| 2 | Machining deformation of single-sided component based on finishing allowance optimization显示文摘Owing to reliability and high strength-to-weight ratio,large thin-walled components are widely used in the aviation and aerospace industry.Due to the complex features and sequence involved in the machining process of large thin-walled components,machining deformation of component is easy to exceed the specification.In order to address the problem,it is important to retain the appropriate finishing allowance.To find the overall machining deformation,finishing allowance-induced deformation(web finishing allowance,sidewall finishing allowance)and initial residual stress-induced deformation were considered as major factors.Meanwhile,machined surface residual stress-induced deformation,clamping stress-induced deformation,thermal deformation,gravity-induced deformation and inertial force-induced deformation were neglected in the optimization model.Six-peak Gaussian function was introduced to fit the initial residual stress.Based upon the obtained function of initial residual stress,a deformation prediction model between initial residual stress and finishing allowance was established to attain the finishing allowanceinduced deformation.In addition,linear programming optimization model based on the simplex algorithm was developed to optimize the overall machining deformation.Results have concluded that the overall machining deformation reached the minimum value when sidewall finishing allowance and web finishing allowance varied between 1 and 2 mm.Additionally,web finishing allowance-induced deformation and sidewall finishing allowance-induced deformation were1.05 mm and 0.7 mm.Furthermore,the machining deformation decreased to 0.3–0.38 mm with the application of optimized finishing allowance allocation strategy,which made 39–56%reduction of the overall machining deformation compared to that in conventional method. | Xiaoyue LI Liang LI Yinfei YANG Guolong ZHAO Ning HE Xiaocen DING Yaowen SHI Longxin FAN Hui LAN Muhammad JAMIL | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,9: | 6 |

| 4 | CPGs control method using a new oscillator in robotic fish显示文摘A new oscillator is presented in this paper based on our pervious oscillator (Zhang’s oscillator). Using this new oscillator, a bionic neural control system, the central pattern generators (CPGs) control system, is built. This control system has a two-level form. To validate the function of this new oscillator and the control system, simulations and experiments were both carried out, a simple robotic fish was built with three joints, and the results showed that the new oscillator can be used in startup and stop control mode, angle offset control mode and amplitude changing control mode. Dynamic voltage scaling(DVS) is an important technique to reduce the energy consumption of processors that support voltage scaling. It has been exploited extensively in task scheduling. However, many approaches take simple treatments and some of them even neglect the large voltage transition overheads. Although some strategies consider the penalty, frequency switching produces extra large time overhead and deadline misses occur frequently. In our paper, we propose an energy efficient soft real-time dynamic program scheme by using quantitative switching overhead and communication penalty for multitask scheduling with uncertain execution time. | 11 | Study on Triaxial Mechanical Properties and Micro Mechanism of Fly Ash Reinforced Cement Calcareous Sand显示文摘In order to study the mechanical properties and micro-mechanism of industrial waste fly ash-reinforced cement calcareous sand(FCS),the triaxial unconsolidated undrained(UU)test and scanning electron microscope tests(SEM)were carried out on it.The results of UU test show that the peak stress and energy dissipation of the FCS sample first increase and then decrease with the increase in fly ash content.Fly ash enhances the cement calcareous sand by increasing both the cohesion and internal friction angle,and adding 10%content of fly ash gives the largest values.The SEM test results shows that the hydration products of cement and fly ash filled the pores and cracks on the surface of the calcareous sand,which increased the compactness and structure of the FCS samples.The porosity of cement calcareous sand can be reduced from 27.6%to 12.8%by adding 10%fly ash.A brittleness evaluation index based on energy dissipation is proposed to quantitatively characterize the brittleness of FCS samples.The results show that when the content of fly ash is 5%,the brittleness of FCS samples is the lowest.This study shows that the mechanical properties of cement calcareous sand can be effectively enhanced by adding the appropriate amount of fly ash. | Ben Li Na Li Chulei Fang Jun Hu Rong Yu Longxin Shu Kai Yao Fang Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,6: | 1 |

