1惠州城市植被的滞尘效应显示文摘城市植被对城市环境质量的改善发挥了巨大作用。研究了广东省惠州市不同功能区4种主要绿化乔木(大叶榕、小叶榕、高山榕、紫荆)的滞尘能力,比较了不同功能区叶面降尘的重金属和S含量差异,并利用遥感影像技术估算了惠州城市植被的地面总生物量及叶总生物量,推算了惠州市的总滞尘量。结果表明:在达到饱和之前,4种绿化乔木叶面滞尘量随时间延长而增长,大叶榕、高山榕与紫荆、小叶榕两组植物的滞尘能力存在显著性差异(P〈0.05),滞尘能力差异为1.2-2.44倍,不同植物滞尘量由大到小排列为:高山榕〉大叶榕〉小叶榕〉紫荆;不同植物滞尘能力的差异尤其与植株的叶面积、叶倾角、枝条硬度、枝条伸展角度等相关。不同功能区植物滞尘量差异显著(p〈0.01),4种植物在不同功能区的滞尘总量排序为:工业区〉商业交通区〉居住区〉清洁区。不同功能区植物叶面降尘的重金属和硫含量存在显著性差异(P〈0.05),降尘综合污染指数由大到小为:工业区(包括电厂)、商业交通区、居住区、清洁对照区;降尘中重金属含量高负荷。惠州建成区植被的地面生物量为3.2×10^5t,叶面积总量为808.4km^2,全年滞尘量达4430.7t,可去除大气中Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、S的量分别为1.63,2.70,5.54,0.04,1.84,19.52t。邱媛 管东生 宋巍巍 Peart M.R. 2008生态学报2008,28,6:88
2Denosumab治疗绝经后妇女低骨密度显示文摘Background: Receptor activator of nuclear factor- κ B ligand (RANKL) is essential for osteoclast differentiation, activation, and survival. The fully human monoclonal antibody denosumab (formerly known as AMG 162)- binds RANKL with high affinity and specificity and inhibits RANKL action. Methods: The efficacy and safety of subcutaneously administered denosumab were evaluated over a period of 12 months in 412 postmenopausal women with low bone mineral density (T score of- 1.8 to - 4.0 at the lumbar spine or- 1.8 to- 3.5 at the proximal femur). Subjects were randomly assigned to receive denosumab either every three months (at a dose of 6, 14, or 30 mg) or every six months (at a dose of 14, 60, 100, or 210 mg), open- label oral alendronate once weekly (at a dose of 70 mg), or placebo. The primary end point was the percentage change from baseline in bone mineral density at the lumbar spine at 12 months. Changes in bone turnover were assessed by measurement of serum and urine telopeptides and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase. Results: Denosumab treatment for 12 months resulted in an increase in bone mineral density at the lumbar spine of 3.0 to 6.7 percent (as compared with an increase of 4.6 percent with alendronate and a loss of 0.8 percent with placebo), at the total hip of 1.9 to 3.6 percent (as compared with an increase of 2.1 percent with alendronate and a loss of 0.6 percent with placebo), and at the distal third of the radius of 0.4 to 1.3 percent (as compared with decreases of 0.5 percent with alendronate and 2.0 percent with placebo). Near-maximal reductions in mean levels of serum C- telopeptide from baseline were evident three days after the administration of denosumab. The duration of the suppression of bone turnover appeared to be dose-dependent. Conclusions: In postmenopausal women with low bone mass, denosumab increased bone mineral density and decreased bone resorption. 4电击法诱导的欧白英原生质体转化和转化植株再生显示文摘本研究使用电击法成功地将带有标记基因NPTⅡ的质粒pCaMVNEO转入欧白英的原生质体,并获得了再生转化植株。通过用pDW2质粒进行的CAT基因短暂表达研究,确定了欧白英原生质体转化的电击条件为:电容30nF、电场强度1500V/cm、时间衰变常数59.4微秒;质粒DNA浓度为20μg/2×10~6原生质体。在以上条件下,欧白英原生质体的相对转化率为12.4%,绝对转化率为2.4×10^(-4)。在大多数抗性愈伤组织和从抗性愈伤组织再生的植株中检测到新霉素磷酸转移酶活性。分子杂交结果也证明了在转化植株中存在NPTⅡ基因序列,而未转化的对照植株则没有。王国英 贺普超 Davey M.R. 1994生物工程学报1994,10,1:6

6Recovery and grade prediction of pilot plant flotation column concentrate by a hybrid neural genetic algorithm显示文摘Today flotation column has become an acceptable means of froth flotation for a fairly broad range of applications, in particular the cleaning of sulfides. Even after having been used for several years in mineral processing plants, the full potential of the flotation column process is still not fully exploited. There is no prediction of process performance for the complete use of available control capabilities. The on-line estimation of grade usually requires a significant amount of work in maintenance and calibration of on-stream analyzers, in order to maintain good accuracy and high availability. These difficulties and the high cost of investment and maintenance of these devices have encouraged the approach of prediction of metal grade and recovery. In this paper, a new approach has been proposed for metallurgical performance prediction in flotation columns using Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Despite of the wide range of applications and flexibility of NNs, there is still no general framework or procedure through which the appropriate network for a specific task can be designed. Design and structural optimization of NNs