1Processes of initial collision and suturing between India and Asia显示文摘The initial collision between Indian and Asian continents marked the starting point for transformation of land-sea thermal contrast,uplift of the Tibet-Himalaya orogen,and climate change in Asia.In this paper,we review the published literatures from the past 30 years in order to draw consensus on the processes of initial collision and suturing that took place between the Indian and Asian plates.Following a comparison of the different methods that have been used to constrain the initial timing of collision,we propose that the tectono-sedimentary response in the peripheral foreland basin provides the most sensitive index of this event,and that paleomagnetism presents independent evidence as an alternative,reliable,and quantitative research method.In contrast to previous studies that have suggested collision between India and Asia started in Pakistan between ca.55 Ma and50 Ma and progressively closed eastwards,more recent researches have indicated that this major event first occurred in the center of the Yarlung Tsangpo suture zone(YTSZ) between ca.65 Ma and 63 Ma and then spreading both eastwards and westwards.While continental collision is a complicated process,including the processes of deformation,sedimentation,metamorphism,and magmatism,different researchers have tended to define the nature of this event based on their own understanding,an intuitive bias that has meant that its initial timing has remained controversial for decades.Here,we recommend the use of reconstructions of each geological event within the orogenic evolution sequence as this will allow interpretation of collision timing on the basis of multidisciplinary methods.DING Lin Satybaev MAKSATBEK CAI FuLong WANG HouQi SONG PeiPing JI WeiQiang XU Qiang ZHANG LiYun Qasim MUHAMMAD Baral UPENDRA 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,4:23

In order to design the preparation technics of porous ceramics with pyrophyllite reasonably we must know the classifications, characteristics, properties and applications of porous ceramics. The classification and characteristics of porous ceramics are reviewed in this article; and several common preparations with their advantages and disadvantages are also introduced. 4Portal vein arterialization promotes liver regeneration after extended partial hepatectomy in a rat model显示文摘In the current study,we sought to establish a novel rat model of portal vein arterialization(PVA) and evaluate its impact on liver regeneration after extended partial hepatectomy(PH).A total of 105 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to three groups:68%hepatectomy(the PH group),portal arterialization after 68%hepatectomy(the PVA group),and right nephrectomy only(the control group).Liver regeneration rate(LRR),5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine(BrdU) labeling index,and liver functions were assessed on postoperative day 2,7,14 and 28.The 28-day survival rates were compared among the three groups.The 28-day survival rates were similar in all groups(P =0.331),and the anastomotic patency was 100%.The LRR in the PVA group was significantly higher than that of the PH group within postoperative 14 days(P < 0.05).The PVA and PH group had increased serum alanine aminotransferase levels(232 ± 61 U/L and 212 ± 53 U/L,respectively) compared with the control group(101± 13 U/L) on postoperative day 2,whereas from postoperative day 7 to day 28 there were no differences among the three groups.Serum albumin values were higher after the PVA procedure within postoperative day 14,which gradually became comparable on postoperative day 28 among the three groups.The peaks of BrdU labeling index appeared on postoperative day 2 in all rats,and the PVA procedure was associated with increased BrdU labeling index from postoperative day 7 to 28.The 28-day survival of the PVA rats was comparable.Our findings demonstrate that the PVA procedure utilizing portal vein trunk-renal artery microvascular reconstruction promotes remnant liver regeneration and confers beneficial effects on maintaining and even optimizing liver function after extended partial hepatectomy in rats.Jian Li Chaonong Cai Hui Guo Xiaodong Guan Lukun Yang Yuechan Li Yanhua Zhu Peiping Li Xialei Liu Baimeng Zhang 2015The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,1:4
5Effects of Organic Fertilizer on Fruit Quality and Acidified Soil Chemical Properties in Yantai Orchard显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the improving effect of organic fertilizer on acidified soil as well as their effects on fruit quality and quantity in Yantai orchard.[Method] Plot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of organic fertilizer on fruit yield and quality of Red Fuji and chemical properties of acidified soil.[Result] The apple yield in acidified soil applied with organic fertilizer all increased.Under the application of biological organic fertilizer,the apple yield was higher,and it was 8.92% higher than that in the control group.Under the mixed application of chemical fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer,the growth and development of apple trees were improved,and the total soluble solid(TSS) content,vitamin C(Vc) content and TSS-acid ratio in mature apples all increased.The application of organic fertilizer significantly reduced soil acidity.Compared with those in the control group,the soil p H value,organic matter content and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content under the application of biological organic fertilizer were increased by 8.33%,15.10% and 30.80%,respectively.[Conclusion] The application of biological organic fertilizer could improve the yield of apple in acidified soil.Yao SUN Yiming WANG Peiping ZHANG 2016Agricultural Science & Technology2016,17,5:2
6Property and performance amelioration of pelagic clay from the East Pacific显示文摘To make use of the pelagic clay as polymer filling,the properties of clay sediments from the ocean investigation zone of China in the East Pacific were studied by the SSA,XRF,ICP/MAS,FTIR,XRD,SEM,DTA/TG and granularity distributing etc.,and experiments were settled to improve the whiteness and activation of the clay based on these data.Compared with land clay,pelagic clay holds many particular features,such as fine particles and incompact accumulation,worse crystallization and more defects,high activity,complex mineral and chemical components,and low whiteness etc.Processing the purified pelagic clay with acids and zinc,then baked it at different temperatures,the whiteness of clay can be increased from 23.8% to 73.1%,and the optimized conditions is:consistency of vitriol 25%,ratio of clay to water 4∶1,reaction time 4h,reaction temperature 90℃,dosage of zinc 2.0 g/L,and baking temperature 700℃.And the SSA of whited clay is increased too.Using the dry milling method to modify the pelagic clay with organic reagents,the optimized technique is KH550,concentration 1.5%,reaction time 20 min.XRD,FTIR and SEM testing indicate that the mechanism of organic activation was mainly surface absorbing and chemical combination secondly.Peiping ZHANG Shufeng LIU Xuefa SHI Huahua LU Juanjuan LIU Xiaoguo CHI 2008Global Geology2008,11,2:1

