| 1 | 烧伤病房细菌耐药性的分析显示文摘目的 分析笔者单位烧伤病房近 4年来的细菌耐药性。 方法 从本院 1996年~ 1999年烧伤患者血培养阳性及创面分离出的细菌 ,其中 5 0株以上者 5种 ,用纸片琼脂扩散法进行药敏试验。并以美国国家临床实验室标准委员会 (NCCLS)公布的数值作为判断耐药标准。应用双纸片协同试验检测 45株肺炎克雷伯菌的超广谱 -内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)。 结果 仅万古霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌有效。亚胺培南对大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌有效 ,而仅多粘菌素 -B对铜绿假单胞杆菌有效。 45株肺炎克雷伯菌中ESBLs阳性者有 38株 ,ESBLs的发生率为 84.4%。 结论笔者医院烧伤病房的细菌耐药率甚高 ,这可能是由于 β -内酰胺酶的产生 ,特别是ESBLs发生率甚高所致 ,亚胺培南依然对ES BLs稳定 ,抗菌效能佳 ;但复合 β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的抗生素作用已日趋减弱。铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的耐药率正逐年增高 ,可能是由于大量使用该药 ,引起菌株产生一种新的由质粒传递的金属 β -内酰胺酶 ,细菌外膜蛋白产生减少与通透性的改变 。 | 许小敏 张民权 廖萍华 Xu Xiaomin Zhang Minquan LIAO Pinghua | 2001 | 中华烧伤杂志2001，17，2： | 26 |

| 4 | TPX2 knockdown suppressed hepatocellular carcinoma cell invasion via inactivating AKT signaling and inhibiting MMP2 and MMP9 expression显示文摘Objective: Targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein 2(TPX2) is a nuclear proliferation-related protein that plays a critical role in the formation of mitotic spindle. High expression of TPX2 has been observed in several types of tumors. However, the role of TPX2 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) remains unclear. Our study aimed to investigate the effect of TPX2 on HCC cell invasion.Methods: The immortalized normal human liver cell line L02 and six HCC cell lines including SMMC-7721, BEL-7402, Huh-7, HepG2, Hep3 B and SKHep1 were subjected to qRT-PCR and western blot for TPX2 mRNA and protein, respectively. Furthermore, TPX2 small interfering RNA(siRNA) was used to knock down TPX2 expression in SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells. Cell proliferation and invasion were determined by MTT and transwell assays. Otherwise, expression of p-AKT, MMP2 and MMP9 were evaluated by western blot in SMMC-7721 cells.Results: The expression of TPX2 in HCC cell lines was markedly higher than that in normal human liver cell line. TPX2 knockdown using a specific TPX2-siRNA reduced the number of invaded cells and inhibited cell proliferation in SMMC-7721 and HepG2 cells. | 6 | Mechanical Properties and ITZ Microstructure of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Using Carbonated Recycled Coarse Aggregate显示文摘The effect of carbonation treatment and mixing method on the mechanical properties and interfacial transition zone(ITZ) properties of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC) was investigated. Properties of recycled concrete aggregate(RCA) were tested firstly. Then, five types of concretes were made and slump of fresh concrete was measured immediately after mixing. Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of hardened concrete were measured at 28 d. Meanwhile, the microstructure of RAC was analyzed by backscattered electron(BSE) image. It was found that the water absorption ratio of carbonated recycled concrete aggregate(CRCA) was much lower when compared to the untreated RCA. Comparatively, the apparent density of CRCA was not significantly modified. The concrete strength results indicate that the mix CRAC-2 prepared with CRCA by adopting two-stage mixing approach shows the highest compressive strength value compared to the other mixes. The microstructural analysis demonstrate that the mix CRAC-2 has a much denser old ITZ than the untreated RAC because of the chemical reaction between CO_2 and the hydration products of RCA. | 8 | Prognostic significance of combining high mobility group Box-1 and OV-6 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘The inflammatory environment and existence of cancer stem cells are critical for progression and intrahepatic recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) after curative resections. Here, we investigated the prognostic significance of combining high mobility group box 1(HMGB1) expression and hepatic progenitor marker OV6 in hepatocellular carcinoma. Expression of HMGB1 and OV6 was evaluated using immunohistochemistry profiling in tissue microarrays containing samples from 208 HCC patients. Invasive clinical or pathological factors were found in patients with high expression of HMGB1 or OV6. Higher HMGB1 was associated with poorer clinical outcomes, and independently related to elevated 5-year recurrence incidence(85.5% vs. 62.4%, P<0.001). We also found that more OV6 positive staining was correlated with poor prognosis of HCC patients(P<0.001). Notably, expression of HMGB1 was positively correlated with OV6 in density(R2=0.032, P<0.001) and reversely related to HCC outcomes. Abnormal expression of HMGB1 in combination with positive staining of OV6 displayed poorer prognostic performance than single biomarker alone(area under curve(AUC) survival=0.696).