is still strongly dependent upon the designer's experience. To mitigate this problem, a new method for the auto-design of NNs was used, based on Genetic Algorithm (GA). The new proposed method was evaluated by a case study in pilot plant flotation column at Sarcheshmeh copper plant. The chemical reagents dosage, froth height, air, wash water flow rates, gas holdup, Cu grade in the rougher feed, flotation column feed, column tail and final concentrate streams were used to the simulation by GANN. In this work, multi-layer NNs with Back Propagation (BP) algorithm with 8-17-10-2 and 8- 13-6-2 arrangements have been applied to predict the Cu and Mo grades and recoveries, respectively. The correlation coefficient (R) values for the testing sets for Cu and Mo grades were 0.93, 0.94 and for their recoveries were 0.93, 0.92, respectively. 7红菜薹原生质体培养植株再生显示文摘一、目的与材料方法 红菜薹属白菜类(B.campestris),其原生质体培养成功可供外源基因的直接转化和细胞质杂种合成雄性不育系之用。白菜类是十字花科中最难由原生质体再生出植株的种类之一(Hachey等,1991)。目前,大白菜的再生成株已有报道(李世君等,1992;Glimelius,1984),但再生频率低(3.3%,1%)。本试验试图建立起红菜薹原生质体有效的再生程序。 1.无菌苗的获得 红菜薹品种为十月红一号,种子在0.1%SDS的0.1%HgCl_2溶液中浸5分钟后,用15%的“Domestos”灭菌15分钟,再用无菌水洗5次,播种在MS基本培养基上发芽,25℃,光照每天16小时,光强1800lx。叶志彪 李汉霞 Davey M.R. 11Investigation on the dissolution of η phase in a cast Ni-based superalloy显示文摘The dissolution behavior of η phase has been investigated in a cast Ni-based superalloy. The results showed that the platelets and blocks of η phase were formed within the interdendritic regions of the microstructure. Applying standard solution annealing at 1150-1160°C for a period of 4 h did not result in the complete dissolution of η phase. For the complete dissolution of η phase without residual incipient melting, a 2-step solution annealing has been recommended. After dissolution at high temperatures, the η phase transforms to two MC-type carbides: one is enriched in Ti, Nb, and Ta, and the other is of (Zr,Ti)C type.M.R. Jahangiri H. 13Qualitative and quantitative analysis of goat ovaries, follicles and oocytes in view of in vitro production of embryos显示文摘Goat ovaries were collected from the slaughterhouse and categorized as right, left, corpus luteum (CL)-present and -absent group and evaluated on the basis of weight (g), length (cm), width (cm), number of follicles, follicles aspirated and number and state of cumulus-oocyte-complexes (COCs). Comparatively higher weight [(0.66±0.02) vs (0.64±0.02) g], length [(1.17±0.02) vs (1.11±0.02) cm] and width [(0.77±0.02) vs (0.74±0.02) cm] were found in right ovaries than those of left. On the other hand significantly (P<0.05) higher weight [(0.71±0.03) vs (0.64±0.01) g] and width [(0.76±0.03) vs (0.75±0.01) cm] were found in CL-present group than those of CL-absent group of ovaries. The left ovaries contained comparatively higher number of normal COCs [(1.06±0.09) per ovary] than right ovaries [(1.03±0.10) per ovary] and the similar trend was found in total number of fol-licles [(4.51±0.25) vs (4.30±0.23) per ovary] and follicles aspirated [(2.55±0.14) vs (2.52±0.12) per ovary]. But the total COCs per ovary was almost similar in both ovaries [right and left: (1.85±0.12) and (1.85±0.11) per ovary, respectively]. Higher number of total COCs [(1.87±0.09) vs (1.76±0.16) per ovary], total number of follicles [(4.45±0.19) vs (4.16±0.37) per ovary], follicles aspirated [(2.55±0.10) vs (2.48±0.21) per ovary] and normal COCs [(1.12±0.07) vs (0.76±0.14) per ovary] were found in CL-absent group than those of CL-present group of ovaries.ISLAM M.R. 18亚洲始新世啮齿目一新科——争胜鼠科(Zelomyidae)(英文)显示文摘继 1 990年王伴月和李春田记述了发现在吉林桦甸中始新世的争胜鼠 (Zelomys)之后 ,近年又在山西垣曲、河南卢氏、江苏溧阳等地的中始新世到晚始新世 (Irdinmanhan lateShara murunianorErgilian)的 5个地点中陆续发现了一些与争胜鼠相近的新材料。经研究后 ,将所有材料归诸于创建的一新科 :争胜鼠科 (Zelomyidaefam .nov .)。它包括了争胜鼠及本文新记述的安氏鼠 (Andersomysgen.nov.)、耗子 (Haozigen .nov .)和苏鼠 (Suomysgen .nov.)共 4属 6种。新科的特征是 :始啮型头骨 -松鼠型下颌 ;门齿釉质层散系 ;颊齿具有发育的次尖和下次脊 ,后期种类上颊齿的外侧齿尖的唇侧发展成平凹到新月形。新科的系统关系不很清楚 ,尽管与始鼠科 (Eomyidae)有某些相似之处 ,但它更可能是独立发展的一个支系。争胜鼠属化石分布较广 ,在我国吉林、江苏和山西的中、晚始新世地层中都有发现 ,它的特征是下颊齿p4 m2宽度逐渐增大 ,p4 m3具下前边尖 ,并与短的下原尖前臂相接。属中除属型种———东方争胜鼠 (Z .orientalisWangetLi)外 ,还建立了一个约翰争胜鼠新种 (Z .joannessp .nov.) ,一约翰争胜鼠相似种 (Z .cf.Z .joannes)。同时认为Z .gracilisWangetLi,1 990是Z .orientalis的同物异名。约翰种与属型种的区别在于个?Dawson M.R. 黄学诗 李传夔 王伴月 2003古脊椎动物学报2003,41,4:2
