4Formulated nano-liposomes for reversal of cisplatin resistance in NSCLC with nucleus-targeting peptide显示文摘Cell membrane-engineered nano-delivery systems have evolved as a promising strategy to enhance drug bioavailability,offering an alternative for reversing drug resistance in cancer therapy.Herein,a formulated nano-liposome that fabricated by hybridizing cisplatin-resistant A549 cell line(A549/cis)cancer cell membrane and phospholipids for co-delivery of cisplatin and nuclear protein zeste homolog 2(EZH2)-targeting peptide EIP103,referred to as cLCE,was developed.In vitro results indicated that the formulated nano-liposome can efficiently inhibit A549/cis cancer cell invasion and metastasis through the down-regulation of Ncadherin and vimentin proteins.Mechanistic studies demonstrated that the reduction of nerve growth factor receptor(NGFR)levels and the increase of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)levels achieved by EIP103 may contribute to the reversal of cisplatin resistance.In vivo results demonstrated that the encapsulation of both cisplatin and EIP103 within cLCE leads to increased intratumoral accumulation and prolonged survival in A549/cis cancer-bearing mice as compared to the individual drugs alone.This can be attributed to the enhanced tumor homing capability of cLCE achieved through the presence of inherited membrane proteins derived from A549/cis cells.Taken together,this study may provide a highly promising therapeutic strategy to improve clinical treatments for cisplatin-resistance non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)as well as other malignant cancers.Minxian Li Mei Jiang Mengting Chen Lilusi Ma Xiaocui Fang Yanlian Yang Chen Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,11:0
5Enhancement of the Mechanical Performance of SiCf/Phenolic Composites after High-temperature Pyrolysis Using ZrC/B_(4)C Particles显示文摘The composites were prepared by modifying silicon carbide fiber with particles of zirconium carbide(ZrC)and boron carbide(B_(4)C)and incorporating them into a phenolic resin matrix.The influence of ZrC and B_(4)C on the mechanical performance of SiCf/phenolic composites after high-temperature pyrolysis was studied through flexural performance test.The results show that the composite material has good thermal stability and high-temperature mechanical properties.After static ablation at 1400℃ for 15 minutes,the flexural strength of the composite material reaches 286 MPa,which is still 7.3%higher than at room temperature,indicating that the composite material still has good mechanical properties even after heat treatment at 1400℃.DING Jie LI Yan SHI Minxian HUANG Zhixiong QIN Yan ZHUANG Yingluo WANG Cunku 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,6:0
6Earthquake Damage Analysis of M_S 4.9 Earthquake at the Juncture of Gaoyou and Baoying, Jiangsu Province显示文摘Based on the network monitoring data and field investigations,the basic characteristics of the M S4.9 earthquake at the juncture of Gaoyou and Baoying in Jiangsu Province on July20,2012 have been introduced,and the focal mechanism solutions have also been obtained.According to the regional tectonic features and site macroscopic survey,the occurrence of the earthquake was probably related to the Yangchacang-Sangshutou fault.Based on site survey data,both the evaluation criterion of seismic intensity of this region and the seismic intensity maps have been proposed.According to the damage characteristics of brick-concrete structure and brick-wood structure,the main reasons of serious damage for buildings are poor foundation conditions,low seismic bearing capacity,poor quality of construction and disrepair.Considering the differences of earthquake damage in the different regions,advice on accelerating the new rural construction,improving the resistance against earthquake disasters of rural residential areas and strengthening the seismogenic research on strong and moderate size earthquake is proposed,which will be possibly helpful for earthquake damage survey,prediction and prevention.Liu Jianda Yang Weilin Li Limei Deng Minxian Tan Huiming 2013Earthquake Research in China2013,27,4:0
7Design of the longitudinal-gradient dipole magnets for HEPS显示文摘TheHigh Energy Photon Source(HEPS)is the fourth generation light source with high brilliance and lowemittance.The lattice of the storage ring consists of five different dipoles with longitudinal gradients.The longitudinal-gradient dipoles(BLGs)are permanent magnets.This paper presents the construction of BLGs and the magnetic field results using OPERA3D.By optimizing the shape of the polar surface,the magnetic field uniformity is optimized to about 2×10−4.With some adjustable screws,the magnetic field is controlled accurately.Some temperature compensation shunt sheets are arranged to make the temperature stability of magnets better than±50 ppm/°C.At last,the mechanical tolerances of the magnets are studied.Qing Li Fusan Chen Chunhua Li Minxian Li 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,1:0
8Design and test of support for HEP Smagnets显示文摘Purpose High Energy Photon Source(HEPS)has the characteristics of high energy and low emittance,which requires that the 1st natural frequency of the magnet support assembly should be better than 54 Hz and the moving resolution of girder should be less than 5μm.The prototypes have been designed and fabricated to meet the requirements.Methods In the design process of the support system model,double-wedge adjusting mechanism and concrete plinth construction are adopted to meet the requirements of adjusting resolution and stability.The FEA and the dynamic stiffness testing technique are used to verify the rationality of the design model.The stability and motion performance tests are performed to verify that the prototype meets the design requirements.Results Experimental results showthat,in all cases,the lowest first-order natural frequency of the support system is 55Hz,the amplification between magnet and ground is less than 1.05 in the directions perpendicular to the beam,the moving resolution can reach 1μm,and the girder can be locked in place with an error of less than 5μm.Conclusion The prototype of HEPS support system meets the requirements of stability and motion performance.The girder body and wedge mechanism made with iron or steel have little influence on the stability of the support system.The accuracy of dynamic stiffness test and finite element simulation results is verified.Further test will be performed in the HEPS site to verify the performance.Chunhua Li Zihao Wang Minxian Li Haijing Wang Lan Dong Ningchuang Zhou Lei Wu Huamin Qu 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,1:0
9Principles of amino-acid–ribonucleotide interaction revealed by binding affinities between homogeneous oligopeptides and singlestranded RNA molecules显示文摘We have determined the binding strengths between ribonucleotides of adenine(A),guanine(G),uracil(U),and cytosine(C)in homogeneous single-stranded ribonucleic acids(ssRNAs)and homo-decapeptides consisting of 20 common amino acids.We use a bead-based fluorescence assay for these measurements in which decapeptides are immobilized on the bead surface and ssRNAs are in solutions.The results provide a molecular basis for analyzing selectivity,specificity,and polymorphisms of amino-acid–ribonucleotide interactions.Comparative analyses of the distribution of the binding energies reveal unique binding strength patterns assignable to each pair of amino acid and ribonucleotide originating from the chemical structures.Pronounced favorable(such as Arg–G)and unfavorable(such as Met–U)binding interactions can be identified in selected groups of amino acid and ribonucleotide pairs that could provide basis to elucidate energetics of amino-acid–ribonucleotide interactions.Such interaction selectivity,specificity,and polymorphism manifest the contributions from RNA backbone,RNA bases,as well as main chain and side chain of the amino acids.Such characteristics in peptide–RNA interactions might be helpful for understanding the mechanism of protein–RNA specific recognition and the design of RNA nano-delivery systems based on peptides and their derivatives.Pengyu Wang Xiaocui Fang Ping Li Minxian Li Yanlian Yang Chen Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,12:0
