1Geochronology and Geochemistry of Li(Be)-Bearing Granitic Pegmatites from the Jiajika Superlarge Li-Polymetallic Deposit in Western Sichuan, China显示文摘Strategic emerging minerals such as lithium,beryllium,niobium and tantalum are the most important rare metals currently,especially with the increasing demand of emerging industries on rare metals in China.The Jiajika deposit with a complete Li-Be-Nb-Ta metallogenic series is the largest pegmatite type rare metal deposit in China at present.In this paper,systematic researches of geochronology and petrogeochemistry were carried out to understand the genetic relationships between mineralization and magma evolution in the Jiajika deposit,which might be helpful to further rare-element prospecting in Songpan-Garze area.Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating yields a concordia age of 217±1.1 Ma and a weighted mean 206 Pb/238 U age of 217±0.84 Ma for the aplite from the No.308 pegmatite.Cassiterite LA-MC-ICPMS dating yields concordant ages of 211±4.6 Ma for the No.308 pegmatite vein and198±4.4 Ma for the No.133 pegmatite vein,indicating that the rare metal mineralization mainly occurred in the Late Indosinian Period,further suggesting that the granites,aplites and pegmatites in Jiajika formed during a relatively stable stage after the intense orogeny of the Indosinian cycle.The rare metal-bearing granitic rocks and pegmatites show a clear linear relationship between A/CNK and A/NK and are enriched in total alkalis and depleted in CaO,FeO,MnO,MgO,Ba and Sr.All barren rocks and mineralized rocks feature similar rare earth element and trace element geochemical patterns.Thus,these characteristics indicate that the aplites and pegmatites represent the highly differentiated products of the two-mica granite(MaG)in this area,which is the most likely parent magma.During the evolution of magma,strong alkali metasomatism occurred between the melt phase and the volatile-rich fluid phase;as a result,large-scale rare metal mineralization occurred in certain structural zones of the pegmatite veins in the Jiajika deposit.Hongzhang Dai Denghong Wang Lijun Liu Yang Yu Jingjing Dai 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,4:12
2Influence of Gd doping on the absolute quantum efficiency and lifetime of Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3 phens显示文摘Absolute quantum yield(Φ) is one of the most important parameters to evaluate the potential of novel materials.Lanthanide complexes Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)3phens are synthesized with the ratio of Gd^(3+) dopant concentration ranging from 10%to 90%to improve the absolute quantum yield.Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens possess similar infrared and ultraviolet spectra,showing that they have similar molecular structures.The absolute emission quantum yields of Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens are determined using a fluoromax-4spectrofluorometer equipped with an integrating sphere.The fluorescence lifetimes of the Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens are measured in the same experiment.It was found that both absolute quantum yields and fluorescence lifetimes of Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens are of quasi-periodic variation with the change of the Gd^(3+)dopant concentrations.The absolute quantum efficiency and fluorescence lifetime vary with respect to the Gd content in an opposite fashion,indicating that the rate of energy absorption by the Eu_xGd_(1-x)(TTA)_3phens and the conversion to light energy is critical for the absolute quantum efficiency.The radiative rate constant K_r and non-radiative rate constant K_(nr) are calculated.The dependence of K_r and K_(nr) on the Gd^(3+) dopant concentrations is very similar to that of absolute quantum efficiency.The radiation rate constant K_r and absolute quantum efficiency have a linear relationship.Ting-Ting Dai Lei Liu Dong-Liang Tao Shi-Gang Li HongZhang Yu-Min Cui Yong-Zhong Wang Ji-Tang Chen Kun Zhang Wen-Zhong Sun Xiao-Yun Zhao gel Liu 2014Chinese Chemical Letters2014,25,6:6

