| 1 | WEB SERVICE SELECTION ALGORITHM BASED ON PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS显示文摘Existing Web service selection approaches usually assume that preferences of users have been provided in a quantitative form by users. However, due to the subjectivity and vagueness of preferences, it may be impractical for users to specify quantitative and exact preferences. Moreover, due to that Quality of Service (QoS) attributes are often interrelated, existing Web service selection approaches which employ weighted summation of QoS attribute values to compute the overall QoS of Web services may produce inaccurate results, since they do not take correlations among QoS attributes into account. To resolve these problems, a Web service selection framework considering user's preference priority is proposed, which incorporates a searching mechanism with QoS range setting to identify services satisfying the user's QoS constraints. With the identified service candidates, based on the idea of Principal Component Analysis (PCA), an algorithm of Web service selection named PCA-WSS (Web Service Selection based on PCA) is proposed, which can eliminate the correlations among QoS attributes and compute the overall QoS of Web services accurately. After computing the overall QoS for each service, the algorithm ranks the Web service candidates based on their overall QoS and recommends services with top QoS values to users. | 3 | A Secure-Efficient Data Collection Algorithm Based on Self-Adaptive Sensing Model in Mobile Internet of Vehicles显示文摘Existing research on data collection using wireless mobile vehicle network emphasizes the reliable delivery of information.However,other performance requirements such as life cycle of nodes,stability and security are not set as primary design objectives.This makes data collection ability of vehicular nodes in real application environment inferior.By considering the features of nodes in wireless IoV,such as large scales of deployment,volatility and low time delay,an efficient data collection algorithm is proposed for mobile vehicle network environment.An adaptive sensing model is designed to establish vehicular data collection protocol.The protocol adopts group management in model communication.The vehicular sensing node in group can adjust network sensing chain according to sensing distance threshold with surrounding nodes.It will dynamically choose a combination of network sensing chains on basis of remaining energy and location characteristics of surrounding nodes.In addition,secure data collection between sensing nodes is undertaken as well.The simulation and experiments show that the vehicular node can realize secure and real-time data collection.Moreover,the proposed algorithm is superior in vehicular network life cycle,power consumption and reliability of data collection by comparing to other algorithms. | LIANG Wei RUAN Zhiqiang TANG Mingdong LI Peng | 2016 | China Communications2016,13,2: | 1 |
| 4 | Integrating local and partial network view for routing on scale-free networks显示文摘Traditional routing schemes,such as OSPF,optimize data plane routing efciency by maintaining full view of the network at the control plane.However,maintaining full network view and handling frequent routing information updates are costly in large-scale complex networks,which are considered to be the root causes for the routing scalability issue.Recently,it is suggested that routing on local or partial information is plausible if slight performance degradation is acceptable.This paper proposes a routing scheme,operating on an integrated network view at each node that consists of its local neighborhood and a globally unique skeleton tree.This scheme signifcantly reduces storage,communication and processing costs.On scale-free networks,this beneft only comes at the cost of marginal performance degradation,which implies that it is not worthwhile to do shortest path routing based on full view of the network on scale-free networks.In contrast,the routing efciency is severely aggravated on purely random networks,indicating the inappropriateness of this scheme and the rationality of maintaining full network view on random networks. | TANG MingDong ZHANG GuoQiang SUN Yi LIU JianXun YANG Jing LIN Tao | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,10: | 1 |

| 6 | Wear Properties of Plasma Nitrided H13 Steel at Room and Elevated Temperature显示文摘H13 steel was nitrided using a plasma surface alloying technique at the temperature of 570℃.The nitrided layers with different thicknesses and components were obtained by changing nitriding pressure.The microstructure and composition of the nitrided layers were evaluated by optical microscopy(OM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The wear properties of the nitrided layer against Al2O3 ball at room temperature using a ball-on-disc tribometer and against Si3N4 ball at elevated temperature using a HT-2001 abrasive wear test machine were investigated.The results show that the nitrided layers are composed of compound layer and diffusion layer at the pressure of 100 and 450 Pa.No obvious compound layer appears at pressure of 200 and 300 Pa.XRD analysis shows the nitrided layers are mainly composed ofε-Fe2-3N,γ'-Fe4N,α-Fe,Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 phases.The surface hardness of plasma nitrided H13 steel is about 1100HV0.050 doubled that of substrate.The room temperature friction coefficient of H13 steel is reduced and wear rate is decreased by nitriding at 200 and 300 Pa.Elevated temperature wear test indicates the nitrided H13 steel at the pressure of 100 Pa shows lower friction coefficient and wear rate which are reduced more than 6 times compared with that of H13 substrate. | Zhu Ruihua Tian Linhai Bao Mingdong Yong, Ma Bin, Tang | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 1 |

| 9 | OPAQUE3, encoding a transmembrane bZIP transcription factor, regulates endosperm storage protein and starch biosynthesis in rice显示文摘Starch and storage proteins are the main components of rice(Oryza sativa L.)grains.Despite their importance,the molecular regulatory mechanisms of storage protein and starch biosynthesis remain largely elusive.Here,we identified a rice opaque endosperm mutant,opaque3(o3),that overaccumulates 57-kDa proglutelins and has significantly lower protein and starch contents than the wild type.The o3 mutant also has abnormal protein body structures and compound starch grains in its endosperm cells.OPAQUE3(O3)encodes a transmembrane basic leucine zipper(bZIP)transcription factor(OsbZIP60)and is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)and the nucleus,but it is localized mostly in the nucleus under ER stress.We demonstrated that O3 could activate the expression of several starch synthesis-related genes(GBSSI,AGPL2,SBEI,and ISA2)and storage protein synthesis-related genes(OsGluA2,Prol14,and Glb1).O3 also plays an important role in protein processing and export in the ER by directly binding to the promoters and activating the expression of OsBIP1 and PDIL1-1,two major chaperones that assist with folding of immature secretory proteins in the ER of rice endosperm cells.High-temperature conditions aggravate ER stress and result in more abnormal grain development in o3 mutants.We also revealed that OsbZIP50 can assist O3 in response to ER stress,especially under high-temperature conditions.We thus demonstrate that O3 plays a central role in rice grain development by participating simultaneously in the regulation of storage protein and starch biosynthesis and the maintenance of ER homeostasis in endosperm cells. | Ruijie Cao Shaolu Zhao Guiai Jiao Yingqing Duan Liuyang Ma Nannan Dong Feifei Lu Mingdong Zhu Gaoneng Shao Shikai Hu Zhonghua Sheng Jian Zhang Shaoqing Tang Xiangjin Wei Peisong Hu | 2022 | Plant Communications2022,3,6: | 0 |
| 10 | ANALYSIS OF DEATH FACTORS FOR ACUTE HEMORRHAGIC NECROTIZING PANCREATITIS显示文摘Objective:To analyse the factors affecting the mortality of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP). Methods:One hundred and twelve patients with AHNP were retrospectively divided into two groups——the dead and survivors. Some parameters were analysed statistically.Results:The average age,sex ratio and onset of illness were similar between two groups. The difference of early shock, early ARDS, high body temperature, leukocytosis and high blood glucose between two groups were not significant. The important factors affecting the mortality were: severe pancreatic necrosis; incorrect therapeutic surgery;improper surgical methods.Conclusion: The patients with mild or moderate AHNP should mainly receive conservative treatment for 48~72 hours.
