1Orogenic and Anorogenic Granitoids in the Altay Mountains of Xinjiang and Their Discrimination Criteria显示文摘On the basis of field geological studies of the granotoids in the region, mineralogical, petrological, geochemical(including stable isotope geochemical) and isotopic geochronological investigations were carried out on selected representative granitic bodies of various types. The authors have concluded that, apart from the bodies of the orogenic granitoid series, there also exist intrusions of the anorogenic granitoid series in the region. The intrusives of the two series were formed not only in different ages and tectonic environments, but also were derived from different sources of materials. Moreover, they are associated with different mineralizations, belonging to different minerologenetic series(Cheng et al., 1983). They show distinctly a series of discriminative criteria. 2Association of tumor necrosis factor genetic polymorphism with chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric adenocarcinoma in Chinese Han population显示文摘AIM:To investigate the association of TNF polymorphisms with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and gastric adenocarcin-oma in Chinese Han patients.METHODS:The TNFa-e 5 microsatellites and 3 RFLP sites were typed using PCR technique,followed by high-voltage denaturing PAGE with silver staining and restriction enzyme digestion respectively in specimens from 53 patients with CAG and 56 patients with agstric daenocarcinoma and 164 healthy controls.The PCR products were cloned and sequenced.RESULTS:The frequency of TNF-β Ncol*1/2 genotype was higher in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis than in healthy controls,but no significant difference was observed(60.38% vs 46.34%,p=0.076).The frequency of TNa10 allele was significantly higher in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis than in healthy controls(19.81% vs 11.89%,p=0.04).However,it did not relate to age,gender,atrophic degree or intestinal metaplasin in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,The frequency of TNF-β Ncol*1/2 and d2/d6 genotypes were significantly higher in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma than in healthy indiveduals(p>0.05).However,TNF-β Ncol*1/2 and d2/d6 genotypes did not relate to age,gender,grade of differentiation and clinicopathologic state in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma.The frequency of TNFa6b5c1 hapolotype homoaygote was significantly lower in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma than in healthy controls (1.79% vs 15.85%,p=0.006).CONCLUSION:TNFa10 allele may be a risk factor for chronic atrophic gastritis ,TNF-β Ncol*1/2 and d2/d6 genotypes are associated with the suscepotibility to gastric adenocarcinoma,whereas TNFa6b5c1 haplotype homozygote may contribute to the resistance against gastric adenocarcinoma.Bao-YingFei BingXia Chang-ShengDeng Xian-QingXia MinXie JBartACrusius ASalvadorPena 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,9:9
3Tectonic Units and Their Fundamental Characteristics on the Northern Margin of the Alxa Block显示文摘The northern margin of the Alxa block is the junction of a tectonic units. Four first-order tectonic units are distinguished: 1. the Yagan structural zone characteristic of an immature island arc; 2. the Zhusileng-Hangwula structural zone, which was a passive continental margin in the Early Palaeozoic and was transformed into an active continental margin in the Late Palaeozoic;3. the Shalazha structural zone characteristic of a mature island arc; 4. the Nuru-Langshan structural zone, which was a Proterozoic orogenic belt and later evolved into an extensional transtional crust in the Palaeozoic. 