1Study on the Three Dimension Attenuated Model and the Algorithm of Environmental Noise in Substations显示文摘为了准确计算变电站噪声对周边环境影响的大小,通过对噪声衰减理论和变电站环境特点的分析,建立了变电站仿真数学模型,并基于该模型提出了变电站三维空间噪声预测算法。噪声衰减计算中,最复杂的是求解几何衰减中菲涅耳数,而求解菲涅耳数的关键是求解绕射声的声程差,利用凸包算法求解变电站内多声源、多障碍等复杂场景的声程差问题。仿真计算结果与实测结果对比显示,该模型和算法能够准确预测变电站周边三维空间中任意位置的噪声大小,为开展变电站环境噪声预评价、新建变电站规划设计中噪声控制优化以及运行变电站噪声的工程治理方案优化等提供技术支持和理论依据。XU Luwen LIU Xiaoling 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:14

5Seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection among patients with hand, foot and mouth disease in Henan, China: a hospital-based study显示文摘Background:The prevalence of infection with Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii)in humans has been increasing in China due to the growing number of cats in the country.Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)is a serious public health issue in China and still one of the leading causes of child mortality.However,little is known about the epidemiology of T.gondii infection among HFMD patients.Methods:A case–control study of 281 HFMD patients from the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan in Pingdingshan city,Henan province,central China,and 222 controls from Pingdingshan city was conducted.Anti-T.gondii antibodies were serologically detected using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:We found that the overall anti-T.gondii immunoglobulin G(IgG)antibody prevalence among HFMD patients was 12.46%,which was significantly higher than that in clinically healthy children(1.80%).The highest T.gondii seroprevalence was detected in critical cases(22.58%),followed by severe cases(11.50%),and the lowest was detected in mild cases(8.33%).Conclusion:The present study is the first survey of T.gondii seroprevalence among HFMD patients in China;12.46%were defined as seropositive.It is imperative that improved integrated measures are taken to prevent and control T.gondii infection among HFMD patients.Shuai Wang Chunwei Lan Luwen Zhang Haizhu Zhang Zhijun Yao Dong Wang Jingbo Ma Jiarong Deng Shiguo Liu 2015Infectious Diseases of Poverty2015,4,1:5

