1Feed conversion ratio,residual feed intake and cholecystokinin type A receptor gene polymorphisms are associated with feed intake and average daily gain in a Chinese local chicken population显示文摘Background: The feed conversion ratio(FCR) and residual feed intake(RFI) are common indexes in measuring feed efficiency for livestock. RFI is a feed intake adjusted for requirements for maintenance and production so these two traits are related. Similarly, FCR is related to feed intake and weight gain because it is their ratio. Cholecystokinin type A receptor(CCKAR) plays an important role in animal digestive process. We examined the interplay of these three parameters in a local Chinese chicken population.Results: The feed intake(FI) and body weights(BW) of 1,841 individuals were monitored on a daily basis from 56 to 105 d of age. There was a strong correlation between RFI and average daily feed intake(ADFI) and a negative correlation between the FCR and daily gain(r_g=-0.710). Furthermore, we identified 51 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in the CCKAR and 4 of these resulted in amino acid mutations. The C334A mutation was specifically associated with FI and the expected feed intake(EFI)(P < 0.01) and significantly associated with the average daily gain(ADG)(P < 0.05). G1290A was significantly associated with FI and EFI(P < 0.05).Conclusion: FCR is apply to weight selecting, and RFI is more appropriate if the breeding focus is feed intake. 2Effects of magnetic field on fluidization properties of magnetic pearls显示文摘An experimental study of the influence of external magnetic field on the fluidization behavior of magnetic pearls was carried out. Magnetic pearls are a magnetic form of iron oxide that mainly consists of Fe2O3 which are recovered from a high-volume power plant fly ash from pulverized coal combustion. Due to its abundance, low price and particular physical and chemical properties, magnetic pearls can be used as a heavy medium for minerals or solid waste dry separation based on density difference. This paper introduces the properties of magnetic pearls and compares the performance of magnetic pearls fluidised bed operation with or without an external magnetic field. 34-Formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenol: an ESIPT chromophore显示文摘In the present work, excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) emission properties of a new benzotriazole derivative 4-formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenol(C1) were studied. 4-Formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-methoxy-benzene(C2), 4-formyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenyl acetate(C3) and 4-methyl-2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-phenol(C4) were used as the reference molecules.1H NMR chemical shift of hydroxy group in C1 was located at more down field than that of C4 or p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(C5), respectively. C1 showed two absorption bands in the range of 260–400 nm zones in various solvents, while C2 and C3 exhibited single absorption band. The equal molar mixtures of C2/C5 or C3/C5 showed single absorption band.C2 and C3 displayed single fluorescence emission band in various solvents, while C1 exhibited dual emission bands in some strong polar solvents. Furthermore, the second emission band in these strong polar solvents showed the large Stokes shift. The results show that the second emission band of C1 was produced by ESIPT. C2 and C3 could not undergo ESIPT due to no hydroxy group. 7Inhibitory effects of PIN1 antisense gene on the proliferation of human osteosarcoma cells显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the inhibitory effects of PIN1 antisense gene on the proliferation of human osteosarcoma cells. Methods: Different doses of antisense PIN1 gene (0,20,50,100,200,250 μl) were transfected into osteosarcoma MG-63 cells. The cells and the culture supernatants before and after transfection were collected. The cell growth curve was made using MTT method. The cell growth cycle and apoptosis were detected by FCM. The expression of PIN1 was detected by Western blot. The expression of PIN1 mRNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: MTT and FCM assays indicated that the transfection of antisense PIN1 gene could inhibit proliferation of MG-63 cells and lead to cell apoptosis. Western-blot assays revealed the MG-63 cells transfected with antisense PIN1 gene had weaker expression than those without transfection with antisense PIN1 gene, and the band intensity was negatively related with doses. The cells transfected with different doses of gene (0,20,50,100,200,250 μl) had different absorbance rate(0.854±0.136,0.866±0.138,0.732±0.154,0.611±0.121,0.547±0.109,0.398±0.113,0.320±0.151), with significant difference assessed by F and q test (P<0.05). The absorbance rate of PINI mRNA was 0.983±0.125,0.988±0.127, 0.915±0.157,0.786±0.125,0.608±0.124,0.433±0.130,0.410±0.158 respectively (P<0.05). 