1Endoscopic ultrasound elastography for evaluation of lymph nodes and pancreatic masses:A multicenter study显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the ability of endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) elastography to distinguish benign from malignant pancreatic masses and lymph nodes.METHODS:A multicenter study was conducted and included 222 patients who underwent EUS examination with assessment of a pancreatic mass(n=121) or lymph node(n=101).The classification as benign or malignant,based on the real time elastography pattern,was compared with the classif ication based on the B-mode EUS images and with the fi nal diagnosis obtained by EUS-guided fi ne needle aspiration(EUS-FNA) and/or by surgical pathology.An interobserver study was performed.RESULTS:The sensitivity and specificity of EUS elastography to differentiate benign from malignant pancreatic lesions are 92.3% and 80.0%,respectively,compared to 92.3% and 68.9%,respectively,for the conventional B-mode images.The sensitivity and specificity of EUS elastography to differentiate benign from malignant lymph nodes was 91.8% and 82.5%,respectively,compared to 78.6% and 50.0%,respectively,for the B-mode images.The kappa coefficient was 0.785 for the pancreatic masses and 0.657 for the lymph nodes.CONCLUSION:EUS elastography is superior compared to conventional B-mode imaging and appears to be able to distinguish benign from malignant pancreatic masses and lymph nodes with a high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.It might be reserved as a second line examination to help characterise pancreatic masses after negative EUS-FNA and might increase the yield of EUS-FNA for lymph nodes.Marc Giovannini Botelberge Thomas Bories Erwan Pesenti Christian Caillol Fabrice Esterni Benjamin Monges Geneviève Arcidiacono Paolo Deprez Pierre Yeung Robert Schimdt Walter Schrader Hanz Szymanski Carl Dietrich Christoph Eisendrath Pierre Van Laethem Jean-Luc Devière Jacques Vilmann Peter Saftoiu Andrian 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,13:48
2Investigation on regenerator temperature inhomogeneity in Stirling-type pulse tube cooler显示文摘Regenerator is one of the most crucial components to pulse tube cooler (PTC) and thermoacoustic engine. As such regenerator is scaled up to high-power, the thermal and hydrodynamic communication transverse to the acoustic axis gets weaker and weaker. Under this condition, any unsymmetric factor could cause serious instability to the cooler or engine, which degrades their performance. Investigation has been carried out on a high-power two-stage thermal-coupled U-shape Stirling-type PTC. By detailed circumferential temperature measurements along the middle heat exchanger and second stage regen-erator, a kind of temperature inhomogeneity caused by unsymmetric pre-cooling effect of inter-stage thermal bridge was found in the lower part of the regenerator of the PTC. The temperature inhomoge-neity originating from the middle heat exchanger of the second stage regenerator amplified itself in the lower part of the regenerator and then internal streaming formed. The maximal radial temperature dif-ference could reach 30―40 K. Experimental results show that the temperature inhomogeneity intensi-fies with increased pre-cooling power and its direction can be reversed by changing the pre-cooling effect of the first stage PTC to heating effect by using external thermal load. 3铅蓄冷材料的二级脉冲管制冷机研究显示文摘采用多级方案是高频脉冲管制冷机获得低于20 K以下制冷温度的主要方法,以不锈钢金属丝网为蓄冷材料的二级高频脉冲管制冷机,实验已经达到了20 K以下温度。理论上讲,由于热容大,以铅为主的蓄冷材料比不锈钢更适合40~10 K温区工作,这在低频回热制冷机中得到了证明。本文介绍了我们采用不同铅球和铅网为低温蓄冷材料的研究结果。实验表明,小铅球对于高频脉冲管制冷机是不很合适的,导致制冷温度的明显升高。镀铅的不锈钢丝网和已有不锈钢丝网的性能相似,可进一步深入研究。该研究对于20 K以至更低温度的高频回热制冷机研究有一定的借鉴意义。杨鲁伟 Marc Dietrich Guenter Thummes 2007工程热物理学报2007,28,z1:3

9液氮温区单级大功率斯特林型脉管制冷机工作特性研究(英文)显示文摘目的:探索充气压和运行频率等工作特性对大功率脉管制冷机最低制冷温度、制冷量以及回热器温度不均匀性的影响,期望进一步提升制冷机工作性能。方法:1.通过理论计算模拟工作频率在40–70 Hz,充气压力在1.5–2.5 MPa下工作特性对制冷机性能的影响;2.实验研究充气压力为1.7–2.4 MPa,并在谐振频率附近工作时制冷机性能以及回热器温度不均匀性随充气压力、运行频率以及输入功率的变化。结论:1.制冷机运行在1.9–2.1 MPa充气压力下,因平衡了制冷温度和焓流损失,故能取得优异性能,且每一个充气压力对应一个最优的工作频率;2.通过优化充气压力和工作频率,脉管制冷机能够达到46.9 K的最低制冷温度,此时工作频率为56.5 Hz,充气压力为2.0 MPa。在8.9 k W输入功率下制冷机能够在72 K时提供304 W制冷量。Jiu-ce SUN Marc DIETRICH Li-min QIU Guenter THUMMES 2015Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2015,16,7:1
10斯特林型脉管制冷机中的回热器温度不均匀性研究显示文摘回热器是脉管制冷机和热声热机中的最关键部件之一.当回热器由中小功率放大到大功率时,其内垂直于声传播方向的热力和水力联系变弱.在这种情况下,任何的非对称因素都可能在制冷机或发动机的回热器内引发严重的不稳定性问题,从而降低制冷机或发动机的性能.对一台大功率二级热耦合U型斯特林脉管制冷机进行了实验研究,通过对中间换热器和回热器周向温度分布进行测量,发现了一种由级间预冷不对称性引起的回热器温度不均匀性.观察发现,回热器周向的温度不均匀性源于第二级回热器的中间换热器,之后,这个温度不均匀性在回热器中以内部直流的形式自行放大,最大径向温差可达30-40K.在对第一级冷头外加热负荷并逐步增大热负荷直至把第一级的预冷效应转变为加热效应的过程中,回热器内的温度不均性逐渐变弱,最后其方向发生逆转.本研究证明了在大功率回热式热机中保持换热器加热或冷却作用周向均一的重要性.孙大明 Marc Dietrich Guenter Thummes 邱利民 2008科学通报2008,53,24:1
