1Preparation of phosphorus-modified PITQ-13 catalysts and their performance in 1-butene catalytic cracking显示文摘A series of phosphorus-modified PITQ-13 catalysts was prepared by wet impregnation of NH4H2PO4solution into an HITQ-13 parent. The catalysts were characterized using XRD, N2adsorption, MAS NMR and NH3-TPD. Their catalytic performance in 1-butene catalytic cracking was evaluated in a fixed fluidized bed reactor. The results showed that the crystallinity, surface area and pore volume of P-modified PITQ-13catalysts decreased with the increasing amounts of P. The number of weak acid sites increased, whereas that of strong acidity decreased. The selectivity to propylene in 1-butene cracking reactions increased because of the decrease in strong acidity. 2Serum semaphorin 4C as a diagnostic biomarker in breast cancer:A multicenter retrospective study显示文摘Background:To date,there is no approved blood-based biomarker for breast cancer detection.Herein,we aimed to assess semaphorin 4C(SEMA4C),a pivotal protein involved in breast cancer progression,as a serum diagnostic biomarker.Methods:We included 6,213 consecutive inpatients from Tongji Hospital,Qilu Hospital,and Hubei Cancer Hospital.Training cohort and two validation cohorts were introduced for diagnostic exploration and validation.A pan-cancer cohort was used to independently explore the diagnostic potential of SEMA4C among solid tumors.Breast cancer patients who underwent mass excision prior to modified radical mastectomy were also analyzed.We hypothesized that increased pretreatment serum SEMA4C levels,measured using optimized in-house enzymelinked immunosorbent assay kits,could detect breast cancer.The endpoints were diagnostic performance,including area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC),sensitivity,and specificity.Post-surgery pathological diagnosis was the reference standard and breast cancer staging followed the TNM classification.There was no restriction on disease stage for eligibilities.Results:We included 2667 inpatients with breast lesions,2378 patients with other solid tumors,and 1168 healthy participants.Specifically,118 patients with breast cancer were diagnosed with stage 0(5.71%),620 with stage I(30.00%),966 with stage II(46.73%),217 with stage III(10.50%),and 8 with stage IV(0.39%).Patients with breast cancer had significantly higher serum SEMA4C levels than benign breast tumor patients and normal controls(P<0.001).Elevated serum SEMA4C levels had AUC of 0.920(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.900–0.941)and 0.932(95%CI:0.911–0.953)for breast cancer detection in the two validation cohorts.The AUCs for detecting early-stage breast cancer(n=366)and ductal carcinoma in situ(n=85)were 0.931(95%CI:0.916–0.946)and 0.879(95%CI:0.832–0.925),respectively.Serum SEMA4C levels significantly decreased after surgery,and the reduction was more striking after modified radical mastectomy,compared with mass excision(P<0.001).The positive rate of enhanced serum SEMA4C levels was 84.77%for breast cancer and below 20.75%for the other 14 solid tumors.Conclusions:Serum SEMA4C demonstrated promising potential as a candidate biomarker for breast cancer diagnosis.However,validation in prospective settings and by other study groups is warranted.Ya Wang Long Qiao Jie Yang Xiong Li Yaqi Duan Jiahao Liu Shaoqi Chen Huayi Li Dan Liu Tian Fang Jingjing Ma Xiaoting Li Fei Ye Junxiang Wan Juncheng Wei Qin Xu Ensong Guo Ping Jin Mingfu Wu Lin Zhang Yun Xia Yaqun Wu Jun Shao Yaojun Feng Qing Zhang Zongyuan Yang Gang Chen Qinghua Zhang Xingrui Li Shixuan Wang Junbo Hu Xiaoyun Wang Mona P.Tan Kazuaki Takabe Beihua Kong Qifeng Yang Ding Ma Qinglei Gao 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,12:3

5Synergistic influence of the capture effect of western flower thrips(Frankliniella occidentalis)induced by proportional yellow-green light in the greenhouse显示文摘To clarify the influence of yellow,green,and proportional yellow-green light on the capture effect,western flower thrips,Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande),were captured using different self-made light sources in a greenhouse.The bio-activity capture effect of thrips was regulated by light and analyzed to determine the reasons for the changes in their capture by light.The results showed that the thrips’capture effect induced by different light sources with the same brightness was positively correlated with night temperature.When the average night temperature was 27℃(19:00-21:30),the capture effect was optimal,indicating that the coupling effect of light temperature can regulate the capture effect of thrips.Green light intensified and yellow light inhibited the visual trend sensitivity of thrips to yellow-green light of differing proportions.The capture effect trapped by a green-yellow light ratio of 4:1 was optimal(1088.00 individuals in night time),while that of yellow light was the worst(456.67 individuals/night),thus,indicating that visual trend sensitivity of thrips to green light was higher than that of yellow light.Such differences originated from the differences in the photoelectric thermal conversion effect of spectral optical properties,and the spectral photo-thermal effect was the main reason that thrips produced a light-trapped behavior.Night light enhanced the sensitivity of thrips’responses to a white adhesive board during the daytime,and the effect of yellow light intensity was the strongest(1563.00 individuals in the daytime),while that of green light was the weakest(75.33 individuals in the day time).Additionally,yellow light intensified while green light inhibited the regulatory effect of different proportions of yellow-green light on the bio-activity of thrips.However,the capture effect of day and night corresponding to 4:1 green-yellow light was the best(2019.67 individuals in day and night).The function of the photo-thermal effect on the capture effect of thrips was affected by the decrease in night temperature,but the photo-electro-thermal effects of night light intensified the bio-activity of thrips in the daytime and enhanced their color sensitivity.The results provide a theoretical basis for the development of pest light induction equipment.Qihang Liu Xinfa Wang Mingfu Zhao Tao Liu 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,1:1

