1Clinical applications of free medial tibial flap with posterior tibial artery for head and neck reconstruction after tumor resection显示文摘Tumor resection causes damage in the head and neck which creates problems in swallowing, chewing, articulation,and vision, all of which seriously affect patients' quality of life. In this work, we evaluated the application of a free medial tibial flap in reconstruction of head and neck defects after tumor resection. We discussed the anatomy,surgical technique, and the advantages and disadvantages of the flap. We found several benefits for the flap, such as,it is especially effective for the defects that require thin-layer epithelium to cover or the separated soft tissue defect;a two-team approach can be used because the donor site is far away from the head and neck; and the flap is easy to integrate because of the subcutaneous fat layer of the free medial tibial flap is thin and the flap is soft. 2海岸沙坝横向迁移研究综述显示文摘沙坝是波浪作用下砂质海岸地貌的主要表现形态之一,对于海滩的动力稳定状态具有重要的指示意义。从沙坝的形态参数、沙坝形成理论、沙坝迁移的动力机制以及数值模拟方法等方面概述了水下沙坝横向迁移的研究进展和存在的不足。虽然国内外学者对沙坝横向迁移进行了大量研究,然而由于海滩复杂的动力过程以及沙坝迁移与泥沙输运之间的耦合作用,目前仍存在许多问题尚待解决,未来进一步研究的方向主要包括沙坝迁移过程的空间差异、沙坝迁移的临界条件、波浪破碎对近底泥沙运动和沙坝迁移的影响、数学模型的改进以及沙坝迁移与泥沙输运的耦合机制等方面。胡日军 吴建政 PINGDong 马芳 朱龙海 2016水科学进展2016,27,5:4
3Differential transcriptome analysis between Populus and its synthesized allotriploids driven by second-division restitution显示文摘In this report, we compared transcriptomic differences between a synthetic Populus section Tacamahaca triploid driven by second-division restitution and its parents using a high-throughput RNA-seq method. A total of 4,080 genes were differentially expressed between the high-growth vigor allotriploids(SDR-H) and their parents, and 719 genes were non-additively expressed in SDR-H. Differences in gene expression between the allotriploid and male parent were more signi ficant than those between the allotriploid and female parent, which may be caused by maternal effects. We observed3,559 differentially expressed genes(DEGs) between the SDR-H and male parent. Notably, the genes were mainly involved in metabolic process, cell proliferation, DNA methylation, cell division, and meristem and developmental growth. Among the1,056 DEGs between SDR-H and female parent, many genes were associated with metabolic process and carbon utilization.In addition, 1,789 DEGs between high- and low-growth vigor allotriploid were mainly associated with metabolic process,auxin poplar transport, and regulation of meristem growth.Our results indicated that the higher poplar ploidy level can generate extensive transcriptomic diversity compared with its parents. 4Autophagy and virus infection显示文摘Autophagy is a highly conserved pathway for physiological metabolism. Bilayer vesicles transport their contents to lysosomes for degradation. Autophagy is therefore a means of removing intracellular viruses and other pathogens in mammalian cells. However, the role of autophagy in virus infection is complex. Several viruses have developed a way to escape autophagy-dependent degradation and replicate themselves through autophagy. 11Factors contributing to lymph node occult metastasis in supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma cT2-T4 N0M0 and metastasis predictive equation显示文摘Objective: To investigate factors that contribute to lymph node metastasis(LNM) from clinical cT2-T4 N0M0(cN0) supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma(SLC), and to predict the risk of occult metastasis before surgery.Methods: A total of 121 patients who received surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Relevant factors regarding cervical LNM were analyzed. Multivariate analyses were conducted to predict the region where the metastasis occurred and prognosis. Results: The overall metastatic rate of c N0 SLC was 28.1%. Metastatic rates were 15.4%, 32.5% and 35.7% for T2, T3 and T4, respectively. Metastatic rates for SLC levels II, III and IV were 19.6%, 17.2% and 3.6%, respectively. A regression equation was formulated to predict the probability of metastasis in cN0 SLC as follows: Pn=e(–3.874+0.749T3+1.154T4+1.935P1+1.750P2)/[1+e(–3.874+0.749T3+1.154T4+1.935P1+1.750P2)]. Approximately 0.2% of patients experienced LNM with no recurrence of laryngeal cancer. Comparison of the intergroup survival curves between patients with and without LNM indicated a statistically significant difference(P=0.029).Conclusions: Cervical lymph node metastatic rates tended to increase in tandem with T stage in patients with LNM in cN0 SLC, and neck dissection is advised for these patients. However, postoperative infection and other complications may harm patients and may even cause surgical failure and death. This review describes the definition, classification, and status of surgical site infection(SSI).
