| 13 | Species richness and similarity of the flora on four lajedos in Boa Nova, Bahia, Brazil显示文摘The municipality of Boa Nova,in northeastern Brazil,is in an ecotone zone between the Caatinga and Atlantic Forest phytogeographic domains.The transition phytophysiognomy is seasonal forest and known locally as mata de cipó.In these phytophysiognomies there are lajedos,which are rock outcrops colonized by vegetation welladapted to extreme microclimatic variation and vegetation diversity is affected by the vegetation types of the surrounding areas.Due to the singularity of these environments and the relevance of floristic studies for conservation,this work aimed to identify the species richness and compare the similarity of the flora on four rock outcrops in Boa Nova.The flora was surveyed during exploratory walks along lajedos between 2016 and 2019.In total,162 species were identified on the Boa Nova outcrops.The flora has a composition and structure similar to semiarid outcrops,as well as endemic species that also occur in surrounding phytophysiomies.Despite the proximity,a similarity index revealed there is floristic dissimilarity between the areas.Nine new occurrences were recorded for the region,five species are threatened with extinction(Aosa gilgiana,Ficus cyclophylla,Hippeastrum stigmovittatum,Pleroma caatingae and Trixis pruskii),and 43 species are common in anthropogenic areas.This reinforces the importance of actions to conserve these areas. | Morgana Maria DO CARMO BARBOSA Anderson FERREIRA PINTO MACHADO Andrea Karla ALMEIDA DOS SANTOS Raymundo JoséDE Sá-NETO Michele MARTINS CORRêA | 2023 | Journal of Mountain Science2023,20,6: | 0 |
| 14 | Pre-formulation Study for Preparation of Mucoadhesive Buccal Tablets Containing Nystatin and Cashew Gum by Direct Compression显示文摘Cashew gum is a branched chain heteropolysaccharide extracted from the cashew tree (Anacardium occidentale L.).Purified cashew gum (PCG) is free of plant contaminants and is highly soluble.Several studies have indicated this polymer can be relevant in the pharmaceutical industry for production of tablets.Recently,our research group reported that PCG can be used as a diluent for tablets produced by direct compression.Nystatin (Nys) is the drug of first choice for treatment of oral candidiasis,in the form of a suspension.The treatment consists of up to six daily doses of a suspension of nys at 500,000 IU,causing low therapeutic adhesion by patients.The objective of this study was to investigate the behavior of PCG together with nys and other excipients (flavoring agents and lubricating agent) for future manufacture of mucoadhesive buccal tablets by direct compression.For that purpose,we performed pre-formulation tests (FTIR,TGA,XRD,solubility,pH,granulometry,swelling degree and powder flow) with physical mixtures of the drug and excipients.The results were excellent,demonstrating that PCG is a polymer with potential for this type of application. | Ana Paula de SáPinto Abrahao Magalhaes Flávia Almada do Carmo Claudia Regina Elias Mansur | 2019 | Journal of Physical Science and Application2019,9,1: | 0 |

| 17 | 中国咖啡主栽区咖啡种质资源圃中咖啡驼孢锈菌致病类型鉴定和分析显示文摘【目的】研究中国咖啡主栽区咖啡种质资源圃中由专性寄生病原真菌咖啡驼孢锈菌(Hemileia vastatrix Berk.et Br.)引起的咖啡黄锈病(coffee leaf rust,CLR)致病类型,对保护中国咖啡种质资源以及指导主栽区抗性品种的布局和选育具有重要意义。【方法】收集分布在中国咖啡主栽区4个具有代表性的咖啡种质资源圃CLR病样,在超感病基因型寄主上进行扩繁及单孢分离,在特定基因型寄主上对咖啡驼孢锈菌的毒力基因进行鉴定,并推导出相应的致病类型。【结果】57份样品中,有42份样品(占73.68%)被成功扩繁,有27份样品(占64.29%)被保存。根据样品信息录入23个CIFC条目,共鉴定出3种致病类型:XXXⅦ(v_(2,5,6,7,9)),占86.96%,为优势致病类型;New race(v_(2,5,6,7)),占8.69%,为在中国种质资源圃CLR调查的首次报道;XXXIV(v_(2,5,7,9)),占4.35%。【结论】中国咖啡主栽区咖啡驼孢锈菌群体遗传结构正在发生改变,原有致病类型已渗入位于主栽区内的种质资源圃,并在基因型相近的寄主上加速进化;新的致病类型在主栽区内的咖啡基地和种质资源圃之间随机流动,并对当前主栽品种的抗性造成威胁。研究结果将为中国咖啡种质资源圃的科学管理提供重要依据,为CLR防控提供理论支持。 | 李乐 易克贤 吴伟怀 Vítor Manuel Pinto Várzea Ana Paula Pereira Maria do Céu Machado Lavado da Silva 唐天乐 | 2023 | 云南农业大学学报(自然科学版)2023,38,5: | 0 |
