1Interleukin-6 and ratio of plasma interleukin-6/interleukin-10 as risk factors of symptomatic lumbar osteoarthritis显示文摘AIM To determine the role of cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP), interleukin(IL)-6, IL-10 and ratio of IL-6/IL-10 as risk factors of symptomatic lumbar osteoarthritis(OA) in postmenopausal women with estrogen deficiency.METHODS Case-control study had been conducted in Sanglah General Hospital from October 2015 until March 2016. The blood samples were obtained and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS From 44 pairs of samples which divided into 44 samples as case group and 44 samples as control group showed that high level of COMP in estrogen deficiency postmenopausal women were not at risk(OR = 0.7; 95%CI: 0.261-1.751; P = 0.393) for symptomatic lumbar OA(cut-off point 0.946). Estrogen deficiency in postmenopausal women with the high level of IL-6 had 2.7 times risk(OR = 2.7; 95%CI: 0.991-8.320; P = 0.033) for symptomatic lumbar OA from the low level of IL-6(cut-off point 2.264). At lower level of IL-10, there was no risk for symptomatic lumbar OA(OR = 0.6; 95%CI: 0.209-1.798; P = 0.345) than with the higher level of IL-10(cut-off point 6.049). While the high ratio of IL-6/IL-10 level in estrogen deficiency postmenopausal women gave 3.4 times risk(OR = 3.4; 95%CI: 1.204-11.787; P = 0.011)for symptomatic lumbar OA than the low ratio of IL-6/IL-10 level(cut-off point 0.364).CONCLUSION High ratio of IL-6/IL-10 plasma level was the highest risk factor for causing symptomatic lumbar OA in postmenopausal women with estrogen deficiency.I Ketut Suyasa I Ketut Siki Kawiyana I Made Bakta I Gde Raka Widiana 2017World Journal of Orthopedics2017,8,2:7
2Serum testosterone and prostate-specific antigen levels are major risk factors for prostatic volume increase among benign prostatic hyperplasia patients显示文摘Objective:Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is one of the most common diseases found among elderly men.Even though multiple risk factors of BPH have been identified in the past,the risk factors which have a direct impact on prostate volume have not been identified.In this study,we aim to determine the most significant contributing risk factors to prostate volume enlargement by analyzing possible associated risk factors previously studied.Methods:This is a quantitative study with an analytical observational design,performed using a retrospective cohort approach.Total sampling was performed on 83 patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)in Sanglah General Hospital from January to February 2019.Bivariate analysis is performed to examine each variable's association with prostate volume followed by a multivariate analysis.All variables were reassessed with path analysis to measure the direct effects,indirect effects,and total effects on prostate volume.Results:Bivariate analysis shows that serum testosterone(R=0.208;p=0.059)and prostate-specific antigen(PSA)level(R=0.626;p=0.001)have a significant association with prostate volume.Multivariate analysis shows that serum PSA(B=1.4;p=0.001;95%confidence interval[95%CI]=1.039-1.770)and testosterone(B=0.024;p=0.005;95%CI=0.008-0.041)levels are significant among all the analyzed risk factors.There is a significant and strong effect of PSA to prostate volume(c=0.636;p=0.001)whereas testosterone has a significant albeit weak effect to prostate volume(c=0.246;p=0.009)based on the total effect of the path analysis.Conclusion:Serum testosterone and PSA levels are significantly associated with prostatic volume increase among BPH patients.Gede Wirya Kusuma Duarsa Yudit Anastasia Sari Anak Agung Gde Oka Kadek Budi Santosa I Wayan Yudiana Pande Made Wisnu Tirtayasa Ida Bagus Putra Pramana Yudhistira Pradnyan Kloping 2021Asian Journal of Urology2021,8,3:3

19Anticancer activity test of ethyl acetate extract of endophytic fungi isolated from soursop leaf(Annona muricata L.)显示文摘Objective: To analyze anticancer activity of an ethyl acetate extract of endophytic fungi isolated from soursop leaf(Annona muricata L.). Methods: Anticancer activity of fungal extracts was determined by observing its toxicity against MCF-7(Michigan Cancer Foundation-7) cells in vitro by using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay method. At an extract concentration of 100 μg/m L, 4 isolates out of 12 showed high activity against the cancer cell growth. The four isolates were then selected for further IC50 determination, by measuring the inhibition of cancer cell proliferation at extract concentration of 25 μg/m L, 50 μg/m L, 100 μg/m L, 200 μg/m L and 400 μg/m L. Results: Results showed that isolate Sir-G5 had the highest anticancer activity with an IC50 of 19.20 μg/m L. The best isolates were screened again using a normal cell(Chang cells) to determine its toxicity against normal cells. Results indicated that the extracts do not affect the proliferation of normal cells. Molecular identification showed that the fungal isolate Sir-G5 has a close relationship with Phomopsis sp. 20Establishing the Positioning of Agritourism Product Towards the Collaborative Marketing of CBA Subak Jatiluwih Bali显示文摘Positioning is a tool for tourism marketing activities;thus,it directs agritourism management to have a more precise marketing plan and leads the tourism marketing to perform effectively and systematically.Moreover,it supports the management to compose a positive marketing plan by using marketing mix,channel,and predicting results precisely.This article analyses the positioning of agritourism products in Community Based Agritourism(CBA)Subak Jatiluwih from visitors’perspective.It examined six variables to create a precise positioning of CBA Subak Jatiluwih namely features,benefits,competitors,users,usages,and products’class.The data gathered through a survey and interview to 125 tourists as respondents who met in the Subak Jatiluwih area during their visit while consuming agritourism products.The result showed that visiting CBA Subak Jatiluwih with motivation for getting recharging and relaxing got in the average scores of 4.48 and 4.49.The scores are almost 5.0 or close to perfect.It means the two parameters on benefits of agritourism products have strong power on CBA Subak Jatiluwih’s positioning.Therefore,the positioning formulation must be“by visiting CBA Subak Jatiluwih,tourists could encourage the inner motivation with relaxing and recharging their selves in the widest rice field teras in Bali”.I Made Sarjana I Gde Pitana I Nyoman Darma Putra Agung Suryawan Wiranatha Udayana 2021Journal of Tourism and Hospitality Management2021,9,4:0
