1减少急性冠状动脉综合征和卒中患者求医的延误——美国心脏协会心血管护理委员会和卒中委员会的科学声明显示文摘在寻求急性冠状动脉综合征和卒中症状的治疗方面,患者延误是限制提供这些疾病的确定性治疗的主要因素。尽管数十年来的研究和公众教育活动一直旨在缩短患者延误时间,但大多数患者仍然不能及时求医。在本科学声明中,我们总结了以下证据:(1)证明早期治疗的益处;(2)描述患者延误问题的程度;(3)确定与患者延误及时求医有关的因素;(4)揭示当前减少患者延误措施的不足。最后,提出临床实践和今后研究的建议。Debra K. 2Versatile Piriformospora indica and Its Potential Applications in Horticultural Crops显示文摘Modern horticultural crop production systems target the exploitation of sustainable techniques for crop improvement while maintaining balance with the environment. Several beneficial microbes have been investigated and have yielded remarkable results. The endophytic fungus, Piriformospora indica, is one microbe group with the potential to offer numerous benefits and opportunities in modern horticultural crop production. This plant growth-promoting mycorrhizal fungus is of particular interest due to its beneficial implications in plant growth and development. The fungus has been experimentally proven to significantly improve water and nutrient/mineral absorption, early flowering, seed production/germination and plant photosynthetic capability, growth rates;especially in nutrient-deprived soils, alter the production of secondary metabolites, and promote adaptation, tolerance and/or resistance to biotic and abiotic stressors. Its unique capability to be axenically cultured makes it feasible for research and application. These attributes in combinations with its broad host range, offer immense potential for this fungus for research in horticultural plant improvement. 3印度梨形孢提高香蕉抗热性的生理生化机制显示文摘为研究印度梨形孢(Piriformospora Indica)对香蕉抗热性的影响及其生理生化机制,测定和比较了45℃高温处理0 h、3 h、6 h、12 h和24 h的有/无定殖的“天宝蕉”叶片中抗氧化活性物质活性或含量及激素含量变化情况.结果显示:高温处理后有/无P.indica定殖的香蕉叶片中H2O2含量呈先升后降的变化趋势,脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈下降趋势,同时,P.indica定殖的香蕉叶片中H2O2、Pro和MDA含量均高于无定殖对照.高温处理下香蕉叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸酶(PAL)活性均逐步升高,且P.indica定殖的香蕉叶片中这些指标均低于无定殖组.P.indica定殖的香蕉多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性在高温处理各时间点变化不显著,而无定殖组PPO活性在高温处理3 h时显著升高.高温处理前后P.indica定殖香蕉叶片中吲哚乙酸(IAA)和赤霉素(GA)含量均低于无定殖组,脱落酸(ABA)含量显著高于无定殖组,茉莉酸(JA)和水杨酸(SA)含量差异不大.上述结果表明P.indica可以通过提高香蕉叶片中H2O2、Pro、MDA和ABA含量以及抑制IAA和GA含量提高香蕉抗热能力.BODJRENOU Mahoudjro David 孙雪丽 MENSAH Raphael Anue 李丹 刘范 田娜 赖钟雄 程春振 2020应用与环境生物学报2020,26,6:4

5Mapping aboveground biomass and its prediction uncertainty using LiDAR and field data, accounting for tree-level allometric and LiDAR model errors显示文摘Background: The increasing availability of remotely sensed data has recently challenged the traditional way of performing forest inventories, and induced an interest in model-based inference. Like traditional design-based inference, model-based inference allows for regional estimates of totals and means, but in addition for wall-to-wall mapping of forest characteristics. Recently Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)-based maps of forest attributes have been developed in many countries and been well received by users due to their accurate spatial representation of forest resources. However, the correspondence between such mapping and model-based inference is seldom appreciated. In this study we applied hierarchical model-based inference to produce aboveground biomass maps as well as maps of the corresponding prediction uncertainties with the same spatial resolution. Further, an estimator of mean biomass at regional level, and its uncertainty, was developed to demonstrate how mapping and regional level assessment can be combined within the framework of model-based inference.Results: Through a new version of hierarchical model-based estimation, allowing models to be nonlinear, we accounted for uncertainties in both the individual tree-level biomass models and the models linking plot level biomass predictions with LiDAR metrics. In a 5005 km2 large study area in south-central Sweden the predicted aboveground biomass at the level of 18 