| 13 | Channel Sandstone Architecture Characterization by Seismic Simulation显示文摘To describe the distribution of sandstone reservoirs between wells finely,this paper takes the sandstone reservoir of Layer Nm II-4 in Qinhuangdao 32-6 Oilfield for example,and uses the seismic forward simulation and well loggings to study the channel sandstone reservoir. Under the guidance of the modern rivers and outcrops sandstone distribution pattern,the predicting limitations of the seismic forward simulation about channel sandstone boundaries such as mudstone interlayer between channel sandstone and elevation distance between adjacent channel sandstone are clear. The research shows that the mudstone interlayer can be described by seismic forward simulation seismic when the mudstone interlayer is thicker than 2 m and the channel sandstone is thicker than 10 m because of the appearance of the seismic peak when the main frequency of seismic data is nearly 60 Hz. And the elevation distance between adjacent channel sandstone can be described by the seismic forward simulation when elevation distance is longer than 6 m and the channel sandstone is thicker than 10 m because of the appearance of the seismic peak. And the seismic waveform features of single channel sandstone boundaries such as elevation distance between channels,overbank sandstone and abandoned channels. Under the study mentioned above,the single channel boundaries are described in Layer Nm II-4 of Qinhuangdao 32-6 Oilfield,and the predicting boundaries are confirmed by the chemical tracers. | 14 | Effects of Different Potassium (K) Fertilizer Rates on Yield Formation and Lodging of Rice显示文摘As one of the most important nutrients for plants,potassium(K)has substantial effects on growth and development of crops.Present study was conducted in three different sites in South China in late season in 2019 with the objective to study the effects of different applied amounts of K fertilizer on yield formation and lodging of rice.Four K fertilizer treatments,K_(0):0 kg potassium oxide(K_(2)O)ha^(−1)(control);K_(1):64.20 kg K_(2)O ha^(−1);K_(2):128.55 kg K_(2)O ha^(−1) and K_(3)153.90 kg K_(2)O ha^(−1) were applied in the field experiment.The results showed that K_(2) and K_(3) treatments significantly increased panicle number per unit area,grain number per panicle,seed-setting rate and the grain yield of rice compared with K_(0) treatment.Higher net photosynthetic rates were recorded in K_(2) and K_(3) treatments than K_(0) treatment at tillering stage,heading stage and maturity stage.K fertilizer treatments also increased the chlorophyll content and dry matter accumulation by 6.16–23.52%and 21.32–64.59%compared with K_(0) treatment,respectively.Moreover,the total N and K accumulation in the aboveground tissues of rice significantly increased under K_(2) and K_(3) treatments compared with K_(0) treatment.Furthermore,compared with K_(0) treatment,K fertilizer treatments significantly enhanced the breaking-resistant strength by 40.94–144.24%and reduced the lodging index of rice by 13.14–36.72%. | Tantan Zhang Xiaoping He Binglin Chen Longxin He Xiangru Tang | 2021 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,3: | 1 |
| 15 | Safety Analysis of Riding at Intersection Entrance Using Video Recognition Technology显示文摘To study riding safety at intersection entrance,video recognition technology is used to build vehicle-bicycle conflict models based on the Bayesian method.It is analyzed the relationship among the width of nonmotorized lanes at the entrance lane of the intersection,the vehicle-bicycle soft isolation form of the entrance lane of intersection,the traffic volume of right-turning motor vehicles and straight-going non-motor vehicles,the speed of right-turning motor vehicles,and straight-going non-motor vehicles,and the conflict between right-turning motor vehicles and straight-going nonmotor vehicles.Due to the traditional statistical methods,to overcome the discreteness of vehicle-bicycle conflict data and the differences of influencing factors,the Bayesian random effect Poisson-log-normal model and random effect negative binomial regression model are established.The results show that the random effect Poisson-log-normal model is better than the negative binomial distribution of random effects;The width of non-motorized lanes,the form of vehicle-bicycle soft isolation,the traffic volume of right-turning motor vehicles,and the coefficients of straight traffic volume obey a normal distribution.Among them,the type of vehicle-bicycle soft isolation facilities and the vehicle-bicycle traffic volumes are significantly positively correlated with the number of vehicle-bicycle conflicts.The width of non-motorized lanes is significantly negatively correlated with the number of vehicle-bicycle conflicts.Peak periods and flat periods,the average speed of right-turning motor vehicles,and the average speed of straight-going non-motor vehicles have no significant influence on the number of vehicle-bicycle conflicts. | Xingjian Xue Linjuan Ge Longxin Zeng Weiran Li Rui Song Neal N.Xiong | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,9: | 1 |