7Predictions of mortality related to four major cancers in China,2020 to 2030显示文摘Background:Cancer has become a global health problem,and assessments of cancer mortality are important for effective public health policy-making and adequate resource allocation.In this study,we aimed to predict the mortality rates and numbers of deaths related to four common cancers(lung,liver,stomach,and esophagus)in China from 2020 to 2030 and to estimate the corresponding cancer burden caused by population aging and tobacco smoking.Methods:Cancer mortality data(2004-2017)were extracted from China’s death surveillance datasets,and China’s population figures(2020-2030)were obtained from the United Nations population projections.Smoking prevalence data were retrieved from a World Health Organization global report,and relative risks of smoking and cancers were derived from large-scale Asian studies.We predicted the deaths related to the four major cancers and age-standardized mortality rates using joinpoint regression and linear regression models.The tobacco smoking related burden of these four major cancers was estimated using the population attributable fraction.Results:Unlike lung cancer mortality which was predicted to continue to increase,the age-standardized mortality rates for digestive cancers(liver,stomach,and esophageal cancers)are predicted to decline over the next decade.The number of deaths caused by the four major cancers is predicted to increase from 1,490,304 in 2020 to 1,823,960 in 2030.The age-specific mortality rates of the four major cancers are predicted to increase with age after 40-45 years,peaking in the age groups of 80-84 and ≥85 years.In 2030,the combined number of deaths from the four examined cancers among adults aged ≥65 years is predicted to be 1,167,153,accounting for 64% of all deaths from these cancers.Tobacco smoking is predicted to contribute to nearly 29% of deaths fromthese cancers,corresponding to 527,577 deaths.Conclusions:The overall trend in the combined total mortality from four major cancers is predicted to decline over the next decade;however,the corresponding death toll is expected to surge,in the context of China’s population aging and high smoking prevalence.These estimates provide data-driven evidence for China to implement effective cancer control measures in the future.Ning Li Peng Wu Yubing Shen Cuihong Yang Luwen Zhang Yali Chen Zixing Wang Jingmei Jiang 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,5:4
8Silicon-based micro direct methanol fuel cell with an N-inputs-N-outputs anode flow pattern显示文摘A micro direct methanol fuel cell(μDMFC) is suitable for use in notebook computers,mobile phones,and other digital products.To resolve the poor mass-transport efficiency problem in the anode flow channel,this paper presents an N-inputs-N-outputs parallel flow pattern with rectangular convexes to reinforce methanol mass transport and reduce concentration polarization.The simulation results show that the N-inputs-N-outputs parallel flow channels with the rectangle convexes improve the performance.μDMFCs,which have four anode flow patterns,are fabricated using MEMS(microelectromechanical systems) technology.The experimental results show that the μDMFC with the rectangle convexes has a performance better than previously reported systems,and has a peak power density of 19.96 mW/cm2.The simulation and experimental results are in good agreement.ZHANG YuFeng WANG LuWen YUAN ZhenYu WANG ShiBo LI JianMin LIU XiaoWei 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,8:2
9Nuclear factor κB represses the expression of latent membrane protein 1 in Epstein-Barr virus transformed cells显示文摘AIM: To investigate the role of nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) in the regulation of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) latent membrane protein 1(LMP1) in EBV transformed cells. METHODS: LMP1 expression was examined in EBV transformed human B lymphocytes with modulation of NF-κB activity. RESULTS: EBV infection is associated with several human cancers. EBV LMP1 is required for efficient transformation of adult primary B cells in vitro, and is expressed in several pathogenic stages of EBVassociated cancers. Regulation of EBV LMP1 involves both viral and cellular factors. LMP1 activates NF-κB signaling pathway that is a part of the EBV transformation program. However, the relation between NF-κB and LMP1 expression is not well established yet. In this report, we found that blocking the NF-κB activity by Inhibitor of κB stimulated LMP1 expression, while the overexpression of NF-κB repressed LMP1 expression in EBV-transformed IB4 cells. In addition, LMP1 repressed its own promoter activities in reporter assays, and the repression was associated with the activation of NF-κB. Moreover, NF-κB alone is sufficient to repress LMP1 promoter activities. 10Two basic leader connection scenarios observed in negative lightning attachment process显示文摘High-speed video images of 24 downward negative lightning flashes terminating on tall structures in Guangzhouare selected to analyse the connecting behaviour of the downward and upward leaders during the attachment processpreceding the first return stroke.Three types of leader connecting behaviour have been observed:Type I,the tip ofdownward leader(DL)to the tip of upward connecting leader(UCL),which accounts for 42%of all the events(10/24);Type II,the DL’s tip to the lateral surface of UCL,which accounts for 50%(12/24);and Type III,the combination ofTypes I and II,which accounts for 8%(2/24).For the two cases of Type III behaviour,each case had two junction points(one with Type I and the other with Type II behaviour)between the downward and upward leaders.Therefore,Types Iand II can be viewed as the two basic types of the leader connecting behaviour during the attachment process innegative lightning.No attachment process exhibited the connection of the UCL’s tip to the lateral surface of DL.Thepresence of multiple DL branches and their integrated effect on the development of positive UCL/UCLs are likely to bethe main reasons for the Type II behaviour.Weitao Lu Qi Qi Ying Ma Luwen Chen Xu Yan Vladimir ARakov Daohong Wang Yijun Zhang 2016High Voltage2016,1,1:2

13Dissipative particle dynamics simulation of flow through periodic arrays of circular micropillar显示文摘Flow through arrays of micropillar embedded inside microfluidic chip systems is important for various microfluidic devices. It is critical to accurately predict the mass flow rate through pillar arrays based on the pillar design. This work presents a dissipative particle dynamics(DPD) model to simulate a problem of flow across periodic arrays of circular micropillar and investigates the permeability of two types of micropillar arrays.The flow fields including horizontal and vertical velocity fields, the number density field,and the streamline of the flow are analyzed. The predicted solid volumes by the presented DPD simulation of both types of arrays are quite close to the actual counterparts. These quantitative agreements show usefulness and effectiveness of the DPD model in simulating arrays of micropillar. 14Targeting TRMT5 suppresses hepatocellular carcinoma progression via inhibiting the HIF-1αpathways显示文摘Accumulating evidence has confirmed the links between transfer RNA(tRNA)modifications and tumor progression.The present study is the first to explore the role of tRNA methyltransferase 5(TRMT5),which catalyzes the m1G37 modification of mitochondrial tRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)progression.Here,based on bioinformatics and clinical analyses,we identified that TRMT5 expression was upregulated in HCC,which correlated with poor prognosis.Silencing TRMT5 attenuated HCC proliferation and metastasis both in vivo and in vitro,which may be partially explained by declined extracellular acidification rate(ECAR)and oxygen consumption rate(OCR).Mechanistically,we discovered that knockdown of TRMT5 inactivated the hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signaling pathway by preventing HIF-1αstability through the enhancement of cellular oxygen content.Moreover,our data indicated that inhibition of TRMT5 sensitized HCC to doxorubicin by adjusting HIF-1α.In conclusion,our study revealed that targeting TRMT5 could inhibit HCC progression and increase the susceptibility of tumor cells to chemotherapy drugs.Thus,TRMT5 might be a carcinogenesis candidate gene that could serve as a potential target for HCC therapy.Qiong ZHAO Luwen ZHANG Qiufen HE Hui CHANG Zhiqiang WANG Hongcui CAO Ying ZHOU Ruolang PAN Ye CHEN 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,1:1