4Geochemical and Nd-Hf Isotopic Constraints on the Petrogenesis of an Archean Granitoid in the Erguna Massif, NE China显示文摘Crystalline basement and Precambrian crustal growth of the continental massifs within the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB) are still pending problems. Our geological and geochemical investigations identified an Archean(2606 Ma) granitic pluton in the Biliya area of the Erguna Massif. The Neoarchean granitoids show high and positive in-situ zircon ε_(Ht)(t)(+0.3 to +10.0), whole-rock ε_(Nd)(t)(+4.8) and whole-rock ε_(Ht)(t) values(+2.1). They are characterized by high Y + Ce + Zr + Nb(> 220 ppm) and Zr contents and could be classified as A-type granites. These granitoids are characterized by high Zr saturation temperatures(T;)(796–836°C). They were derived from partial re-melting of juvenile mafic lower crust in an intracontinental back-arc extensional environment. 5Comprehensive profiling of Lingzhihuang capsule by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry-based molecular networking and target prediction显示文摘Objective:Lingzhihuang capsule(LZHC)is a natural product that consists of 10 commonly used medicinal plants,and it is used in traditional Chinese medicine to promote people’s overall health.Previously,LZHC was successfully used as adjuvant therapy for treating patients with cancer.However,the chemical constituents of LZHC and their potential biological functions remain unclear.The aim of this study is to investigate the major bioactive compounds in LZHC and predict their pharmacological targets.Methods:The LZHC constituents were putatively identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with timeof-flight mass spectrometry combined with mass spectrometry-based molecular networking.The targets were predicted using SwissTargetPrediction software,and the associated gene ontology and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes pathways were analyzed using the Database for Annotation,Visualization,and Integrated Discovery.The mass spectrometry-based molecular network and compound-target-pathway network were constructed using Cytoscape 3.8.0 software.Results:We putatively identified 94 compounds of LZHC by mass spectrometry-based molecular networking,including triterpene(the main structural type)and other clusters(ie,flavonoids and organic acids).Our results suggested that multiple pivotal targets were regulated by LZHC,including tumor necrosis factor,nitric oxide synthase 2,glucocorticoid receptor,estrogen receptor,3-oxo-5-alpha-steroid 4-dehydrogenase 2,prostaglandin e2 receptor ep4 subtype,estrogen receptor beta,phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit alpha isoform,mitogen-activated protein kinase 3,and racalpha serine,which are related to signal transduction,positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoters,oxidation-reduction processes,inflammatory responses,and other biological processes.Functional annotation of those targets suggested that several signaling pathways may be regulated by LZHC,such as cancer-related proteoglycans,the PI3K-Aktsignaling pathway,and the cAMP-signaling pathway.Conclusions:Our findings reveal the chemical constituents of LZHC and provided scientific support for the efficacy of LZHC in terms of immune regulation,anti-aging,and tumor suppression.Mengliang Huang Sijia Yu Qing Shao Hao Liu Yingchao Wang Hongzhang Chen Yansheng Huang Yi Wang 2022Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine2022,2,1:2

15Effects of Mouse Thatched on Soil Temperature, Yield and Quality in Apple Orchard显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to study the effect of mouse thatched on soil temperature,yield and quality in orchards.[Methods]The response of orchard soil,yield and quality to sod culture was studied by comparisons of grassing for two years,three years and clean cultivation.[Results]In April,the soil temperature in mouse thatched area was higher than that in clean cultivation area,and the temperature in the three years of sward was the highest.From May to July,the temperature in mouse thatched area was lower than that in clean cultivation area,and the temperature was lowest in the three years of sward.At the same time,the fruit yield and quality were improved.Averaged the two years,the yield of apple increased by 12%,and the contents of sugar,soluble solids and vitamin C and the firmness of the fruit were increased,and the total acid content was decreased by planting mouse thatched.[Conclusions]Adjusting soil temperature in orchards by planting grass achieved the effects of promoting the activity of microorganisms,facilitating the growth of root system,increasing the yield and improving the quality.Yanhong LI Na LI Peiping ZHANG Qiangsheng SUN Yao SUN Hongzhang WANG 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,3:1