4Curative effects of interferon-α and HLA-DRB1-DQA1 and-DQB1 alleles in chronic viral hepatitis B显示文摘AIM: To investigate the association between curative effects of interferon-α and partial human leucocyte antigen (HLA)Ⅱ alleles in chronic viral hepatitis B.METHODS: Sixty patients with chronic viral hepatitis B in Shanghai were treated with a standard course of treatment with interferon-α for 6 mo. HLA-DRB1, -DQA1, and -DQB1 alleles were detected by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP) method. RESULTS: Frequencies of HLA-DRB1*04(P<0.025) and HLA-DQA1*0303 (P<0.01) in non-responders were significantly higher than those in partial and complete responders. Frequencies of HLA-DQAI*0505(P<0.025) and HLA-DQB1*0301(P<0.005) in partial and complete responders were significantly higher than those in non-responders.CONCLUSION: Non-response to interferon-α therapy is positively correlated with HLA-DRB1*04 and HLA-DQA1*0303, and negatively correlated with HLA-DQA1*0505 and -DQB1*0301 in patient with chronic viral hepatitis B.HLA Ⅱ genes of the identification alleles provide a method for evaluating outcome of interferon-α treatment.Guo-QingZang MinXi Ming-LiangFeng YunJi Yong-ShengYu Zheng-HaoTang 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,14:6
5Survey of reefs based on Landsat 8 operational land imager(OLI)images in the Nansha Islands, South China Sea显示文摘A detailed survey of the reefs in the Nansha Islands' sea that are of strategic importance is conducive to their future development. In this study, a total of 50 Landsat 8 operational land imager(OLI) images were used to analyze the geological features and spectral characteristics of the Nansha reefs. The exposed islands/sandbanks,reef flats and sub-tidal reefs were identified with the near-infrared band, the red and green bands, and the blue band, respectively. Based on the relationships among various characteristics and bands illustrated in the OLI images, the maximum between-cluster variance threshold algorithm(OTSU method) and the mathematical morphology were employed to extract characteristic parameters of the spatial geometry of the reefs from top to bottom, which were subsequently operated by a series of post-processing methods such as vectorization,simplification and topological analysis. Among the 132 standalone reefs and 16 atolls that are identified in the study, four reefs have yet to be named in the Standard Names of Various Islands in the South China Sea and the website Nansha Islands Online(http://gffzzd4db47f6efa542b8hwf66w990b5506fcu.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/). Another 24 ones are exposed to the atmosphere even during high tides. Taiping Island with an area of 0.57 km^2 represents the largest exposed geological feature. 6The Geoscience Transect from Xiangshui,Jiangsu Province to Mandal,Inner Mongolia显示文摘The Xiangshui to Mandal geoscience transect, which has a total length of 1,200 km, extends diagonally,from SE to NW, across the Sino-Korean plate and its ancient continental margin, passing through nine tectonicunits: the Subei-Jiaonan terrane, West Shandong block, North China rift basin, Taihang-Wutai block, Ordosblock, Hu-Bao (Hohhot-Baotou) Basin, Yinshan block and Inner Mongolian fold system. 7Classification and Source Materials of Continental Crust Transformation Series Granitoids in South China显示文摘The granitoids of the continental crust transformation series in South China may be divided into threetypes: (1) synorogenic migmatic and magmatic type. (2) anorogenic continental crust anatexis type, and (3)syncollision type. Based on the results of Sr and Nd isotopic determinations, the source material compositionof the three types of granitoids is calculated with crust-mantle binary mixing simulation. The calculations indi-cate that the granitoids of the first type consist of 78.6-89.7% upper crust endmember materials and15.0-10.3% depleted mantle endmember materials, the granitoids of the second type are composed of 63.7%upper crust endmember materials and 36.3% depleted mantle endmember materials, and those of the third type100% upper crust endmember materials. 8The Discovery and Study of Mantle-Derived Dunite Inclusions in Hornblende-Diorite in the Handan-Xingtai Area,Hebei显示文摘Phlogopiie-and diopside-bearing dunite occurs as rounded inclusions in hornblende-diorite. Thepetrofabrics, mineral composition and abundances of the trace elements in the dunite indicate that the inclu-sions were derived from the upper mantle and are the residues of high-degree partial melting of mantlepeirdotite. 