3Ti Coating on Magnesium Alloy by Arc-Added Glow Discharge Plasma Penetrating Technique显示文摘Arc-added glow discharge plasma penetrating technique is a new surface coating method. With the help of vacuum arc discharge, a cold cathode arc source continually emits ion beams of coating elements with high currency density and high ionizing ratio. As the ion bombard and diffusion working on, the surface of the parts form deposited layer, penetrated layer and hybrid layer. Under lab condition, a commercial magnesium alloy Az91 had been coated with Ti film layer with the aim of improving its’ anti-corrosion performance. This paper mainly summarized our studies on the testing and analyzing of the coating layer. The composition and microstructure of the coating layer had been analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and glow discharge spectrum (GDS), and the surface appearance had been surveyed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The adhesion strength between film and matrix had been evaluated by experiments of sticking-tearing. 4Highly compact and uniform CH3NH3Sn0.5Pb0.5I3 films for efficient panchromatic planar perovskite solar cells显示文摘An efficient panchromatic planar perovskite solar cell is developed based on highly uniform,lead-reduced CH3NH3Sn0.5Pb0.5I3 perovskite films with full film-coverage on the substrates.We demonstrate here that full-coverage of the CH3NH3Sn0.5Pb0.5I3 films can be developed by a facile chlorobenzene-assisted spin-coating method.A power conversion efficiency of 7 % is achieved using low-temperature processes,which is among the best-reported performance for panchromatic planar perovskite solar cells with a light-absorption over 1,000 nm.Miaoqiang Lyu Meng Zhang Nathan A. 9Understanding the roles of carbon in carbon/g-C_(3)N_(4)based photocatalysts for H2 evolution显示文摘Coupling graphitic carbon nitride(CN)with carbonaceous materials is an effective strategy to improve photocatalytic performance,but the contributions of carbonaceous materials are not fully understood.Herein,a new type of carbon/CN(CCN)complex photocatalyst is synthesized with a 6-fold enhancement of H2 evolution rate compared to that of pristine CN.The role of carbon in photocatalytic H2 evolution reaction is systemically studied and it is experimentally and theoretically revealed that carbon mainly contributes to the improved capability of exciton dissociation and enhanced electric conductivity for charge transfer,leading to an increased population of photo-carriers for photocatalytic reactions.Interestingly,the enhanced light absorption originated from carbon barely generates charge carriers for H2 evolution activity.These new findings will inspire the rational design of carbon-based photocatalysts for efficient solar fuel production.Mu Xiao Yalong Jiao Bin Luo Songcan Wang Peng Chen Miaoqiang Lyu Aijun Du Lianzhou Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
