.Baikun Wan Longlong Cheng Xia Hu Dong Ming 2008Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,1:0
Mature dendritic cell-derived dendrosomes swallow oxaliplatin-loaded nanoparticles to boost immunogenic chemotherapy and tumor antigen-specific immunotherapy显示文摘The cytomembrane-derived delivery platform represents a promising biomimetic strategy in oncotherapy. To achieve durable and reliable tumor inhibition, mature dendrosomes(mDs),which were isolated from bone marrow-derived dendritic cells undergoing CT26 tumor antigen(TA)stimulation, were fused with redox-responsive nanoparticles(NPs)that were composed of poly(disulfide ester amide)polymers with an intensified disulfide density and hydrophobic oxaliplatin(OXA)prodrugs with the ability to potentiate immunogenicity. In vitro and in vivo results revealed that NP/mDs could induce tumor cell death through mitochondrial pathway and thus created immunogenic microenvironments, but also elicited immunocyte differentiation by TA cross-dressing and infiltration by direct presentation.By further neutralizing immune-regulatory interaction, the administration of PD-L1 antibody(αPD-L1)greatly improved antitumor efficiency of NP/mDs.Furthermore,the effectors of host immune systems effectively inhibited the growth and metastasis of distal tumors, likely because the autologous TA evoked by OXA and allogeneic TA delivered by mDs acted as additional stimuli to reinforce the immune response of tumor-specific T cells and immunosurveillance toward oncogenesis. These results demonstrated that NP/mDs could simultaneously realize immunogenic chemotherapeutics and specific TA delivery. In combination withαPD-L1,the antitumor effect was further enhanced.Therefore,NP/mDs provide a promising strategy for the comprehensive treatment of malignancy.Xing Chen Xiang Ling Jiaxuan Xia Ying Zhu Longlong Zhang Yuwei He Anni Wang Guolong Gu Bo Yin Jianxin Wang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,9:0
Nanoplateletsomes restrain metastatic tumor formation through decoy and active targeting in a preclinical mouse model显示文摘Platelets buoy up cancer metastasis via arresting cancer cells, enhancing their adhesion, and facilitating their extravasation through the vasculature. When deprived of intracellular and granular contents, platelet decoys could prevent metastatic tumor formation. Inspired by these, we developed nanoplatesomes by fusing platelet membranes with lipid membranes(P-Lipo) to restrain metastatic tumor formation more efficiently. It was shown nanoplateletsomes bound with circulating tumor cells(CTC)efficiently, interfered with CTC arrest by vessel endothelial cells, CTC extravasation through endothelial layers, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of tumor cells as nanodecoys. More importantly, in the mouse breast tumor metastasis model, nanoplateletsomes could decrease CTC survival in the blood and counteract metastatic tumor growth efficiently by inhibiting the inflammation and suppressing CTC escape. Therefore, nanoplatelesomes might usher in a new avenue to suppress lung metastasis.Longlong Zhang Yuefei Zhu Xunbin Wei Xing Chen Yang Li Ying Zhu Jiaxuan Xia Yiheng Huang Yongzhuo Huang Jianxin Wang Zhiqing Pang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,8:0
IMPROVING NITROGEN SAFETY IN CHINA: NITROGEN FLOWS, POLLUTION AND CONTROL显示文摘The impacts of nitrogen on environmental quality, greenhouse gas balances, ecosystem and biodiversity in China are of great concern given the magnitude of demand for food and energy.Comprehensive summaries of historic N flows and their critical threats and sustainable management are urgently needed. This paper initially reviews the historical trends of N flows in China and identifies the critical threats of N loss.Subsequently,it describes some recent success stories of N management, and finally indicates barriers to N pollution control. This review highlights three key points.Firstly,a steady increase of N input in China has led to a series of environmental problems via leaching and runoff, ammonia emissions and denitrification.Secondly, although great efforts to improve N management and N safety in China, further quantifications of N flows and analysis of their underlying mechanisms are needed to improve the understanding of the N cycle and pollution control. Finally,it proposes that the best available technologies combined with regulatory plans, laws, projects and policies should be implemented to overcome current barriers in N control and achieve a balance between the sustainable use of N resources and environmental conservation in China.Chaopu TI Xiaoyuan YAN Longlong XIA Jingwen HUANG 2022Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2022,9,3:0
Petrophysical properties and their influencing factors of carbonates in the fourth member of Sinian Dengying Formation, Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘Based on the measurements of petrological, petrophysical and elastic properties of the samples of different sedimentary facies in the fourth member of Sinian Dengying Formation (Deng 4 Member) in the Sichuan Basin, the diagenetic processes of reservoirs of different sedimentary facies and their controls on the petrophysical properties were discussed. The results show that cracks and mineral composition jointly control the petrophysical properties, and both are significantly influenced by sedimentary environment and diagenesis. The microbial dolomite of mound-shoal facies mainly experienced multi-stage dolomitization, penecontemporaneous dissolution, tectonic rupture and hydrothermal/organic acid dissolution processes, giving rise to cracks and dissolved pores. The grannular dolomite of inter-mound-shoal bottomland or dolomitic lagoon facies mainly underwent mechanical compaction, burial dolomitization and tectonic-hydrothermal action, creating cracks and intercrystalline pores. The diagenesis related to crack development increases the pressure- and saturation-dependent effects of samples, leading to significant decrease in the compressional wave impedance and Poisson's ratio. Dolomitization changes the properties of mineral particles, resulting in a Poisson's ratio close to dolomite. The muddy, siliceous and calcareous sediments in the low-energy environment lead to the decrease of impedance and the differential change of Poisson's ratio (significantly increased or decreased). The samples with both cracks and dissolved pores show high P-wave velocity dispersion characteristics, and the P-wave velocity dispersion of samples with only fractures or pores is the lowest.WANG Jiaqing DENG Jixin LIU Zhonghua YAN Longlong XIA Hui 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,6:0
