1SHRIMP zircon age for a K-bentonite in the top of the Laobao Formation at the Pingyin section,Guizhou,South China显示文摘The Lower Cambrian on the Yangtze Platform in South China(internationally equivalent to the Nerreneuvian and 2nd series of the Cambrian)is valuable for understanding the early evolution of life,the global biogeochemical circles,and the major changes of the ocean.In particular,a precise radiometric calibration of the Lower Cambrian of this region is a critical realm in its multidisciplinary studies.A SHRIMP U-Pb geochronology study of the K-bentonite in the topmost Laobao Formation at the Pingyin section,Guizhou,South China yielded an age of 536±5 Ma(MSWD=0.75),suggesting that the K-bentonite here can be correlated with the intensely studied K-bentonite within the middle Zhongyicun Member(Bed 5)of the Zhujiaqing Formation at the Meishucun section in Yunnan.Such a regional correlation result reveals that the Bed 5 K-bentonite also extends into deeper-water environments rather than being deposited merely in the shallow platform interior of the Yangtze Platform.The age of the K-bentonite at the Pingyin section also implies that its overlying polymetallic Ni-Mo layer should be younger than 536±5 Ma.Hence the previous placement of the Precambrian/Cambrian boundary at this layer is inappropriate.Combined with the results of stratigraphic correlations,it is suggested that the K-bentonites in the middle Zhongyicun Member of the Zhujiaqing Formation(or the equivalents)and the base of the Shiyantou Formation(or its equivalents),together with the polymetallic Ni-Mo layer,serve as three important marker beds.Their self-consistent radiometric ages have established an improved geochronologic framework for the Lower Cambrian in South China.ZHOU MingZhong LUO TaiYi LIU ShiRong QIAN ZhiKuan XING LeCai 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,10:10
2Olmutinib(HM61713) reversed multidrug resistance by inhibiting the activity of ATPbinding cassette subfamily G member 2 in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Overexpressing of ATP-binding cassette(ABC) transporters is the essential cause of multidrug resistance(MDR), which is a significant hurdle to the success of chemotherapy in many cancers.Therefore, inhibiting the activity of ABC transporters may be a logical approach to circumvent MDR.Olmutinib is an epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI), which has been approved in South Korea for advanced EGFR T790 M-positive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Here,we found that olmutinib significantly increased the sensitivity of chemotherapy drug in ABCG2-overexpressing cells. Furthermore, olmutinib could also increase the retention of doxorubicin(DOX) and rhodamine 123(Rho 123) in ABC transporter subfamily G member 2(ABCG2)-overexpressing cells. In addition, olmutinib was found to stimulate ATPase activity and inhibit photolabeling of ABCG2 with [^(125) I]-iodoarylazidoprazosin(IAAP). However, olmutinib neither altered ABCG2 expression at protein and m RNA levels nor blocked EGFR, Her-2 downstream signaling of AKT and ERK. Importantly,olmutinib enhanced the efficacy of topotecan on the inhibition of S1-MI-80 cell xenograft growth. All the results suggest that olmutinib reverses ABCG2-mediated MDR by binding to ATP bind site of ABCG2 and increasing intracellular chemotherapeutic drug accumulation. 3Preparation and properties of a new cutting pick of coal shearers显示文摘Reliability and wear resistance of cutting picks play a significant role in coal mine exploitation with coal shearers.Tool bit separation,blade breaking,severe erosion of the cutting body and fatigue fractures are the main reasons for failure of cutting picks.We carried out carburization on a 30CrMnMo alloy to synthesize a new cutting pick material with improved mechanical properties and high wear resistance.The results indicated that carburization can effectively strengthen the surface of the 30CrMnMo alloy by forming a thick carburized layer and thus significantly improve the surface hardness and wear resistance.In addition,the excellent toughness of 30CrMnMo alloy as a substrate of cutting picks can prevent brittle ruptures and fatigue fractures under high impact stress conditions.The significant decrease in both frictional coefficient and rate of erosion of this carburized 30CrMnMo alloy suggests that this alloy is a potential material for cutting picks of coal shearers after rational carburization.LUO Yong ZHANG Dekun WANG Qingliang LIU Hongtao CHENG Gang GE Shirong 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,5:5
4Development of miniature HTSC wide-band filter with open-loop resonators显示文摘The strong electric and magnetic coupled novel HTSC (high temperature superconductor) open-loop microstrip resonators are studied in this report and the traditional structure of open-loop resonators is improved. A miniature wide-band HTSC bandpass filter is developed by the novel structure, which is fabricated on YBCO/LaAlO3/YBCO substrate with dimensions of 14.8×9.6 mm2. 5Design of high temperature superconducting contiguous-band diplexer显示文摘A high temperature superconducting (HTS) contiguous-band diplexer was designed and fabricated. The HTS contiguous-band diplexer was made using 2-inch-diameter LaA1O3 wafers coated with epi-taxial thin film YBO on both sides, and was made up of two 4-pole singly-terminated low-pass prototype bandpass channel filters connected in parallel. Its operation frequency was centered at 3.25GHz and 3.75GHz with 500-MHz-wide channels. The HTS diplexer operated at 77 K shows excellent performance. The insertion loss in the pass-band is less than 0.8 dB and the rejection between per channel is greater than 30dB. In comparison with the conventional diplexer, the HTS diplexer offers more than 2dB improvement in insertion loss performance and 3/4 volume reduction. 6A novel method for the measurement of frequency-character of surface resistance of HTS thin film显示文摘A novel method for microwave surface resistance measurement of high temperature superconductor thin film at multi-frequency by multimode of sapphire rod is introduced. This method has the advantages of high sensitivity and large dynamic range of the measurement. By using this method, the frequency dependent microwave surface resistance of a single piece of high temperature superconductor thin film can be characterized within one temperature cycle. 19CNN coal and rock recognition method based on hyperspectral data显示文摘Aiming at the problem of coal gangue identifcation in the current fully mechanized mining face and coal washing,this article proposed a convolution neural network(CNN)coal and rock identifcation method based on hyperspectral data.First,coal and rock spectrum data were collected by a near-infrared spectrometer,and then four methods were used to flter 120 sets of collected data:frst-order diferential(FD),second-order diferential(SD),standard normal variable transformation(SNV),and multi-style smoothing.The coal and rock refectance spectrum data were pre-processed to enhance the intensity of spectral refectance and absorption characteristics,as well as efectively remove the spectral curve noise generated by instrument performance and environmental factors.A CNN model was constructed,and its advantages and disadvantages were judged based on the accuracy of the three parameter combinations(i.e.,the learning rate,the number of feature extraction layers,and the dropout rate)to generate the best CNN classifer for the hyperspectral data for rock recognition.The experiments show that the recognition accuracy of the one-dimensional CNN model proposed in this paper reaches 94.6%.Verifcation of the advantages and efectiveness of the method were proposed in this article.Jianjian Yang Boshen Chang Yuchen Zhang Wenjie Luo Shirong Ge Miao Wu 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5:0
