| 3 | 螺旋CT与超声造影在肾细胞癌诊断中的对比研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the efficiency of helical CT comparing with contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and to im- prove the diagnosis efficiency of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods: Thirty RCCs confirmed pathologically were studied retrospectively. The un-enhanced CT scan and the triphasic enhanced helical CT scan were performed in all cases, the gray-scale US and angiosonography with SonoVue were performed in all cases meantime. Results: 22 cases (73.3%) were diagnosed correctly by helical CT alone before operation. 7 cases (23.3%) were suspected as RCC with helical CT. One case (3.3%) was misdiagnosed with helical CT. 25 cases (83.3%) were diagnosed correctly with contrast-enhanced ultrasound alone pre-operation. One case (3.3%) was suspected as RCC with angiosonography. Four cases (13.3%) were misdiagnosed with angiosonography alone. 29 cases (96.7%) were diagnosed correctly by helical CT combining with angiosonography before operation, one case (3.3%) was diagnosed as renal mass with both helical CT and angiosonography. Conclusion: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is sensitive in detecting blood flow, it can detect the enhancement of the tumor which cannot be detected by helical CT. | 7 | 血供丰富的乏脂肪肾脏错构瘤与肾透明细胞癌的CT鉴别诊断(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to investigate the feature of minimal fat renal angiomyolipoma with sufficient blood supply using CT scans and improve the diagnosis accuracy required to differentiate it from clear cell renal carcinoma.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 24 cases of post-surgery confirmed angiomyolipoma with sufficient blood supply (total of 25 tumors) in our hospital that were used for a pathological comparison study.Results: Among the 24 patients diagnosed with angiomyolipoma,nobody had bloody urine.Of the 96 patients diagnosed with clear cell renal cancer,14 had bloody urine (14.6%).In our studied group,the size of angiomyolipomas with sufficient blood supply was between 1.5 cm × 2.0 cm to 8.0 cm × 10.0 cm.During CT scan analysis,twenty tumors had similar density,and five of them had higher density.Only one tumor had a few dots of calcification (4%).Adipose tissue was not visible in 9 tumors,while 16 tumors had visible dots of adipose tissue,as visualized by CT scan.Intensive scanning indicated that all of the tumors showed a strong enhancement in the renal corticomedullary phase.Twenty tumors had significant heterogeneous enhancement in the early phase,while another set of five cases had homogenous prolonged enhancement.Nineteen patients had surgery to remove the angiomyolipomas,while six patients had single side kidney removal due to misdiagnosis for renal cancer in cases where the tumor severely compromised the renal parenchyma and sinus.All 25 cases were classified as renal angiomyolipoma by pathological analysis.Within the 96 cases of clear cell renal cancer,64 tumors had relatively low density,29 tumors had equal density,and 3 cases had relatively higher density.Fourteen of the tumors had calcification (14.6%),and none of them had visualized adipose tissue.Enhanced CT scans indicated that 69 cases of renal cancer showed significant enhancement in the renal corticomedullary phase,which had the abnormal pattern of 'fast-in-and-fast-out'.Additionally,27 cases had slow and prolonged enhancement.Conclusion: Similar to clear cell renal carcinomas,angiomyolipomas with sufficient blood supply also appear to exhibit abnormal enhancement with a pattern of 'fast-in-and-fast-out' during the early phase,which is easily misdiagnosed as renal cancer.It is difficult to differentiate them merely through CT scans;the key to differentiating them is to identify the adipose tissue within the tumor.Therefore,it is helpful to use thin-layer CT scans to locate the adipose tissue. | Yan Guo Qian Peng Zhuo Wang Mingjuan Liu Xufeng Yang Teng Long | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,1: | 1 |

