2Testosterone improves spatial cognitive dysfunction via androgen non-genomic effeet in Tfm mice显示文摘The non-genomic actions of androgen on cognitive function have been extensively studied.However,the underlying mechanisms remain controversial.In this study,we used testicular feminized(Tfm)mouse as a cell research model,which had androgen receptor deficiency and low circulating testosterone level,to investigate whether testosterone improves spatial cognitive dysfunction via its androgen non-genomic actions.We found that testosterone supplementation can improve the spatial cognitive function,hippocampal neuron danage and dendritic spine density in Tfm mice,but no statistical difference was found in fear memory function.Chen Meiqin Li Sha Zhang Yizhou Mi Shixiong Du Juan Wang Chang Ma Min Cui Huixian 2021解剖学杂志2021,44,S01:0
3Rapid actions of androgen on PSD95 expression mediated by Ca^(2+)/CaMKI pathway in HT22 cells显示文摘The rapid actions of androgen on synaptic plasticity have been extensively studied.However,the underlying mechanisms remain controversial.In this study,we used mouse hippocampal neuron cell line HT22 cells as a cell research model to investigate whether Ca^(2+)/CaMKII mediates androgen rapid actions on synaptic plasticity,especially for synaptic protein PSD95 expression.Using calcium imaging,we verified incubation with 100 nmol/L testosterone for 20 min had the most significant effect on intracellular Ca^(2+)level.In addition,the depolarization of resting membrane potential after testosterone stimulation was observed by patch clamp.We found that the depolarization of resting membrane potential was to-40 mV.Mi Shixiong Li Sha Zhang Yizhou Chen Meiqin Du J uan Wang Chang Ma Min Cui Huixian 2021解剖学杂志2021,44,S01:0
