| 1 | Rational design of graphene/polymer composites with excellent electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness and high thermal conductivity: a mini review显示文摘The integration and miniaturization of chips lead to inevitable overheating and increasing electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems, which threaten the performance, stability, and lifetime of electroniccomponents. Therefore, it is important to improve the heat dissipation and EMI shielding performancein device packaging for the steady operation of electronic products. In recent years, due to its intrinsic superior thermal conductivity, proper electrical conductivity, light-weight, and structural adjustability,graphene has been widely used as high thermal and conductive fillers incorporated in the polymer matrix to improve the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of composites. This review concludesthe recent development of graphene/polymer composites by using graphene as fillers to improve thethermal conductivity and EMI shielding effectiveness (EMI SE). The structure of graphene embedded inthe composites varies from zero-dimension (0D), one-dimension (1D) to two-dimensions (2D). Moreover,highly thermally and electrically conductive fillers with different dimensions were also modified on thegraphene to improve the composite performance. | 2 | Recent Advancements on Photothermal Conversion and Antibacterial Applications over MXenes-Based Materials显示文摘The pernicious bacterial proliferation and emergence of super-resistant bacteria have already posed a great threat to public health,which drives researchers to develop antibiotic-free strategies to eradicate these fierce microbes.Although enormous achievements have already been achieved,it remains an arduous challenge to realize efficient sterilization to cut off the drug resistance generation.Recently,photothermal therapy(PTT)has emerged as a promising solution to efficiently damage the integrity of pathogenic bacteria based on hyperthermia beyond their tolerance.Until now,numerous photothermal agents have been studied for antimicrobial PTT.Among them,MXenes(a type of two-dimensional transition metal carbides or nitrides)are extensively investigated as one of the most promising candidates due to their high aspect ratio,atomic-thin thickness,excellent photothermal performance,low cytotoxicity,and ultrahigh dispersibility in aqueous systems.Besides,the enormous application scenarios using their antibacterial properties can be tailored via elaborated designs of MXenes-based materials.In this review,the synthetic approaches and textural properties of MXenes have been systematically presented first,and then the photothermal properties and sterilization mechanisms using MXenes-based materials are documented.Subsequently,recent progress in diverse fields making use of the photothermal and antibacterial performances of MXenes-based materials are well summarized to reveal the potential applications of these materials for various purposes,including in vitro and in vivo sterilization,solar water evaporation and purification,and flexible antibacterial fabrics.Last but not least,the current challenges and future perspectives are discussed to provide theoretical guidance for the fabrication of efficient antimicrobial systems using MXenes. | Shuyan Hao Hecheng Han Zhengyi Yang Mengting Chen Yanyan Jiang Guixia Lu Lun Dong Hongling Wen Hui Li Jiurong Liu Lili Wu Zhou Wang Fenglong Wang | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,11: | 4 |

| 4 | Preparation and Development of Alkali-soluble Poria Polysaccharide Tough Biscuits显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to obtain the best formula for alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide tough biscuits.[Methods]Based on low-gluten flour as the main raw material and alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide,baking soda,salt,butter and sugar as auxiliary materials,single-factor test and orthogonal optimization of the addition amounts of alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide,salt and white sugar were carried out,and the prepared biscuits were subjected to sensory evaluation to get the best formula.[Results]The optimal process parameters of the alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide tough biscuits were:alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide addition amount 12%,salt addition amount 1.5%,white sugar addition amount 14%,and the sensory evaluation score obtained under this condition was 88.7.[Conclusions]The alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide biscuits prepared according to the best formula had the characteristics of neat shape,uniform thickness,fine internal structure,obvious layers,and crisp,rosy and sweet taste.This study increases the flavor and nutritional value of biscuits,enriches the types of biscuits,and provides a certain theoretical basis for the production of alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide tough biscuits. | Xiaying TIAN Mingjie TIAN Jiajia WAN Mengting WEN Xialing WEI Peng WU | 2020 | Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,6: | 0 |