| 10 | Attenuation mechanism of Brucella melitensis M5-10,implications for vaccine development and differential diagnosis显示文摘Brucellosis is a worldwide zoonosis.Vaccination is the most efficient means to prevent and control brucellosis.The current licensed attenuated vaccines for animal use were developed by sequential passage in nonnatural hosts that decreased virulence in its original hosts.The attenuation mechanism of these strains remains largely unknown.In the present study,we sequenced the genome of Brucella melitensis vaccine strain M5-10.Sequence analysis showed that a large number of genetic changes occurred in the vaccine strains.A total of 2854 genetic polymorphic sites,including 2548 SNP,241 INDEL and 65 MNV were identified.Of the 2074 SNPs in coding regions,1310(63.2%)were non-synonymous SNPs.Gene number,percent and N/S ratios were disproportionally distributed among the cog categories.Genetic polymorphic sites were identified in genes of the virB operon,flagella synthesis,and virulence regulating systems.These data indicate that changes in some cog categories and virulence genes might result in the attenuation.These attenuation mechanisms also have implications for screening and development of new vaccine strains.The genetic changes in the genome represent candidate sites for differential diagnosis between these vaccine strains and other virulence ones.Transcription analysis of virulence genes showed that expression of dnaK,vjbR were reduced in M5-10 strain when compared with that in 16M.A duplex PCR targeting virB6 and dnaK was successfully used to differentiate between M5-10 and the virulent 16M strain.The genome re-sequencing technique represents a strong strategy not only for evaluation of vaccines,but also for development of new vaccines. | Yuanqiang ZHENG Yanchun SHI Chang AN Ruisheng LI Dongjun LIU Yuehua KE Kairong MAO Mingjuan YANG Zeliang CHEN Shorgan BOU | 2014 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2014,1,4: | 0 |
| 11 | Effect of drying-wetting cycles on pore characteristics and mechanical properties of enzyme-induced carbonate precipitation-reinforced sea sand显示文摘Enzyme-induced carbonate precipitation(EICP)is an emanating,eco-friendly and potentially sound technique that has presented promise in various geotechnical applications.However,the durability and microscopic characteristics of EICP-treated specimens against the impact of drying-wetting(D-W)cycles is under-explored yet.This study investigates the evolution of mechanical behavior and pore charac-teristics of EICP-treated sea sand subjected to D-W cycles.The uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)tests,synchrotron radiation micro-computed tomography(micro-CT),and three-dimensional(3D)recon-struction of CT images were performed to study the multiscale evolution characteristics of EICP-reinforced sea sand under the effect of D-W cycles.The potential correlations between microstructure characteristics and macro-mechanical property deterioration were investigated using gray relational analysis(GRA).Results showed that the UCS of EICP-treated specimens decreases by 63.7% after 15 D-W cycles.The proportion of mesopores gradually decreases whereas the proportion of macropores in-creases due to the exfoliated calcium carbonate with increasing number of D-W cycles.The micro-structure in EICP-reinforced sea sand was gradually disintegrated,resulting in increasing pore size and development of pore shape from ellipsoidal to columnar and branched.The gray relational degree suggested that the weight loss rate and UCS deterioration were attributed to the development of branched pores with a size of 100-1000 m m under the action of D-W cycles.Overall,the results in this study provide a useful guidancee for the long-term stability and evolution characteristics of EICP-reinforced sea sand under D-W weathering conditions. | Ming Huang Kai Xu Zijian Liu Chaoshui Xu Mingjuan Cui | 2024 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2024,16,1: | 0 |

X-Ray single crystal analysis shows that hydrogen protons of the carboxyl groups transfer to nitrogen atoms of the N-heterocyclic coformers to form N-H…0 hydrogen bonds in all the three compounds. A huge amount of H-bonds play significant role in tlie construction of these compounds and all of them generate 3D structures through strong O-H…N, O-H…O, N-H…O and weak C-H…O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, solvent water molecules are indispensable in the formation of compounds 1 and 3, which constitutes different supramolecular synthons to bridge individual molecules and chains to form stable structures.
