| 1 | Osteoarticular manifestations of human brucellosis:A review显示文摘Brucellosis is a common global zoonotic disease, which is responsible for a range of clinical manifestations. Fever, sweating and musculoskeletal pains are observed in most patients. The most frequent complication of brucellosis is osteoarticular involvement, with 10% to 85% of patients affected. The sacroiliac(up to 80%) and spinal joints(up to 54%) are the most common affected sites.Spondylitis and spondylodiscitis are the most frequent complications of brucellar spinal involvement. Peripheral arthritis, osteomyelitis, discitis, bursitis and tenosynovitis are other osteoarticular manifestations, but with a lower prevalence. Spinal brucellosis has two forms: focal and diffuse. Epidural abscess is a rare complication of spinal brucellosis but can lead to permanent neurological deficits or even death if not treated promptly. Spondylodiscitis is the most severe form of osteoarticular involvement by brucellosis, and can have single-or multifocal involvement. Early and appropriate diagnosis and treatment of the disease is important in order to have a successful management of the patients with osteoarticular brucellosis. Brucellosis should be considered as a differential diagnosis for sciatic and back pain, especially in endemic regions. Patients with septic arthritis living in endemic areas also need to be evaluated in terms of brucellosis. Physical examination, laboratory tests and imaging techniques are needed to diagnose the disease. Radiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and bone scintigraphy are imaging techniques for the diagnosis of osteoarticular brucellosis. MRI is helpful to differentiate between pyogenic spondylitis and brucellar spondylitis. | 7 | 点青霉MH1发酵热稳定性外切菊粉酶的培养基优化及酶学性质研究显示文摘为了分离出热稳定性胞外菊粉酶产生菌,并使菊粉酶的生产、产酶最大化以及分析其酶学性质,进行了本实验。实验结果表明:1株产外切β-D-果糖转化酶的点青霉从菊芋生长的环境中被分离,并经过诱变命名为点青霉(Penicilliumnotatum)MH1。采用半部分因子设计和中心组合设计对影响菊粉酶生产的培养基组成中主要因子进行了优化,得到一最优培养基组成(g/L):菊芋粉24,牛肉膏5,酵母膏1,豆饼粉1,KH2PO43,MgSO4·7H2O0.2,初始pH3.5。优化试验结果显示:在34℃、200r/min摇床转速下培养48h,采用优化的培养基发酵生产得到的最大菊粉酶活力为32.46U/mL。对酶的部分性质进行了研究,其最适pH为4.2,酶在pH3~7具有反应活性,最适作用温度为55℃。粗酶液经过硫酸铵分级盐析,其适宜的盐析饱和度为20%~58%,盐析后酶液通过DEAE-纤维素DE52和SephadexG-100柱层析,纯化后得到的酶采用SDS-PAGE检测分析,结果显示该酶的分子质量为(108±1)KDa。 | 何国庆 Mokhtar A.M. 陈启和 汤兴俊 | 2006 | 中国食品学报2006,6,3: | 5 |
| 8 | A new impedance and robust adaptive inverse control approach for a teleoperation system with varying time delay显示文摘This paper presents a new robust adaptive inverse control approach for a force-reflecting teleoperation system with varying time delay. First,an impedance control is designed for the master robot. Second,an adaptive inverse control is proposed for the slave robot. Finally,the slave side controller is modified such that the robust stability and performance are achieved. In addition,robust stability analysis has been performed and optimal behavior is ensured by using standard characteristic polynomials. It is shown that despite of presence of randomly-varying time delay,the proposed control algorithm compensates the position drifts efficiently. | 9 | Single-and double-dose of platelet-rich plasma versus hyaluronic acid for treatment of knee osteoarthritis: A randomized controlled trial显示文摘BACKGROUND Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)and hyaluronic acid have been shown to be useful in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.However,investigations comparing the efficacy of these two drugs together are insufficient.AIM To compare the outcomes of PRP vs hyaluronic acid injections in three groups of patients with bilateral knee osteoarthritis.METHODS This randomized controlled trial study involved 95 patients.Thirty-one subjects received a single injection of PRP(group PRP-1),33 subjects received two injections of PRP at an interval of 3 wk(group PRP-2)and 31 subjects received three injections of hyaluronic acid at 1-wk intervals(group hyaluronic acid).The patients were investigated prospectively at the enrollment and at 4-,8-and 12-wk follow-up with the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC)and Visual Analogue Scale questionnaires.RESULTS Percentages of patients experiencing at least a 30%decrease in the total score for the WOMAC pain subscale from baseline to wk 12 of the intervention were 86%,100%and 0%in the groups PRP-1,PRP-2 and hyaluronic acid,respectively(P<0.001).The mean total WOMAC scores for groups PRP-1,PRP-2 and hyaluronic acid at baseline were 63.71,61.57 and 63.11,respectively.The WOMAC scores were significantly improved at final follow-up to 42.5,35.32 and 57.26,respectively.The highest efficacy of PRP was observed in both groups at wk 4 with about 50%decrease in the symptoms compared with about 25%decrease for hyaluronic acid.Group PRP-2 had higher efficacy than group PRP-1.No major adverse effects were found during the study.CONCLUSION PRP is a safe and efficient therapeutic option for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It was demonstrated to be significantly better than hyaluronic acid.We also found that the efficacy of PRP increases after multiple injections. | Mehdi Tavassoli Nasser Janmohammadi Akram Hosseini Soraya Khafri Seyed Mokhtar Esmaeilnejad-Ganji | 2019 | World Journal of Orthopedics2019,10,9: | 5 |

