| 1 | NT-proBNP对慢性稳定型心绞痛的预后价值显示文摘背景:目前还没有很好的生物标志物来评价慢性稳定型心绞痛的预后情况。我们研究NT-proBNP在血浆中的浓度是否可以作为慢性稳定型心绞痛患者在放入支架治疗后的预后标志物。
方法和结果:测定1059位经冠状动脉血管造影证实有明显冠状动脉疾病的慢性稳定型心绞痛患者血浆NT-proBNP的浓度。研究的主要终点是死亡事件。经过平均3.6年的随访(四分位数间隔范围为3.3~4.5年),106位患者死亡。Kaplan-Meier曲线估计五年死亡率在第一个四分位点为4.7%,第二个四分位点为7.8%,第三个为11.4%,第四个为32.7%(P〈0.001)。Cox氏比例危害模型显示NT-proBNP与死亡率强相关(第四个较第一个百分位点调整后危害比为5.83,95%可信限为2.08~16.44)。NT-proBNP对心血管病被证实有相同的预后价值(第四个较第一个百分位点危害比位5.98,95%可信限为1.55~23.13,对纽约分级为I或II级的病人第四个较第一个百分位点危害比位6.03,95%可信限为2.07~17.52)。