8Differentially expressed gene in osteosarcoma cell lines with different metastatic potentials显示文摘Objective:To study the expression of osteosarcoma metastasis associated gene using a cDNA microarray,and screen new candidate genes related to the development,progress and osteosarcoma metastasis.Methods:Total RNA of a low metastatic osteosarcoma and a high metastatic osteosarcoma(M6 and M8 cell lines,respectively) was extracted,purified to mRNA and then reverse transcribed to cDNA.M6 was used as the experimental group and M8 as the control group,and the gene expression of cells from both of these two sublines was investigated using cDNA microarrays containig 8064 cDNA clones.The cDNA of M6 was labeled with cy3 and the cDNA of M8 was labeled with cy5.The two sublines were hybridized with the cDNA microarray.The hybridization signals were scanned with a Generation III array scanner and analyzed by Imagequant 5.0 software.Results:There were 330 differentially expressed genes between M6 and M8.In the M6 subline,152 genes were up-regulated and 178 genes were down-regulated compared to the M8 subline.These genes could be classified according to their function.Cell growth-related genes that were down-regulated included CCNG1,CDC2,APC10,and RPA3,while expression of the tumor suppressor genes,CDKN1A and CDKN2D,was up-regulated.Other genes that were differentially expressed included those that have been implicated in the regulation of signal transduction,metabolism and apoptosis.Conclusion:This study exploits a cDNA microarray approach to identifying genes that may be associated with metastasis.The gene expression profiles of osteosarcoma cell lines is a potentially important index in the search of new candidate genes related to tumor occurrence,development and metastasis.Xinzhi Li Lin Meng Anming Chen Fengjin Guo Zhenqiang Luo Heng Zeng 2009Journal of Nanjing Medical University2009,23,5:0
9Research on error accumulation control of three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint显示文摘Background Currently,laser tracker is the primary instrument used to carry out three-dimensional position measurement in accelerator alignment.Theoretically,three-dimensional measuring data processed by three-dimensional adjustment are more rigorous,however,error accumulation is found in practice.Purpose In order to control error accumulation and further improve the measurement accuracy of accelerator alignment,this research introduces the laser alignment system into the activity of measurement and data processing.Methods A measurement scheme combining laser tracker and laser alignment system is proposed.To construct the constraint condition,the offset values from the measuring points to the laser straight-line datum were used.To carry out the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint,the laser tracker observations were used.Results A three-dimensional adjustment function model of laser tracker observations is given.The construction method of the constraint equation is researched,and the calculation formulas of the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint are derived.A 200 m linac tunnel control network is designed,using simulation measurement method,the measuring data of laser tracker and the offset values from the measuring points to the laser straight-line datum were generated.The simulated data are calculated by the method given in this paper and the result is analyzed.Conclusion Simulation result shows introducing the laser alignment system into laser tracker measurement and applying the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint can effectively suppress the error accumulation caused by long distance move station measurement.Wang Xiaolong Kang Ling Dong Lan Li Bo Men Lingling Luo Tao Wang Tong Liang Jing He Zhenqiang Ke Zhiyong Ma Na Lu Shang Han Yuanying Yan Luping Zhang Luyan Liu Xiaoyang Yan Haoyue Li Chunhua Wu Lei 2022Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2022,6,4:0
10Crude Extract of Detergent⁃Like Gleditsia sinensis lam Exhibiting Self⁃Organization for Protection of Mild Steel in Harsh Hydrochloric Acid Solution:How to Seek Crude Natural Plant Extracts as Green Corrosion Inhibitors显示文摘This study proposes a thought to employ detergent⁃like renewable low⁃cost crude extract of Gleditsia sinensis lam(GSL)as green corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in HCl solution.Crude Gleditsia sinensis lam extract(GSLE)was gained at mild conditions by simply refluxing in ethanol with a Soxhlet extractor.The target GSLE extract exhibited regular self⁃organization in mixed solvents of organic solvents/H2O such as ethanol/H2 O(v/v,50/50)at room temperature,which was evidenced by different means including scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and dynamic light scattering.The study demonstrates that the yielded assemblies of the crude extract of GSLE displayed chemical adsorption on the studied mild steel sample surfaces.Furthermore,the formed stable crude extract assemblies of GSL presented outstanding anti⁃corrosion capability in 1.0 mol/L HCl aqueous solution based on electrochemical measurements including polarization curves and impedance spectroscopy.It is discovered that the maximal corrosion inhibition efficiency could reach approximate 95%.The molecular modeling was performed to acquire the nature of frontier orbitals of the main representative chemical components of crude GSLE for deep understanding of chemical interactions with iron.The results presented herein would guide us to seek sustainable environmentally friendly low⁃cost detergent⁃like plant crude extracts for corrosion inhibition of various metals in aggressive acid environments.Xue Luo Haijun Huang Zhenqiang Wang Zhiyong Wang Shengtao Zhang Hongru Li Fang Gao 2020Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2020,27,5:0
