2胎儿血小板抗原引起母亲免疫反应的回顾调查显示文摘引起母婴同种免疫血小板减少症(FMAIT)最多的原因是血小板HPA 1抗原(HPA-1,78%),其次是HPA-5(19%).在高加索人群中,2.0%~2.5%的孕妇是HPA-1a阴性,而大多数妊娠HPA-1a阳性胎儿,由于97.5%的人是HPA-1a阳性.所以,只有6%~12%的HPA-1a阴性妇女发生抗HPA-1a,并与母亲HLA-DRw52a(HLA-DRB3* 0101)密切相关.HLA-DRB3*0101基因频率在日本人和高加索人中分别为3.8%和50%.无临床症状的FMAIT病例大约为10%~25%,有临床症状的FMAIT病例估计为10%~20%,发生率低于1/1400妊娠.HPA-4a引起FMAIT一般比较严重,主要发生在亚洲人群中,在高加索人中有少许报导.Ohto H Miura S Ariga H 李执如 周琼秀 2005国外医学(输血及血液学分册)2005,28,6:4
