| 1 | Collaborative assembly-mediated siRNA delivery for relieving inflammation-induced insulin resistance显示文摘Obesity plays a primary causative role in insulin resistance and hyperglycemia that contributes to type 2 diabetes.Excess lipid storage in the liver renders activation of the resident macrophages and chronic secretion of inflammatory mediators,therefore causing or aggravating insulin resistance.Herein,we develop collaborative assemblies using a“one-pot”synthesis method for macrophage-specific delivery of small interfering RNAs(siRNAs)that target the inflammatory proteins.Ternary nanocomplex(NC)composed of the siRNA molecule,a synthetic thiol-bearing methacrylated hyaluronic acid(sm-HA)and protamine forms through an electrostatic-driven physical assembly,which is chemically crosslinked to acquire the collaboratively assembled nanocapsule(cNC)concurrently.The obtained cNC displays significantly higher stability than NC.Functional moieties as flexible assembly units can be easily equipped on cNC for long circulation,active targeting,or controlled siRNA release.cNC-F decorated with folic acid,a macrophage-targeting ligand promotes the siRNA accumulation in the activated macrophages in the liver of the obese mouse model.cNC-F loaded with siRNA targeting inflammatory indicators efficiently control the macrophage inflammatory response by reducing the expression of the inflammatory proteins(>40%reduction)and ameliorating the insulin resistance symptoms of the obese mice. | Shiyang Shen Li Zhang Mengru Li Zhizi Feng Huixia Li Xiao Xu Shiqi Lin Ping Li Can Zhang Xiaojun Xu Ran Mo | 2020 | Nano Research2020，13，11： | 2 |
| 2 | DOA Estimation Method Using Sparse Representation with Orthogonal Projection显示文摘In order to reduce the effect of noises on DOA estimation,this paper proposes a direc-tion-of-arrival(DOA)estimation method using sparse representation with orthogonal projection(OPSR).The OPSR method obtains a new covariance matrix by projecting the covariance matrix of the array data to the signal subspace,leading to the elimination of the noise subspace.After-wards,based on the new covariance matrix after the orthogonal projection,a new sparse representa-tion model is established and employed for DOA estimation.Simulation results demonstrate that compared to other methods,the OPSR method has higher angle resolution and better DOA estima-tion performance in the cases of few snapshots and low SNRs. | Fujia Xu Aifei Liu Shiqi Mo Song Li | 2021 | Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2021，30，4： | 0 |
| 3 | Underwater patch near-field acoustical holography based on particle velocity and vector hydrophone array显示文摘One-step patch near-field acoustical holography(PNAH) is a powerful tool for identifying noise sources from the partially known sound pressure field.The acoustical property to be reconstructed on the surface of interest is related to the partially measured pressure on the hologram surface in terms of sampling and bandlimiting matrices,which cost more in computation.A one-step procedure based on measuring of the normal component of the particle velocity is described,including the mathematical formulation.The numerical simulation shows that one-step PNAH based on particle velocity can obtain more accurately reconstructed results and it is also less sensitive to noise than the method based on pressure.These findings are confirmed by an underwater near-field acoustical holography experiment conducted with a vector hydrophone array.The experimental results have illustrated the high performance of one-step PNAH based on particle velocity in the reconstruction of sound field and the advantages of a vector hydrophone array in an underwater near-field measurement. | HU Bo YANG DeSen LI SiChun SUN Yu MO ShiQi SHI ShengGuo | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012，55，11： | 0 |
