1Cloning of Small Heat-shock Protein (sHSP) Gene from Sugarcaneand Analysis of Its Expression under Drought Stress显示文摘The present experiment was conducted to clone small heat-shock protein(sHSP)in sugarcane to explore mechanism of stress resistance in sugarcane.sHSP was amplified using RT-PCR from sugarcane leaves,the characteristics of the deduced protein wereanalyzed using bioinformatics software,and its expression was analyzed using quantitative real-time PCR.The results showed that the cDNA of HSPgene obtained by RT-PCR which was 659 bp in full length with a 459 bp open reading frame,encodes a putative sHSP protein with 152 amino acids.Homology comparison between the amino acid sequences of the sHSP protein and 14 different species indicated that the sHSP protein had 69%to 96%identity in amino acid sequence with other plants.The deduced amino acid sequence not only contained a typical sHSPdomain,but also was very conservative.The results of quantitative real-time PCR analysis showed that the mRNA of sHSPdecreased initially and then increased with time under drought stress.These results suggested that sHSPis expressed under induction of drought stress,anddrought resistance in sugarcane is enhanced by Si application.Panxia LIANG Jiangtao ZHOU Xing HUANG Yangrui LI 2017Agricultural Biotechnology2017,6,2:2
2Current Development and Prospects of Selenium-enriched Moringa oleifera Industry in Guangxi显示文摘Due to its unique economic value,Moringa oleifera Lam. has become a tree species with great development potential. This paper firstly introduced the value of development and utilization of M. oleifera in nutrition,medicinal,industrial,greening,etc. Then,focusing on the current development status of M. oleifera industry in Guangxi and combining Guangxi's resource conditions,it came up with recommendations for the comprehensive development and rational utilization of M. oleifera. 3Effects of Slow-release Fertilizers and Sugarcane-specific Fertilizers on Yield and Quality of Sugarcane显示文摘The effects of slow-release fertilizers and sugarcane-specific fertilizers on the growth and quality of sugarcane were studied to provide a theoretical basis for cultivation of sugarcane with lower costs but higher efficiency. Field experiments were carried out in two major sugarcane areas in Guangxi and three fertilization treatments were studied: single application of compound fertilizers( treatment I),compound fertilizers + slow-release fertilizers( treatment II) and sugarcane-specific base fertilizers + sugarcane-specific topdressing( treatment III). Effects of equal fertilization conditions of treatment I,II and III on growth,yield and sugar of sugarcane were studied. The three fertilization treatments had little effects on emergence,tillering,and effective stems of sugarcane,but compared with the treatment of compound fertilizer( treatment I) with a ratio of N,P,and K of 1∶1∶1,treatment II using slow-release fertilizers as topdressing had better growth,higher plant height and stem diameter,so the yield was higher. Treatment III designed sugarcane-specific fertilizers with proper ratio according to fertilizer demands of sugarcane. Besides,the treatment III sugarcane-specific base fertilizers,containing certain amount of organic matters,could promote the sugar accumulation of sugarcane. Therefore,the sugarcane yield of treatment III was higher than that of treatment II. In conclusion,slow-release fertilizers and sugarcane-specific fertilizers can significantly increase sugarcane yield,especially sugarcane-specific fertilizers. 4Isolation and Identification of Selenium-tolerant Strains from Selenium-rich Soil in Guangxi显示文摘To provide reference for selenium resource exploitation of soil,many selenium-tolerant strains were isolated from selenium-rich soil in Guangxi. The dilution spread plate method and selenium-added culture method were used to screen the selenium-tolerant strains from the soils which were sampled from the main Selenium-rich areas such as Yongfu,Bama,Yulin Hanshan,Guiping and Tengxian. The results showed that 8 strains with high selenium tolerance were obtained,which could tolerate the selenium concentration above 10 000 μg/m L in solid medium. Among the 8 strains,YLB1-33 showed the highest selenium tolerance,and it could still grow weakly in the solid medium with selenium concentration of 29 000 μg/m L. The sequencing of 16 S rD NA and phylogenetic analysis showed that YLB1-6 was identified as Bacillus cereus,BMB2-1 and TXB1-8 were identified as Bacillus pumilus,GPB2-5 was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis,YLB1-26 and YLB1-33 were identified as Bacillus licheniformis,and YLB1-2 and YFB1-8 were identified as Serratia marcescens. 