| 1 | Flexible devices:from materials, architectures to applications显示文摘Flexible devices, such as flexible electronic devices and flexible energy storage devices, have attracted a significant amount of attention in recent years for their potential applications in modern human lives. The development of flexible devices is moving forward rapidly, as the innovation of methods and manufacturing processes has greatly encouraged the research of flexible devices. This review focuses on advanced materials, architecture designs and abundant applications of flexible devices, and discusses the problems and challenges in current situations of flexible devices. We summarize the discovery of novel materials and the design of new architectures for improving the performance of flexible devices. | 2 | MicroRNA-142-3p is frequently upregulated in colorectal cancer and may be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation显示文摘MicroRNAs are small single-stranded RNA molecules consisting of approximately 22 nucleotides (nt), and have post-transcriptional regulatory functions. By gene chip screening, we previously showed that miR-142-3p was significantly upregulated in colorectal cancer tissue and was associated with clinicopathological features, compared with matched non-tumor tissue. In this study, we confirmed significant upregulation of miR-142-3p in 60 colorectal cancer samples and three colorectal cancer cell lines by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Using software and network resources, we predicted TCF7 as a target of miR-142-3p, which we confirmed with dual-luciferase assays. By RT-PCR and Western blot analysis, we found miR-142-3p negatively regulates TCF7 expression post-transcriptionally. CCK8 assays and growth curves indicated that overexpression of miR-142-3p in SW480 colorectal cancer cells potently inhibited cell proliferation in vitro. The expression of TCF7 mRNA and protein was upregulated in both colorectal cancer tissues and colorectal cancer cell lines, closely correlating with its function as an oncogene in promoting tumor cell proliferation and inhibiting apoptosis. | 3 | Fabrication of onion-like carbon from nanodiamond by annealing显示文摘Onion-like carbon(OLC)was synthesized by annealing nanodiamond in low vacuum of 1 Pa and at annealing temperatures from 500℃to 1400℃.The high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM)images,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Raman spectrum of the OLC showed that there was no OLC when the annealing temperature was lower than 900℃.Moreover,the fragment amorphous carbon existed on the surfaces of the nanodiamond particles.At the annealing temperature of 900℃,the OLC particles began appearing and the size of the OLC particles was smaller than 5 nm.When the annealing temperature was increased from 900℃to 1400℃,the nanodiamond was transformed into OLC gradu- ally.At the annealing temperature of 1400℃,all the nanodiamond particles were transformed into OLC completely.The OLC exhibited similarity to the original nanodiamond particles in shape.A mechanism for the OLC synthesis by annealing was provided.The graphitization started at the surfaces of the nanodiamond particles.The formation process of the OLC includes formation of graphite fragments, connection and curvature of graphite sheets between diamond(111)planes and closure of the graphite layers. | Qin Zou MingZhi Wang YanGuo Li YuCheng Zhao LiangHua Zou | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,12: | 1 |
| 4 | Characteristics of parametamorphic rock reservoirs in Pingxi area, Qaidam Basin, NW China显示文摘Based on core, thin-section, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and well logging data, the characteristics of the parametamorphic rock reservoirs in the Pingxi area were analyzed by means of whole rock X-ray diffraction and micron CT scanning. The parametamorphic rock reservoirs mainly had three types of rocks: slate, crystalline limestone and calc-schist; the original rocks were Ordovician-Silurian marine clastic and carbonate rocks. The three types of parametamorphic rock reservoirs developed three types and six sub-types of reservoir space. The first type of reservoir space was fractures, including structural, weathered and dissolution fractures; the second type was dissolved porosities, including dissolved pores and caves; the third type was nano-sized intercrystalline porosities. The three types of parametamorphic rock reservoirs were different widely in the quantity, volume and radius of pore-throats, and were strongly affected by the type and development degree of fractures. The parametamorphic rock reservoirs were formed by metamorphism, weathering, structural fragmentation and dissolution. Metamorphism reformed the parametamorphic rock reservoirs significantly, breaking the traditional constraint of finding weathering crust at top. | 5 | Direct growth of globally aligned graphene nanoribbons on reconstructed sapphire substrate using PECVD显示文摘Graphene nanoribbons(GNRs)are regarded as an ideal candidate for beyond-silicon electronics.However,synthesis of aligned GNR arrays on insulating substrates with high efficiency is challenging.In this work,we develop a facile strategy,involving KOH pre-treatment and high-temperature annealing,to construct parallel steps on the two-fold symmetry a-plane sapphire substrate.Horizontal GNRs as narrow as 15.1 nm with global alignment across a region of 20 mm^(2)are then grown on the step edgeenriched substrate through plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)method.GNRs align well along the atomic steps on sapphire([■]direction)with their widths and densities swiftly adjustable by step morphology modification on substrate surface.A step-edge confined growth mechanism is proposed,attributing the constraint on the nanoribbon broadening to a relatively low growth temperature in PECVD,which restrains the activation energy to suppress GNRs across step edges on sapphire and prevents detrimental nanoribbon widening.The results provide a new perspective for scalable synthesizing well aligned nanoribbons of other two-dimensional materials. | Mingzhi Zou Weiming Liu Yue Yu Shanshan Wang Bo Xu Liu Qian Tianze Tong Jin Zhang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 0 |