| 12 | Recent snow cover variation in the Upper Indus Basin of Gilgit Baltistan, Hindukush Karakoram Himalaya显示文摘Mountainous basins like the Upper Indus Basin(UIB) of Gilgit Baltistan(GB) are dependent on seasonal snowmelt and glacier melt. Monitoring of the snow-covered area(SCA) is not only vital for the overall hydrology of the Indus basin but also important to the sustainable agriculture and hydropower system. The snow-covered area in the UIB of GB was investigated for changes over the last 18 years using the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) snow product. The study area was divided into five elevation zones ranging from 877-8564 meters above sea level(m ASL). In contrast to the global cryosphere related studies, SCA in the UIB is slightly increasing. Elevation based SCA analysis also indicated that SCA is slightly increasing in each elevation zone. However, a significant amount of snow is concentrated in areas above 5000 m ASL. Due to the strong correlation between SCA and precipitation, the precipitation data also follow a similar trend. Analysis of the climatic data suggests a statistically significant increase in total monthly precipitation and relative humidity, a slight decrease in mean monthly temperature and a significant upward tendency in monthly solar irradiance data. All these trends in combination with the increasing trend in global precipitation, winter westerly disturbances and orographic precipitation are the important factors behind the slightly increasing SCA in the study area. | 13 | Production of hydrogen and syngas via pyrolysis of bagasse in a dual bed reactor显示文摘Pyrolysis of bagasse followed by thermal cracking of tar was carried out at atmospheric pressure using a dual bed reactor. The first bed was used for the pyrolysis and the second bed was used for thermal cracking of tar. Iron fillings were used as the packed bed material in the second bed. The effects of reaction time (20 to 40 min), reactor temperature (600 to 900℃) and packed bed height (40-100 mm) on the product (char, tar and gas) yield and gas (H2 , CO, CO2 , CH4 , CnHm ) composition were studied. Over the ranges of the experimental conditions used, the operating conditions were optimized for pyrolysis temperature around 850℃, a reaction time of 30 min and packed bed height of 100 mm, thus we could obtain a gas richer in hydrogen and carbon monoxide and poorer in carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons. | 14 | Impact of gamma radiation and salinity on growth and K^+/Na^+ balance in two populations of Medicago sativa (L.) cultivar Gabès显示文摘The perennial Medicago sativa cv.Gabès is widely grown on saline soils in Tunisian oases.Morphological and physiological analyses of two populations (Mareth and Gannouch) were conducted in order to study the efiect of salinity and gamma radiation (350 Gy) inter-action on two populations of this species.It has been shown that the two irradiated populations of Medicago sativa are fairly tolerant to salt at growth phase compared to the non-irradiated.Exposure to gamma irradiation (350 Gy), alone or in combination with salt stress, increased significantly (p < 0.001) shoot number, stem height and chlorophyll b pigment especially for the Gannouch population, while no change occurred for the Mareth population.The presence of salt to 9 g/l afiected significantly the root biomass and induced a reduc-tion of shoot development of both control and irradiated alfalfa populations.For all treatments, plants of two populations remained able to produce and to allocate dry matter to the difierent organs.The survey of Na+/K+ ratio showed that the growth of the aerial organs of two non-irradiated populations was at least determined by a selectivity in favour of the K+ ions (r2 = 0.97 and r2 = 0.59 for Mareth and Gannouch non-irradiated populations, respectively).However, the rather weak correlation detected for the irradiated populations, par-ticularly for the irradiated Gannouch, seems to be the consequence of the efiect of irradiation that improved potassium availability, essential element for growth and development.Results also showed that the two irradiated populations, especially the Mareth, accumu-lated Na+ ions in its photosynthetic organs.This accumulation was associated with an improvement of foliar water content at a level of salinity around 5 g/l.Such a mechanism refiects probably an inclusive behaviour of the plants and a good aptitude to use the dominant ions (Na+) for the osmotic adjustment.However, the non-irradiated populations are unable to adjust their internal osmotic potential.Consequently, irradiated plants have probably adapted to the osmotic stress by either closing their stomata or increasing the osmotic pressure of the leaf cells. | Mokhtar Rejili Dalel Telahigue Belgacem Lachiheb Abdessalem Mrabet Ali Ferchichi | 2008 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,9: | 2 |
| 15 | Crystal structure and infrared spectrum of thallium holmium polyphosphate, TlHo(PO_3)_4显示文摘Crystals of thallium-holmium polyphosphate TlHo(PO3)4 were grown by flux method technique and characterized by single crys- tal X-ray diffraction. Structure of TlHo(PO3)4 was solved for the first time, and it crystallized in the monoclinic P21/n space group with the following unit-cell dimensions: a=1.02225(3) nm, b=0.88536(2) nm, c=1.09541(4) nm, β=105.888(1)°, V=0.95354(5) nm3 and Z=4. The crystal structure was solved from 2174 independent reflections with final R1(F2)=0.0442 and Rw(F2)=0.0861 refined with 164 parameters. The atomic arrangement could be described as a long chain polyphosphate organization. Holmium atoms had eightfold coordination. The structure of TlHo(PO3)4 consisted of HoO8 polyhedra sharing oxygen atoms with phosphoric group PO4.