m×18 m map units was found to range between 9 and 447 Mg·ha^-1. The corresponding root mean square errors ranged between 10 and 162 Mg·ha^-1. For the entire study region, the mean aboveground biomass was 55 Mg·ha^-1 and the corresponding relative root mean square error 8%. At this level 75%of the mean square error was due to the uncertainty associated with tree-level models.Conclusions: Through the proposed method it is possible to link mapping and estimation within the framework of model-based inference. Uncertainties in both tree-level biomass models and models linking plot level biomass with LiDAR data are accounted for, both for the uncertainty maps and the overall estimates. 6瑞典南部Ostad区私有林多目标森林经营中期规划显示文摘【目的】根据瑞典私有林多目标经营的主要做法,对瑞典南部Ostad区进行为期10年的中期森林经营规划,以期实现木材收获和生态保护的双重目标。【方法】规划包括样地调查、Prod Mod生长预测、结果分析和计划制定。调查开展的时间为2017年10—12月,调查地点为Ostad区全区206. 27 hm^2的89个小班。【结果】根据规划,截至2027年共有15个小班、2 136. 40 m3的蓄积需要间伐,净收入为278 480. 80瑞典克朗; 33个小班、15 497. 00 m3的蓄积需要进行皆伐收获,净收入为1 481 695 838. 00瑞典克朗; 27个小班、45. 39 hm^2的面积需要进行更新,共花费1 804 742. 88瑞典克朗; 9个小班、13. 75hm^2的面积需要抚育,共花费18 956. 00瑞典克朗; 22. 87 hm^2的森林面积被增设为生态保护区范围。【结论】截至2027年,Ostad区将有170. 88 hm^2的面积作为用材林,35. 39 hm^2的森林面积作为生态保护区,总收益为14. 80亿瑞典克朗,净现值为12. 19亿瑞典克朗。在本次规划中,10年间收获量小于生长量,实现了可持续的基本收获目标;规划期末林分合理的年龄分布确保了稳定的年收入,扩大的生态保护区面积为区域内的动植物保护提供了重要场所。规划基本达到了木材收获与生态保护的双重目标。此外,规划仍存在一些不确定因素可能会对经营结果产生影响,如自然灾害、市场波动和气候变化,经分析,本规划将通过提高收益和调整经营树种来应对这些不确定因素。任文子 王新杰 Alex Appiah Mensah 2019北京林业大学学报2019,41,2:3

8Analysis of Codon Usage Pattern of Banana Basic Secretory Protease Gene显示文摘[Objective] The objective of this study was to understand the codon usage bias pattern of banana pathogenesis-related 17 gene, Basic Secretory Protease gene(MaBSP). [Method] Relative codon usage patterns of MaBSP were calculated using the software CodonW version 1.4.2. and the web-based tool(http://gffzzabfedfa7ad0f4614h96k99q5nuuvw605n.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/codon/).[Result] Our findings showed that C-ended and G-ended codons were the most preferential except the TER codon UGA which was coded for by just one codon. The ENc value, relationship between AT bias and GC bias, Random synonymous codon usage(RSCU) and CAI all showed that codon bias usage existed in MaBSP gene.[Conclusion] The codon usage patterns of MaBSP gene is principally influenced by natural selection in the third position. 10Historical trends of degradation,loss,and recovery in the tropical forest reserves of Ghana显示文摘The Upper Guinean Forest region of West Africa,a globally significant biodiversity hotspot,is among the driest and most human-impacted tropical ecosystems.We used Landsat to study forest degradation,loss,and recovery in the forest reserves of Ghana from 2003 to 2019.Annual canopy cover maps were generated using random forests and results were temporally segmented using the LandTrendr algorithm.Canopy cover was predicted with a predicted-observed r2 of 0.76,mean absolute error of 12.8%,and mean error of 1.3%.Forest degradation,loss,and recovery were identified as transitions between closed(>60%cover),open(15–60%cover)and low tree cover(<15%cover)classes.Change was relatively slow from 2003 to 2015,but there was more disturbance than recovery resulting in a gradual decline in closed canopy forests.In 2016,widespread fires associated with El Niño drought caused forest loss and degradation across more than 12%of the moist semi-deciduous and upland evergreen forest types.The workflow was implemented in Google Earth Engine,allowing stakeholders to visualize the results and download summaries.Information about historical disturbances will help to prioritize locations for future studies and target forest protection and restoration activities aimed at increasing resilience.Michael C.Wimberly Francis K.Dwomoh Izaya Numata Foster Mensah Jacob Amoako Dawn M.Nekorchuk Andrea McMahon 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:2
