| 1 | 交通量持续增长下大跨桥梁时变极值外推分析显示文摘随着交通运输行业的迅速发展,持续增长的交通荷载逐步成为威胁既有桥梁运营安全的重要因素。为了研究现有交通荷载持续增长对大跨桥梁安全水平的影响,提出考虑交通量区间增长的车载效应极值外推方法,采用基于'时间离散'和'极值概率串联'的改进Rice公式捕捉交通量持续增长导致极值概率的时变特征,由两个数值算例验证考虑交通量增长的时变极值外推的精确性。基于某高速公路实测车流数据模拟了随机车流,预测了车流量线性增长下悬索桥运营期内的最大位移。研究结果表明:交通量增长导致荷载极值时变特征显著,基于独立同分布假定的经典极值理论与Rice公式均无法准确地对拟合高尾极值,而改进Rice公式可精准拟合并外推极值;在交通量年增长系数为1%~3%时,某悬索桥设计基准期内的车载效应放大系数为1.30~1.98;若交通量年增长系数大于3%,则该桥梁1000年重现期的最大位移将大于设计标准值。 | 鲁乃唯 刘扬 NOORI Mohammad | 2018 | 工程力学2018,35,7: | 14 |
| 2 | A new ecological control method for Pisha sandstone based on hydrophilic polyurethane显示文摘The Pisha sandstone-coverd area is among the regions that suffer from the most severe water loss and soil erosion in China and is the main source of coarse sand for the Yellow River. This study demonstrated a new erosion control method using W-OH solution, a type of hydrophilic polyurethane, to prevent the Pisha sandstone from water erosion. We evaluated the comprehensive effects of W-OH on water erosion resistance and vegetation-growth promotion through simulated scouring tests and field demonstrations on the Ordos Plateau of China. The results of simulated scouring tests show that the water erosion resistance of W-OH treated area was excellent and the cumulative sediment yield reduction reached more than 99%. In the field demonstrations, the vegetation coverage reached approximately 95% in the consolidation-green area, and there was almost no shallow trenches on the entire slope in the treated area. In comparison, the control area experienced severe erosion with deep erosion gullies appeared on the slope and the vegetation coverage was less than 30%. This study illustrated that W-OH treatment can protect the Pisha sandstone from erosion and provide the vegetation seeds a chance to grow. | 4 | Artemisinin as a Chinese Medicine,Selectively Induces Apoptosis in Pancreatic Tumor Cell Line显示文摘Objective:To investigate the possible mechanism through which Artemisinin induced apoptosis in pancreatic cell line.Methods:Column chromatography,thin layer chromatography(TLC)and proton NMR spectroscopy were used to purify Artemisinin.The flowcytometry was employed to detect apoptosis and reactive oxygen species(ROS).Results:The results indicated that 50%inhibiting concentration(IC_(50)value)for pancreatic cell line(RIN)was 45μmol/L of Artemisinin.Artemisinin had no cytotoxic effect on the growth of peripheral blood lymphocytes.The mechanism of apoptosis was evaluated by measuring intracellular ROS.It was shown that Artemisinin-induced apoptosis occurred independently of the binding of CD95L to CD95 receptor in the RIN cells.Moreover,Artemisinin,in a dose-dependent manner,could significantly increase the level of ROS.Conclusion:Artemisinin can induce apoptosis in the RIN cells via the generation of ROS and triggering the intrinsic pathway of cell death. | Shokoofe Noori Zuhair.M.Hassan Vida Farsam | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2014,20,8: | 7 |

| 6 | Comparative Analysis of Wavelet Transform for Time-Frequency Analysis and Transient Localization in Structural Health Monitoring显示文摘A critical problem facing data collection in structural health monitoring,for instance via sensor networks,is how to extract the main components and useful features for damage detection.A structural dynamic measurement is more often a complex time-varying process and therefore,is prone to dynamic changes in time-frequency contents.To extract the signal components and capture the useful features associated with damage from such nonstationary signals,a technique that combines the time and frequency analysis and shows the signal evolution in both time and frequency is required.Wavelet analyses have proven to be a viable and effective tool in this regard.Wavelet transform(WT)can analyze different signal components and then comparing the characteristics of each signal with a resolution matched to its scale.However,the challenge is the selection of a proper wavelet since various wavelets with varied properties that are to analyze the same data may result in different results.This article presents a study on how to carry out a comparative analysis based on analytic wavelet scalograms,using structural dynamic acceleration responses,to evaluate the effectiveness of various wavelets for damage detection in civil structures.The scalogram’s informative time-frequency regions are examined to analyze the variation of wavelet coefficients and show how the frequency content of a signal changes over time to detect transient events due to damage.Subsequently,damage-induced changes are tracked with time-frequency representations.Towards this aim,energy distribution and sharing information are investigated.The undamaged and damaged simulated comparative results of a structure reveal that the damaged structure were shifted from the undamaged structure.Also,the Bump wavelet shows the best results than the others. | Ahmed Silik Mohammad Noori Wael A.Altabey Ramin Ghiasi Zhishen Wu | 2021 | Structural Durability & Health Monitoring2021,15,1: | 4 |

| 8 | Chemical analysis and antioxidant content of various propolis samples collected from different regions and their impact on antimicrobial activities显示文摘Objective: To assess the antioxidant content, antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of various propolis samples. Methods: Seven propolis samples were collected from different locations in Morocco, which are characterized by different plant predominant vegetations. The resin, wax and balsam of hydroalcoholic extract of propolis content were identified, and the antioxidant content was analyzed with the use of HPLC and colorimetric methods. The antioxidant activity was assessed by DPPH, ABTS.^+ and ferric reducing power assays. The antimicrobial activity was assessed against bacterial species, including methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, and expressed as the minimal inhibitory concentration. Results: The propolis samples showed significant variations in the chemical composition and in the antioxidant or antimicrobial activities even when the samples were collected from the same location. Propolis with high resin and low wax content had high level of antioxidant compounds, and strong antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. Gram-positive bacteria, especially, methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus were more sensitive to all propolis samples than Gram-negative bacteria and Candida albicans. Conclusions: The chemical composition and the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of various propolis samples are different and rely on the geographic and plant origin of propolis collection.
