| 1 | Effect of subsoil tillage depth on nutrient accumulation, root distribution, and grain yield in spring maize显示文摘A four-year field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of subsoiling depth on root morphology, nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), and potassium(K) uptake, and grain yield of spring maize. The results indicated that subsoil tillage promoted root development,increased nutrient accumulation, and increased yield. Compared with conventional soil management(CK), root length, root surface area, and root dry weight at 0–80 cm soil depth under subsoil tillage to 30 cm(T1) and subsoil tillage to 50 cm(T2) were significantly increased, especially the proportions of roots in deeper soil. Root length, surface area, and dry weight differed significantly among three treatments in the order of T2 > T1 > CK at the12-leaf and early filling stages. The range of variation of root diameter in different soil layers in T2 treatment was the smallest, suggesting that roots were more likely to grow downwards with deeper subsoil tillage in soil. The accumulation of N, P, and K in subsoil tillage treatment was significantly increased, but the proportions of kernel and straw were different. In a comparison of T1 with T2, the grain accumulated more N and P, while K accumulation in kernel and straw varied in different years. Grain yield and biomass were increased by 12.8% and 14.6% on average in subsoil tillage treatments compared to conventional soil treatment. | 2 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 6 | Measurement and analysis of biogas fertilizer use efficiency, nutrient distribution and influencing factors of biogas residues and slurry on pig farms显示文摘Although the effects of biogas residues and slurry returning to farmland are good,they still cannot be used widely in China.In this study,the biogas fertilizer use efficiency,nutrient distribution and influencing factors of fertilizer use efficiency of biogas residues and slurry in 20 biogas projects in Chongming County,Shanghai,China were measured and analyzed.The correlation and a linear regression fit of parts of test indicators were also analyzed.The results show that pig farm biogas residues and slurry mixture are nutrient-rich and can be used as a high-quality organic fertilizer,while its fertilizer use efficiency is unstable because of the differences among area,raw materials,fermentation technology and operation management.Nutrients are not evenly distributed in biogas residues and slurry.Higher levels of organic matters,P and trace elements were detected in biogas residues and higher levels of water-soluble N and K were detected in biogas slurry.The correlations between some test indicators of biogas residues and slurry mixture are significant,especially between total K and conductivity.Linear regression model fitting results of parts of test indicators are satisfactory.Hence,the values of the other test indicators can be estimated by one known indicator which can effectively reduce the determination workload under some limited situations. | Fan Min Zhu Hongguang Ma Jieqiong | 2014 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014，7，1： | 5 |
| 7 | Distribution of heavy metals in pig farm biogas residues and the safety and feasibility assessment of biogas fertilizer显示文摘The presence of high levels of heavy metals in anaerobic fermentation residues is a major obstacle to the resource utilization and urgent research for removal of heavy metals in the biogas slurry is needed.The handling of large-scale residue slurry and safely returning to field urgently needed constructive suggestion.The contents of heavy metal elements in the residue of anaerobic digestion processes of the wastewater and waste of the piggery were mainly investigated.The contents of heavy metals in the original fluid and the centrifugal solution were determined in this study.They included elements,such as Cu,Zn,Cr,Cd,Pb,As,Ni,Mn,and Se,which were compared with the existing standard including the irrigation water quality standards(GB5084-2005),comprehensive discharge standard of sewage(GB8978-1996)and water-solubility humic acid fertilizer quality standards(NY1106-2010).The preliminary data suggested that both the heavy metals before and after centrifugation were in excess of the standards to some degree and the exceeding standard rate declined significantly after centrifugation.The absolute contents of heavy metals after centrifugation declined significantly compared with that before centrifugation.Those ratios are 91.8%,73.2%,47.6%,94.5%,93.5%,59.4%,95.8%,100%for Zn,As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Mn,Pb,respectively.A descriptive statistics as well as a correlational analysis showed that there existed strong correlation among Cu,Pb,and the total suspended solids(TS).Meanwhile,significant correlation was found among TS,Cd,Zn,As,Cr,Ni,and Mn at 0.01 level.The data and the analysis above provided the theoretical and experimental support for the removal of heavy mental mainly characterized by the removal of TS.According to the comparison between contents of heavy mental conversed from large amount nutrients and corresponding standard(NY1110-2006),only as was found beyond standard.It was feasible to apply biogas residues after centrifugation as water-solubility fertilizer due to the fact that As had low accumulation efficiency in soil and plants. | Ma Jieqiong Zhu Hongguang Fan Min | 2013 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2013，6，4： | 4 |

| 10 | Coupled Cross-correlation Neural Network Algorithm for Principal Singular Triplet Extraction of a Cross-covariance Matrix显示文摘This paper proposes a novel coupled neural network learning algorithm to extract the principal singular triplet(PST)of a cross-correlation matrix between two high-dimensional data streams. We firstly introduce a novel information criterion(NIC),in which the stationary points are singular triplet of the crosscorrelation matrix. Then, based on Newton's method, we obtain a coupled system of ordinary differential equations(ODEs) from the NIC. The ODEs have the same equilibria as the gradient of NIC, however, only the first PST of the system is stable(which is also the desired solution), and all others are(unstable)saddle points. Based on the system, we finally obtain a fast and stable algorithm for PST extraction. The proposed algorithm can solve the speed-stability problem that plagues most noncoupled learning rules. | 11 | Development of a compact high resolution gamma-ray detector for E-CT applications显示文摘A compact gamma-ray detector with good spatial resolution for emission computed tomography (E-CT) applications has been developed. The detector is composed of NaI(Tl) scintillation pixels array and Hamamastu R2486-05 PSPMT. Having a pixel size of 2 mm × 2 mm and an overall dimension of 48.2 mm × 48.2mm × 5 mm, it has 484 pixels in a 22×22 matrix. An average spatial resolution of 2.5mm (FWHM) was achieved. The slope of position linearity is constant within 10% in a range of 40mm.