11Effects of Mouse Thatched on Soil Temperature, Yield and Quality in Apple Orchard显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to study the effect of mouse thatched on soil temperature,yield and quality in orchards.[Methods]The response of orchard soil,yield and quality to sod culture was studied by comparisons of grassing for two years,three years and clean cultivation.[Results]In April,the soil temperature in mouse thatched area was higher than that in clean cultivation area,and the temperature in the three years of sward was the highest.From May to July,the temperature in mouse thatched area was lower than that in clean cultivation area,and the temperature was lowest in the three years of sward.At the same time,the fruit yield and quality were improved.Averaged the two years,the yield of apple increased by 12%,and the contents of sugar,soluble solids and vitamin C and the firmness of the fruit were increased,and the total acid content was decreased by planting mouse thatched.[Conclusions]Adjusting soil temperature in orchards by planting grass achieved the effects of promoting the activity of microorganisms,facilitating the growth of root system,increasing the yield and improving the quality.Yanhong LI Na LI Peiping ZHANG Qiangsheng SUN Yao SUN Hongzhang WANG 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,3:1

14Effects of Microbial Fertilizer on Growth Characteristics of Facility Tomato and Chemical Properties of Acidic soil显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to discuss the possibility of applying microbial fertilizer to production of facility tomato,so as to determine rational application rate for facility tomato. [Methods]A field experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of the application of microbial fertilizer onto acidic soil on yield,quality and soil chemical properties of facility tomato. [Results] Yield of facility tomato was improved after the application of microbial fertilizer.Treatment ABA-2 showed the highest yield,which was higher than the CK by 7. 98%. On the basis of conventional fertilization,the combined application with microbial fertilizer could promote growth and development of tomato,and could significantly improve fruit weight,and Vc,soluble solid and lycopene contents. 20Research on purification and modification of I/S bentonite显示文摘Analyzing raw material's structure and performance of bentonite from Panzhihua in Sichuan, the authors think that it is adequate for agglomerant of iron smelting. According to its composition and property we have researched the purification and modification of I/S bentonite under conditions of different dispersants and sodium agent. XRD test result reveals that the essential minerals of Panzhihua bentonite are I/S mixed-layer ones, and FTIR analysis shows that when adding 1.5% sodium pyrophosphate to the bentonite slurry during purification, the composition of quartz in bentonite decreases to less than 4% and I/S is more than 90%. The optimized modification technic conditions are Na2CO3 (4%) and CMC-Na (3%) as modified agents, the clay and water are 10 vs. 1, and the temperature is 75℃. It is 40 min for stirring time and reacting time is 4 h.