17Prediction of effective percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma: A multi-central retrospective study显示文摘Background and aim:Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD)does not always lead to a reduction in serum total bilirubin(TBil)level in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and obstructive jaundice.We aimed to develop a model for pre-PTBD prediction of post-procedural TBil decrease in these patients.Materials and methods:Retrospective database searches were conducted at four teaching hospitals(reference period:January 2010 to December 2018),and baseline characteristics of eligible patients were extracted.Any decrease in TBil after PTBD and the lowest level of TBil post-PTBD<5 mg/dL,3 mg/dL,and 2 mg/dL were each taken as the standard of effectiveness for computation of its own predictive nomogram.For data dimension decrease and feature selection,the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression model was used.A multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to develop nomograms.Each nomogram's performance was internally evaluated for its calibration,discriminative ability,and clinical usefulness.Results:Included in the study were 138 patients.The model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)score,platelet count,and portal vein thrombosis(PVT)were predictors in the nomogram for any decrease in TBil;international normalized ratio(INR),MELD score,platelet count,and PVT were predictors for a decrease to<5 mg/dL;MELD score,cholinesterase level(CHE),platelet count,and PVT were predictors for a decrease to<3 mg/dL;and MELD score,CHE,platelet count,and pre-albumin level were predictors for a decrease to<2 mg/dL.The clinical value of the nomograms was proven by decision curve analysis.Conclusions:These models may help inform clinical decision making for performing PTBD procedures.Haofan Wang Yitao Mao Chunning Zhang Xiaojun Hu Bin Chen Luwen Mu Shuyi Wang Yifen Lin Zhanwang Xiang Mingsheng Huang 2022Liver Research2022,6,4:1

20Maternal high salt-diet increases offspring's blood pressure with dysfunction of NO/PKGI signaling pathway in heart tissue显示文摘Background:High salt-diets have become significant threats to human health,resulting in hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.Hypertensive disorders during pregnancy are complicated,since the maternal cardiovascular system undergoes extensive physiological changes during pregnancy.High-salt diets during pregnancy can disturb the intrauterine environment and negatively affect fetal development.Therefore,we explored how high-salt diets during pregnancy could affect the offspring.Methods:Rats were divided into three groups and fed with low,normal,and high salt diets.The offspring were separated into three groups after weaning based on dietary salt concentration.The blood pressure and urine protein content of both dams and offspring were measured.To evaluate cardiac function,we used Masson staining and immunodetection to confirm the fibrosis status.Finally,we extracted protein from cardiac tissue to test the expression levels of the Nitric Oxide(NO)/cGMP-dependent protein kinase I(PKGI)pathway and the angiotensin receptor.Results:High-salt diets increased blood pressure,and offspring previously exposed to high-salt environments were predisposed to hypertension.High-salt diets were also found to induce cardiac fibrosis and exacerbate fibrosis in offspring and alter the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Under these conditions,the NO/PKGI pathway was activated in cardiac tissue and the type-1angiotensin II receptor(AT1R)was upregulated,though the type-2 angiotensin II receptor(AT2R)had the opposite effect.Conclusion:High-salt diets induce high blood pressure and increase predisposition to hypertension in offspring.They are accompanied by cardiac fibrosis,which could be caused by the activation of NO/PKGI and upregulation of AT1R.Minshan Huang Xiuying Li Luwen Ren Lin Huang Jiahong Pan Jinlin Yao Lili Du Dunjin Chen Jingsi Chen 2022Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2022,2,2:1