9Structural Styles of the Longmenshan Thrust Belt and Evolution of the Foreland Basin in Western Sichuan Province, China显示文摘The Longmenshan thrust system consists of two major groups of structural styles according to the depth of their involvement: basement thrusts-compressional fault blocks; fold-thrust system in the cover. In cross-section, the Longmenshan structural belt is divided into 5 zones. The propagation of the Longmenshan thrust system is piggy-back due to pushing at the early stage and overstep due to gravity sliding at the late stage. Balanced cross-sections and palinspastic reconstruction reveal that the total sliding displacement of the thrust system amounts to 120 km. 10Designing a toroidal crystal for monochromatic X-ray imaging of a laser-produced He-like plasma显示文摘In this study,a toroidal quartz(2023)crystal is designed for monochromatic X-ray imaging at 72.3◦.The designed crystal produces excellent images of a laser-produced plasma emitting He-like Ti X-rays at 4.75 keV.Based on the simulations,the imaging resolutions of the spherical and toroidal crystals in the sagittal direction are found to be 15 and 5μm,respectively.Moreover,the simulation results show that a higher resolution image of the source can be obtained by using a toroidal crystal.An X-ray backlight imaging experiment is conducted using 4.75 keV He-like Ti X-rays,a 3×3 metal grid,an imaging plate and a toroidal quartz crystal with a lattice constant of 2d=0.2749 nm.The meridional and sagittal radii of the toroidalα-quartz crystal are 295.6 and 268.5 mm,respectively.A highly resolved image of the microgrid,with a spatial resolution of 10μm,is obtained in the experiment.By using similar toroidal crystal designs,the application of a spatially resolved spectrometer with high-resolution X-ray imaging ability is capable of providing imaging data with the same magnification ratio in the sagittal and meridional planes.Miao Li Tong Yao Zuhua Yang Jun Shi Feng Wang Guohong Yang Minxi Wei Ao Sun Yang Li 2022High Power Laser Science and Engineering2022,10,6:1
11A framework for cloned vehicle detection显示文摘Rampant cloned vehicle offenses have caused great damage to transportation management as well as public safety and even the world economy.It necessitates an efficient detection mechanism to identify the vehicles with fake license plates accurately,and further explore the motives through discerning the behaviors of cloned vehicles.The ubiquitous inspection spots that deployed in the city have been collecting moving information of passing vehicles,which opens up a new opportunity for cloned vehicle detection.Existing detection methods cannot detect the cloned vehicle effectively due to that they use the fixed speed threshold.In this paper,we propose a two-phase framework,called CVDF,to detect cloned vehicles and discriminate behavior patterns of vehicles that use the same plate number.In the detection phase,cloned vehicles are identified based on speed thresholds extracted from historical trajectory and behavior abnormality analysis within the local neighborhood.In the behavior analysis phase,consider the traces of vehicles that uses the same license plate will be mixed together,we aim to differentiate the trajectories through matching degree-based clustering and then extract frequent temporal behavior patterns.The experimental results on the real-world data show that CVDF framework has high detection precision and could reveal cloned vehicles’behavior effectively.Our proposal provides a scientific basis for traffic management authority to solve the crime of cloned vehicle.Minxi Li Jiali Mao Xiaodong Qi Cheqing Jin 2020Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,5:1
12ESCRT-Ⅲ component OsSNF7.2 modulates leaf rolling by trafficking and endosomal degradation of auxin biosynthetic enzyme OsYUC8 in rice显示文摘The endosomal sorting complex required for transport(ESCRT)is highly conserved in eukaryotic cells and plays an essential role in the biogenesis of multivesicular bodies and cargo degradation to the plant vacuole or lysosomes.Although ESCRT components affect a variety of plant growth and development processes,their impact on leaf development is rarely reported.Here,we found that OsSNF7.2,an ESCRT-Ⅲ component,controls leaf rolling in rice(Oryza sativa).The Ossnf7.2 mutant rolled leaf 17(rl17)has adaxially rolled leaves due to the decreased number and size of the bulliform cells.OsSNF7.2is expressed ubiquitously in all tissues,and its protein is localized in the endosomal compartments.OsSNF7.2 homologs,including OsSNF7,OsSNF7.3,and OsSNF7.4,can physically interact with OsSNF7.2,but their single mutation did not result in leaf rolling.Other ESCRT