15Cu_(1)-B dual-active sites catalysts for the efficient dehydrogenative coupling and CO_(2)electroreduction显示文摘Dual-active sites(DASs)catalysts have positive potential applications in broad fields because of their specific active sites and synergistic catalytic effects.Therefore,the controllable synthesis and finely regulating the activity of such catalysts has become a hot research area for now.In this work,we developed a pyrolysis-etching-hydrogen activation strategy to prepare the DASs catalysts involving single-atom Cu and B on N-doped porous carbon material(Cu_(1)-B/NPC).Numerous systematic characterization and density functional theoretical(DFT)calculation results showed that the Cu and B existed as Cu-N4 porphyrinlike unit and B-N_(3)unit in the obtained catalyst.DFT calculations further revealed that single-atom Cu and B sites were linked by bridging N atoms to form the Cu_(1)-B-N6 dual-sites.The Cu_(1)-B/NPC catalyst was more effective than the single-active site catalysts with B-N_(3)sites in NPC(B/NPC)and Cu-N4 porphyrin-like sites in NPC(Cu_(1)/NPC),respectively,for the dehydrogenative coupling of dimethylphenylsilane(DiMPSH)with various alcohols,performing the great activity(>99%)and selectivity(>99%).The catalytic performances of the Cu_(1)-B/NPC catalyst remained nearly unchanged after five cycles,also indicating its outstanding recyclability.DFT calculations showed that the Cu_(1)-B-N6 dual-sites exhibited the lowest energy profile on the potential energy surface than that of sole B-N_(3)and Cu-N4 porphyrin-like sites.Furthermore,the rate-limiting step of dehydrogenation of DiMPSH on Cu_(1)-B-N6 dual-sites also showed a much lower activation energy than the other two single sites.Benefitting from the superiority of the Cu_(1)-B-N6 dual-sites,the Cu_(1)-B/NPC catalyst can also be used for CO_(2)electroreduction to produce syngas.Thus,DASs catalysts are promising to achieve multifunctional catalytic properties and have aroused positive attention in the field of catalysis.Konglin Wu Zhaobin Fang Cheng Peng Yining Zhang Binbin Jiang Yanshang Kang Zhiming Chen Mingfu Ye Yuxi Wu Xianwen Wei Shoujie Liu Sha Li Jian Zhang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
16SARS-CoV-2 N protein enhances the anti-apoptotic activity of MCL-1 to promote viral replication显示文摘Viral infection in respiratory tract usually leads to cell death,impairing respiratory function to cause severe disease.However,the diversity of clinical manifestations of SARS-CoV-2 infection increases the complexity and difficulty of viral infection prevention,and especially the high-frequency asymptomatic infection increases the risk of virus transmission.Studying how SARS-CoV-2 affects apoptotic pathway may help to understand the pathological process of its infection.Here,we uncovered SARS-CoV-2 imployed a distinct anti-apoptotic mechanism via its N protein.We found SARS-CoV-2 virus-like particles(trVLP)suppressed cell apoptosis,but the trVLP lacking N protein didn’t.Further study verified that N protein repressed cell apoptosis in cultured cells,human lung organoids and mice.Mechanistically,N protein specifically interacted with anti-apoptotic protein MCL-1,and recruited a deubiquitinating enzyme USP15 to remove the K63-linked ubiquitination of MCL-1,which stabilized this protein and promoted it to hijack Bak in mitochondria.Importantly,N protein promoted the replications of IAV,DENV and ZIKV,and exacerbated death of IAV-infected mice,all of which could be blocked by a MCL-1 specific inhibitor,S63845.Altogether,we identifed a distinct anti-apoptotic function of the N protein,through which it promoted viral replication.These may explain how SARS-CoV-2 effectively replicates in asymptomatic individuals without cuasing respiratory dysfunction,and indicate a risk of enhanced coinfection with other viruses.We anticipate that abrogating the N/MCL-1-dominated apoptosis repression is conducive to the treatments of SARS-CoV-2 infection as well as coinfections with other viruses.Pan Pan Weiwei Ge Zhiwei Lei Wei luo Yuqing Liu Zhanwen Guan Lumiao Chen Zhenyang Yu Miaomiao Shen Dingwen Hu Qi Xiang Wenbiao Wang Pin Wan Mingfu Tian Yang Yu Zhen Luo Xulin Chen Heng Xiao Qiwei Zhang Xujing Liang Xin Chen Yongkui Li Jianguo Wu 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,6:0
17Effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in treatment of pregnancyrelated symptoms:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture(AM)in the treatment of pregnancyrelated symptoms such as acute vomiting during pregnancy.METHODS:We comprehensively searched the available literature up to November 2021,including Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on AM for the treatment of severe vomiting,insomnia,pharyngeal and pelvic pain,mood abnormalities,and dyspepsia during pregnancy.RESULTS:Sixteen RCTs with a cumulative sample size of 1178 cases were included.Of these,964 patients were included in the Meta-analysis.The Meta-analysis results showed that AM was more efficient than Western medicine in treating discomfort during pregnancy[odds ratio(OR)=1.19,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.11,1.28),P<0.01].AM was better than the control group in improving the visual analog scale scores[standard mean difference(SMD)=0.62,95%CI(0.53,0.71),P<0.01].AM was superior to the control group in improving Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)symptom scores[OR=7.31,95%CI(3.36,15.94),P<0.01].There was no significant difference in adverse effects between the AM and sham-AM groups and the analgesic drug group[OR=0.70,95%CI(0.39,1.28),P=0.25],but the treatment and control groups had mild adverse effects with a low incidence.CONCLUSIONS:AM is more effective than other treatments or pharmacotherapy alone in the treatment of pregnancy-related symptoms,and is relatively safe.However,the quality of the included trials was rather poor,and high-quality studies are required to confirm our findings.LIU Tingting LIU Tongou LIU Mingfu 2024Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2024,44,1:0
18Cobalt-free Composite Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Fe_(0.9)Ni_(0.1)O_(3-δ)-Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.2)O_(2-δ) as Cathode for Intermediate-Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cell显示文摘New cobalt-free composites consisting of Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe0.9Ni0.1O3-δ(BSFN) and Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δ(SDC) were investigated as possible cathode materials for intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC). BSFN, which was synthesized by auto ignition process, was chemically compatible with SDC up to 1100℃ as indicated by X-ray diffraction analysis. The electrical conductivity of BSFN reached the maximum value of 57 S·cm-1 at 450℃. The thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) value of BSFN was 30.9×10-6K-1 , much higher than that of typical electrolytes. The electrochemical behavior of the composites was analyzed via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy with symmetrical cells BSFN-SDC/SDC/BSFN-SDC. The area specific interfacial polarization resistance (ASR) decreased with increasing SDC content of the composite. The area specific interfacial polarization resistance (ASR) at 700℃ is only 0.49, 0.34 and 0.31 Ω·cm2 when 30, 40, and 50 wt% SDC was cooperated to BSFN, respectively. 19Multiple Regression Analysis of Influencing Factors on Yield of New Sugarcane Variety Yuetang 03-373显示文摘[Objectives]The purpose of this study was to provide reference for cultivation and promotion of a new sugarcane variety Yuetang 03-373,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the characters of the variety.[Methods]Correlation,multiple regression and path analyses were performed for the yield and yield components of Yuetang 03-373.[Results]Correlation analysis shows that cane yield was significantly correlated with millable stalk number,stalk length and stalk diameter,and among them,the correlation with millable stalk number was the strongest.Multiple regression and path analyses show that millable stalk number contributed the most to cane yield,followed by stalk length,and stalk diameter contributed the least.The regression equation of cane yield against the three yield components was y=-2.8713+1.5497x1+5.8990x2-395.4294x3(R=0.9672**).[Conclusions]Millable stalk number and stalk length were the important and major factors for high yield of Yuetang 03-373,indicating that Yuetang 03-373 is a sugarcane variety of millable stalk type.In cultivation,full play should be given to the advantage of Yuetang 03-373 in millable stalk number,as well as stalk length(plant height),in order to achieve the purpose of increasing yield.Fangyin PAN Fuye LIU Mingfu WEN Qingwen LUO 2020Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,5:0
20Bacteriostatic Effect of Extracts from 10 Kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials and Garlic on Pectobacterium chrysanthemi显示文摘Pectobacterium chrysanthemi is one of the main pathogens of soft rot disease of Amorphophallus konjac.The bacteriostatic effect of extracts from 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and garlic on Pectobacterium chrysanthemi was studied in this experiment.The results showed that the extracts of Coptis chinensis,garlic,Scutellaria baicalensis,Mume Fructus and Bupleurum had significant bacteriostatic effect.Among them,Coptis chinensis and garlic had the best bacteriostatic effect on Pectobacterium chrysanthemi,and the diameter of inhibition zone was 2.27 and 2.19 cm,respectively,followed by Scutellaria baicalensis,with the diameter of inhibition zone of 1.68 cm.The extracts of Coptis chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis and garlic with good bacteriostatic effect were diluted by double dilution method,and the bacteriostatic effect was determined.The results showed that 2-fold dilution of Coptis chinensis and 2-fold and 4-fold dilution of Scutellaria baicalensis had significant bacteriostatic effect,but the bacteriostatic effect of garlic extract was not obvious after dilution.Yong ZHOU Mingfu GONG Zhong LIU Yanjie PENG Ying ZHENG 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,3:0
