| 1 | Plant Resistance to Pest and Research Progress of Its Genetic Improvement显示文摘Pest damage is a significant factor that cuts agricultural production,and cultivation of pest-resistant varieties is the most economic and effective approach of controlling pest damage. Plant pest resistance includes antixenosis,antibiosis,and tolerance. Current popular methods for the genetic improvement of crop pest resistance are traditional breeding method,transgenic breeding,and molecular mark-assisted breeding. | 2 | Event-triggered bipartite consensus over cooperation-competition networks under DoS attacks显示文摘This paper addresses the bipartite consensus over cooperation-competition networks affected by denial-of-service(DoS) attacks.Consider that a network consists of multiple interactive agents, and the relationship between neighboring agents is cooperative or competitive. Meanwhile, information transmission among the agents is unavailable during the intervals of attacks. In order to save communication resources and exclude the Zeno behavior, an event-triggered scheme depending on the sampled-data information from neighboring agents is proposed, and efficient defense strategies in response to the attacks are put forward.Suppose that the frequency and duration of DoS attacks meet certain requirements, then according to the signed graph theory,the La Salle’s invariance principle, and the convergence of monotone sequences, the results of bipartite consensus via the eventtriggered protocol are provided, which are mainly related to the communication topology of the network, the sampling period,and the threshold parameters in the event-triggered scheme. It is shown that the bipartite consensus is realized even though the DoS attacks take place frequently. Furthermore, this paper discusses the bipartite consensus in the presence of DoS attacks with a random unsuccessful rate. | 14 | Laccase immobilized on magnetic nanoparticles by dopamine polymerization for 4-chlorophenol removal显示文摘In this work, a new immobilization method based on dopamine(DA) self-polymerization was developed for laccase immobilization on magnetic nanoparticles(Fe_3O_4 NPs). To optimize the immobilization condition including reaction pH, DA concentration and enzyme concentration, a central composite response surface method was applied. The optimal condition was determined as p H value of 5.92, laccase concentration of 0.25 mg mL^(-1) and DA concentration of 12.74 mg mL^(-1), under which a high enzyme activity recovery of 88.17% was obtained.By comparing with free laccase, the stabilities of immobilized laccase towards p H, thermostability, storage were enhanced significantly.Approximately 60% of relative activity for immobilized laccase was remained after being incubated for 6 h at 50℃, but the free laccase only remained 25%. After 40 days of storage at 4℃, the laccase immobilized by DA kept about 89% of its original activity, but the free laccase only retained 48%. After recycled 10 times, the relative activity of immobilized laccase still retained 70%. The immobilized laccase was then applied to catalyze the degradation of 4-chlorophenol(4-CP), 86% percentage of 4-CP was removed within 2 h. | 16 | Field Efficacy Trials of 10% Cyantraniliprole OD against Phytomyza horticola Gourean显示文摘In order to screen effective insecticides against Phytomyza horticola(Gourean), a comparative trial on the control efficacy of 10%cyantraniliprole OD and 75% cyromazine WP was conducted, and the optimal dose of 10% cyantraniliprole OD was determined. The results showed that 10% cyantraniliprole OD sprayed at the dosages of 375-450 mL/hm^2 had good control effect on P. horticola, which also increased the yield of fresh pea pods. At 15 d post spraying, the control effects of 10% cyantraniliprole OD against P. horticola were 81.98%-86.12% when sprayed at the dosages of 375-450 mL/hm^2. | 17 | Experimental and Numerical Study on Mechanical Properties of Z-pins Reinforced Composites Adhesively Bonded Single-Lap Joints显示文摘The mechanical properties of Z-pins reinforced composites adhesively bonded single-lap joints(SLJs)under un-directional tension loading are investigated by experimental and numerical methods.Three kinds of joint configurations,including SLJs with three/two rows of Z-pins and“I”array of Z-pins,are investigated by tension test.The failure modes and mechanism of reinforced joints with different Z-pins numbers and alignment are analyzed,and the comparison is performed for the failure strengths of no Z-pins and Z-pins reinforced joints.According to experimental results,failure modes of three kinds of joints are all mixed failure.It turns out that the Z-pins are pulled out ultimately.The strength of joints of more Z-pins at the end of the overlap area is relatively bigger for the joint of the same Z-pins numbers.The strength of joints with Z-pins compared with non Z-pins joints is growing at 16%.Finally,the three-dimensional distribution of interfacial stress in the lap zone of three kinds of Z-pins reinforced joints is simulated,and the numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.It is effective that the numerical calculation of stress analysis is verified. | Yinhuan Yang Manfeng Gong Xiaoqun Xia Linzhi Wu | 2022 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,4: | 0 |
| 18 | The Method of Spatially Smoothed Seismicity Parameters in Consideration of Seismotectonic Background and Its Application to Seismic Hazard Estimation显示文摘In this study, the North China seismic region was selected as the study area, and evaluation of seismic hazard using the spatial smoothing seismicity model was performed. Firstly, the study area is divided into grids, and some parameters (e.g. b-value, M0, Mu, azimuth and M-L relationship) for each seismotectonic model were assigned. Secondly, using elliptical smoothing based on a seismotectonic background model, the statistical earthquake incidence rate in each grid is successively calculated. Lastly, the relevant ground motion attenuation relationship is chosen to assess seismic hazard of general sites. The maps for the distribution of horizontal peak ground acceleration with 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years were obtained by using the seismic hazard analysis method based on grid source. This seismicity model simplifies the methodology of probabilistic seismic hazard analysis, especially appropriate for those places where seismic tectonics is not yet clearly known. | 20 | Damage Failure Analysis of Z-Pins Reinforced Composite Adhesively Bonded Single-Lap Joint显示文摘In order to study themechanical properties of Z-pins reinforced laminated composite single-lap adhesively bonded joint under un-directional static tensile load,damage failure analysis of the joint was carried out bymeans of test and numerical simulation.The failure mode and mechanism of the joint were analyzed by tensile failure experiments.According to the experimental results,the joint exhibits mixed failure,and the ultimate failure is Z-pins pulling out of the adherend.In order to study the failure mechanism of the joint,the finite element method is used to predict the failure strength.The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the error is 6.0%,which proves the validity of the numerical model.Through progressive damage failure analysis,it is found that matrix tensile failure of laminate at the edge of Z-pins occurs first,then adhesive layer failure-proceeds at the edge of Z-pins,and finally matrix-fiber shear failure of the laminate takes place.With the increase of load,the matrix-fiber shear failure expands gradually in the X direction,and at the same time,the matrix tensile failure at the hole edge gradually extends in different directions,which is consistent with the experimental results. | Yinhuan Yang Manfeng Gong Xiaoqun Xia Yuling Tang | 2021 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,3: | 0 |