complex subunits,namely OsVPS20,OsVPS24,and OsBRO1,also interact with OsSNF7.2.Further assays revealed that OsSNF7.2 interacts with OsYUC8 and aids its vacuolar degradation.Both Osyuc8and rl17 Osyuc8 showed rolled leaves,indicating that OsYUC8 and OsSNF7.2 function in the same pathway,conferring leaf development.This study reveals a new biological function for the ESCRT-Ⅲcomponents,and provides new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying leaf rolling.Liang Zhou Saihua Chen Maohong Cai Song Cui Yulong Ren Xinyue Zhang Tianzhen Liu Chunlei Zhou Xin Jin Limin Zhang Minxi Wu Shuyi Zhang Zhijun Cheng Xin Zhang Cailin Lei Qibing Lin Xiuping Guo Jie Wang Zhichao Zhao Ling Jiang Shanshan Zhu Jianmin Wan 2023Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,6:1

15The Characteristics of the Indosinian Pacific-Type Ancient Continental Margin in the Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet)-Sichuan-Yunnan Region显示文摘The Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Plateau and the 'Sanjiang' area②, where are extensively developed theTethys-type marine Triassic sequences with Indosinian tectonic disturbance and magmatism, provide an impor-tant region for the study of the tectonic evolution and the Indosinian movement of China as well as for thestudy of the boundary between Gondwana and Laurasia and the characteristics of the time-space distributionof the Tethys oceanic crust within the territory of China. Over a long period of time in the past, quite a numberof scholars made substantial studies and discussious from various viewpoints on the geotectonie and regionalgeological evolution of this region. Based on some new data obtained recently and the field observations by theauthor, and by using the plate tectonic theory, the author considers that there developed a Pacific-type (activetype) ancient continental margin bordering the Palaeo-Tethys ocean (or North Tethys ocean) in the south inLate Permian to Triassic times in the region of south-central Qinghai, northeastern Xizang (Tibet), western andsouthwestern Sichuan, and western Yunnan. 16A threshold voltage and drain current model for symmetric dual-gate amorphous In GaZnO thin film transistors显示文摘Based on the drift-diffusion theory, a simple threshold voltage and drain current model for symmetric dual-gate(DG) amorphous In Ga Zn O(a-IGZO) thin film transistors(TFTs) is developed. In the subthreshold region, most of the free electrons are captured by trap states in the bandgap of a-IGZO, thus the ionized trap states are the main contributor to the diffusion component of device drain current. Whereas in the above-threshold region, most of the trap states are ionized, and free electrons increase dramatically with gate voltage, which in turn become the main source of the drift component of device drain current. Therefore,threshold voltage of DG a-IGZO TFTs is defined as the gate voltage where the diffusion component of drain current equals the drift one, which can be determined with physical parameters of a-IGZO. The developed threshold voltage model is proved to be consistent with trap-limited conduction mechanism prevailing in a-IGZO, with the effect of drain bias being also taken into account. 20Remote Sensing Study of Gold Biogeochemical Effects in the Western Guangdong-Hainan Region——A Case Study of the Hetai Gold Deposit显示文摘The vegetation has been poisoned by gold in the western Guangdong-Hainan region. The gold content ofthe leaves there is as high as 10-1961 times the abundance, the chlorophyll content is 10%-30% lower thanthat of the vegetation in metamorphic terrains and 10%-20% higher than that in granite terrains, and thecarotenoid content is 10%-44% lower than the background value. The water content of leaves is 10% to 20%lower than the background value. The cells of leaves are deformed and broken. The leaf surface shows colourspots and becomes yellow or dark green. The spectral reflectance of the leaf surface is 5%-30% higher than thebackground value: the spectral shape has shifted 5-15 nm to the short wavelength. The gray scales of eanopyon images of Landsat TM and airborne imaging scanner (AIS) are 10%-100% higher than the backgroundvalues. On Landsat TM and AIS false colour images, plants poisoned by gold display a yellow color, whichdisinguishes them from background plants.
