| 1 | Effect of dietary interventions on the intestinal microbiota of Mongolian hosts显示文摘The gut microbiota of Mongolian hosts has distinctive characteristics due to their meat- and dairyoriented daily diets and unique genotype. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of switching from the typical high protein and fat Mongolian diets to carbohydrate-rich meals composed principally of wheat, rice and naked oats on the host gut microbiota within 3 weeks. Our study took the advantage of the long sequence reads produced by the Pac Bio single molecule real-time sequencing technology to enable the profiling of subjects' gut microbiota communities along the diet intervention to the species precision. We found that the bacterial richness and diversity decreased apparently along the diet intervention.During the diet intervention, the gut microbiota composition displayed no significant difference at phylum level(with major phyla of Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Tenericutes and Proteobacteria). The relative abundances of some genera such as Bacteroidetes,Faecalibacterium,Roseburia,Alistipes,Streptococcus, and Oscillospira were significantly altered after the diet switching started.Notably, significant changes were also observed in the proportions of the species Bacteroides dorei,Bacteroides fragilis,Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron,Ruminococcus albus,Ruminococcus faecis,Roseburia faecis and Eubacterium ventriosum. These results have demonstrated that diet and host gut microbiota is closely linked. | Jing Li Haiyan Xu Zhihong Sun Qiangchuan Hou Lai-Yu Kwok Wuri Laga Yanjie Wang Huimin Ma Zhongjie Yu Bilige Menghe Heping Zhang | 2016 | Science Bulletin2016,61,20: | 14 |

| 7 | High-performance flexible self-powered strain sensor based on carbon nanotube/ZnSe/CoSe_(2) nanocomposite film electrodes显示文摘High-performance energy storage and sensing devices have been undergoing rapid development to meet the demand for portable and wearable electronic products, which require flexibility, extensibility, small volume and lightweight. In this study,we construct a lightweight and flexible self-powered sensing system by integrating a highly stretchable strain sensor with a high-performance asymmetric supercapacitor based on ZnSe/CoSe_(2)//ECNT(ECNT:electrochemically activated carbon nanotube film). The ZnSe/CoSe_(2) two-dimentional nanosheets on carbon nanotube(CNT)films are synthesized through a simple and efficient strategy derived from ZnCo-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).The density functional theory(DFT)simulations show the higher conductivity of the ZnSe/CoSe_(2)/CNT electrode than the CoSe_(2)/CNT electrode.Due to the synergistic properties of self-supported two-dimentional ZnSe/CoSe_(2) nanosheets with high specific surface area and the high pathway of one-dimention CNTs,the nanocomposite electrode provides efficient transmission and short paths for electron/ion diffusion. The asymmetric supercapacitor provides a stable output power supply to the sensors that can precisely respond to strain and pressure changes. The sensor can also be attached to a garment for measuring a variety of joint movements. | Qiufan Wang Jiaheng Liu Xuan Ran Daohong Zhang Guozhen Shen Menghe Miao | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Rayleigh-Type Wave in A Rotated Piezoelectric Crystal Imperfectly Bonded on a Dielectric Substrate显示文摘Propagation characteristics of Rayleigh-type wave in a piezoelectric layered system are theoretically investigated. The piezoelectric layer is considered as a cubic crystal with finite thickness rotated about Y-axis and is imperfectly bonded onto a semi-infinite dielectric substrate. The imperfect interface between the two constituents is assumed to be mechanically compliant and dielectrically weakly conducting. The exact dispersion relations for electrically open or shorted boundary conditions are obtained. The numerical results show that the phase velocity of Rayleigh-type wave is symmetric with respect to the cut orientation of 45°and can achieve the maximum propagation speed in this orientation. The mechanical imperfection plays an important role in the dispersion relations, further the normal imperfection can produce a significant reduction of phase velocity comparing with the tangential imperfection.Comparing with the mechanical imperfection the electrical imperfection makes a relatively small reduction of phase velocity of Rayleigh-type wave. The obtained results can provide some fundamentals for understanding of piezoelectric semiconductor and for design and application of piezoelectric surface acoustic wave devices. | Guoquan Nie Menghe Wang | 2019 | Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,4: | 0 |
| 9 | Optimization of Gas-Flooding Fracturing Development in Ultra-Low Permeability Reservoirs显示文摘Ultra-low permeability reservoirs are characterized by small pore throats and poor physical properties, which areat the root of well-known problems related to injection and production. In this study, a gas injection floodingapproach is analyzed in the framework of numerical simulations. In particular, the sequence and timing of fracturechanneling and the related impact on production are considered for horizontal wells with different fracturemorphologies. Useful data and information are provided about the regulation of gas channeling and possible strategiesto delay gas channeling and optimize the gas injection volume and fracture parameters. It is shown that inorder to mitigate gas channeling and ensure high production, fracture length on the sides can be controlled andlonger fractures can be created in the middle by which full gas flooding is obtained at the fracture location in themiddle of the horizontal well. A Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm is provided by which the gas injectionvolume and the fracture parameters of gas injection flooding can be optimized. It is shown that an improvedoil recovery factor as high as 6% can be obtained. | Lifeng Liu Menghe Shi Jianhui Wang Wendong Wang Yuliang Su Xinyu Zhuang | 2024 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2024,20,3: | 0 |