5Study on Extraction Method of Selenium-enriched Rice显示文摘[Objectives] The aims were to optimize the extraction process of selenoproteins from selenium-enriched rice in Guangxi and provide references for the intensive processing and comprehensive utilization of selenium protein resources. [Methods]Selenium-enriched rice was used as materials to extract selenoproteins by phosphate buffer extraction method and to optimize the extraction process of selenoproteins by using the orthogonal experiment. Proteins and selenium content was measured by Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 reagent and AFS( atomic fluorescence spectrometry) respectively. [Results] The most significant factor affecting extraction of rice Selenoproteins was extraction NaO H concentration,followed by the ratio of solid-liquid,temperature and then extraction time. The optimum extraction conditions of selenoproteins from rice were extraction temperature of 50 ℃,NaO H concentration of 0. 14 mol/L,extraction time of 5 h,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 30. 6Optimization of Extraction Process of Anthocyanins from Selenium-enriched Purple Potato by Response Surface Methodology显示文摘Ultrasound-assisted extraction method was applied to extract the anthocyanins from selenium-enriched purple potato,and the optimum extraction conditions for anthocyanins in selenium-enriched purple potato were obtained by response surface methodology:the phosphoric acid concentration of 1.0%,the solid-liquid ratio at 5,and the extraction time of 19 min.Under these conditions,the yield of anthocyanins in selenium-enriched purple potato reached(0.409±0.010)mg/g(RSD=2.51%,n=3).The extraction of anthocyanins from selenium-rich fresh purple potato with dilute phosphoric acid has the advantages of less acid consumption and good extraction effect.Deming LIU Yongxian LIU Dongmei WANG Panxia LIANG Liping PAN Jinping CHEN Jinhuan QIN 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,4:1
7Estimation of Production Amount of Livestock and Poultry Manure and Environmental Impact Assessment in Guangxi显示文摘This study was intended to estimate production of major livestock and poultry manure and contaminant content,and find out current situation of manure pollution,so as to provide reference for pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Guangxi.Based on the related statistic data in 2010 and the excretion coefficient of different livestock and poultry,the manure and its contaminant production amount of main livestock and poultry in Guangxi were estimated.Then the annual livestock and poultry manure load of farmland and the loss of contaminant were also calculated to analyze the ecological pressure resulted from livestock and poultry breeding in Guangxi.Following results were obtained:in 2010,the production amount of the livestock and poultry manure in Guangxi was 9141.30×104tons,including nutrient TN42.07×104tons and TP 13.62×104tons;the annual livestock and poultry manure and N,P pure nutrient load of farmland was 21t/hm2,98kg/hm2,and 32 kg/hm2respectively;the production amount of manure contaminants was BOD5383.43×104tons,COD Cr435.42×104tons,and NH3-N 42.08×104tons;according to 30%loss rate,the loss amount of COD Cr and NH3-N was higher than the sum of industrial and life waste water.It was concluded that the livestock and poultry breeding industry had little impact on soil environment,but posed a grave threat to water environment.Qing LIAO Dongliang HUANG Zepu JIANG Guangpo WEI Panxia LIANG Yuning WANG Yangrui LI 2013Asian Agricultural Research2013,5,11:0

9Form and Interconversion Factor of Selenium in Soil显示文摘In recent years,production and processing of natural selenium-rich agricultural products has become a research hotspot. The main factor affecting the selenium content in plant is the content of effective selenium in soil. So it is important to understand the form and conversion relationship of selenium in soil and find ways to improve selenium effectiveness. By summarizing the researches on selenium at home and abroad,we analyze the classification of soil selenium form,the transformation among different selenium forms and the improving factors of selenium effectiveness. We understand the relationship between chemical form and extraction form of selenium,analyze the driving factors of conversion among different forms,and discuss the ways to improve selenium effectiveness of soil in high selenium-rich area.
