The Predictive Value of Baseline HBs Ag Level and Early Response for HBs Ag Loss in Patients with HBe Ag-positive Chronic Hepatitis B during Pegylated Interferon Alpha-2a Treatment显示文摘Objective To explore the predictive value of baseline HBsAg level and early response for HBsAg loss in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B during pegylated interferon alpha-2a treatment. Methods A total of 121 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B who achieved HBsAg loss were enrolled; all patients were treated with PEG-IFNα-2a 180 μg/week. Serum HBV DNA and serological indicators(HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, and anti-HBe) were determined before and every 3 months during treatment. Results The median treatment time for HBsAg loss was 84 weeks(7-273 weeks), and 74.38%(90 cases) of the patients needed extended treatment(> 48 weeks). The correlation between baseline HBsAg levels and the treatment time of HBsAg loss was significant(B = 14.465, t = 2.342, P = 0.021). Baseline HBsAg levels together with the decline range of HBsAg at 24 weeks significantly correlated with the treatment time of HBsAg loss(B = 29.862, t = 4.890, P = 0.000 and B = 27.993, t = 27.993, P = 0.005). Conclusion Baseline HBsAg levels and extended therapy are critical steps toward HBsAg loss. Baseline HBsAg levels together with early response determined the treatment time of HBsAg loss in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B during pegylated interferon alpha-2a treatment. | LI Ming Hui ZHANG Lu QU Xiao Jing LU Yao SHEN Ge LI Zhen Zhen WU Shu Ling LIU Ru Yu CHANG Min HU Lei Ping HUA Wen Hao SONG Shu Jing WAN Gang XIE Yao | 2017 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2017,30,3: | 14
Association between Chinese Medicine Therapy and Survival Outcomes in Postoperative Patients with NSCLC: A Multicenter, Prospective, Cohort Study显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the association between Chinese medicine(CM)therapy and disease-free survival(DFS)outcomes in postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:This multiple-center prospective cohort study was conducted in 13 medical centers in China.Patients with stage I,II,or IDA NSCLC who had undergone radical resection and received conventional postoperative treatment according to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)guidelines were recruited. The recruited patients were divided into a CM treatment group and a control group according to their wishes.Patients in the CM treatment group received continuous CM therapy for more than 6 months or until disease progression.Patients in the control group received CM therapy for less than 1 month.Follow-up was 8nducted over 3 years. The primary outcome was DFS,with recurrence/metastasis rates as a secondary outcome. Results:Between May 2013 and August 2016,503 patients were enrolled into the cohort;266 were classified in the CM treatment group and 237 in the control group.Adjusting for covariates, high exposure to CM was associated with better DFS[hazard ratio(HR)=0.417,95%confidential interval(Cl):0.307-0.567)].A longer duration of CM therapy(6-12 months,12-18 months,>24 months)was associated with lower recurrence and metastasis rates(HR=0.225,0.119 and 0.083,respectively).In a subgroup exploratory analysis,CM therapy was also a protective factor of cancer recurrence and metastasis in both stage n-MA(HR=0.50,95%Cl:0.37-0.67)and stage IDA NSCLC postoperative patients(HR=0.48,95%Cl:0.33-0.71),DFS was even longer among CM treatment group patients. Conclusions:Lon ger duration of CM therapy could be 8nsidered a protective factor of cancer recurrence and metastasis.CM treatment is associated with improving survival outcomes of postoperative NSCLC patients in China. | WANG Xue-qian ZHANG Ying HOU Wei WANG Ying-tian ZHENG Jia-bin LI Jie LIN Li-zhu JIANG Yi-lan WANG Shen-yu XIE Ying ZHANG Hong-liang SHU Qi-jin LI Ping WANG Wei YOU Jian-liang LI Ge LIU Jie FAN Hui-ting ZHANG Mei-ying LIN Hong-sheng | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2019,25,11: | 12
Prevalence and Risk Factors Associated with Adverse Drug Reactions among Previously Treated Tuberculosis Patients in China显示文摘我们与 anti-TB 药估计了不利的药反应(ADR ) 的发生并且为在中国在以前对待的肺结核病人开发 ADR 评估了风险因素。 | HAN Xi Qin PANG Yu MA Yan LIU Yu Hong GUO Ru SHU Wei HUANG Xue Rui GE Qi Ping DU Jian GAO Wei Wei | 2017 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2017,30,2: | 5

Relationship between Phenotypic Changes of Dendritic Cell Subsets and the Onset of Plateau Phase during Intermittent Interferon Therapy in Patients with CHB显示文摘Objective This study aimed to evaluate whether the onset of the plateau phase of slow hepatitis B surface antigen decline in patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with intermittent interferon therapy is related to the frequency of dendritic cell subsets and expression of the costimulatory molecules CD40,CD80,CD83,and CD86.Method This was a cross-sectional study in which patients were divided into a natural history group(namely NH group),a long-term oral nucleoside analogs treatment group(namely NA group),and a plateau-arriving group(namely P group). The percentage of plasmacytoid dendritic cell and myeloid dendritic cell subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes and monocytes and the mean fluorescence intensity of their surface costimulatory molecules were detected using a flow cytometer. Results In total,143 patients were enrolled(NH group,n=49;NA group,n=47;P group,n=47).The results demonstrated that CD141/CD1c double negative myeloid dendritic cell(DNmDC)/lymphocytes and monocytes(%)in P group(0.041[0.024,0.069])was significantly lower than that in NH group(0.270[0.135,0.407])and NA group(0.273[0.150,0.443]),and CD86 mean fluorescence intensity of DNmDCs in P group(1832.0[1484.0,2793.0])was significantly lower than that in NH group(4316.0[2958.0,5169.0])and NA group(3299.0[2534.0,4371.0]),Adjusted P all<0.001.Conclusion Reduced DNmDCs and impaired maturation may be associated with the onset of the plateau phase during intermittent interferon therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B. | YANG Liu WANG Shi Yu JIANG Ting Ting DENG Wen CHANG Min WU Shu Ling CAO Wei Hua LU Yao SHEN Ge LIU Ru Yu GAO Yuan Jiao XU Meng Jiao HU Lei Ping ZHANG Lu XIE Yao LI Ming Hui | 2024 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2024,37,3: | 0
Microwave-assisted synthesis of high aspect ratio ruthenium nanorods显示文摘Poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)(PVP)-stabilized ruthenium nanorods with high aspect ratio by refluxing ruthenium(Ⅲ) chloride in n-propanol have been successfully prepared by means of a facile and rapid microwave heating for the first time. The structure and morphology of the obtained products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),select area electron diffraction(SAED),ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry(UV-vis),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and Fourier transform spectroscopy(FT-IR).XPS analysis reveals that the nanorods were in the metallic state.TEM images showed that ruthenium nanorods had an obvious one-dimensional structure with the aspect ratio ranged from 5 to 40 nm and length up to 600 nm.SAED patterns indicated that the nanorods were single-crystalline with a hexagonal structure. | Shu Ge Peng Xi Ping Gao Yong Ke Guo Yu Qing Zhang Han Fan Liu | 2010 | Chinese Chemical Letters2010,21,5: | 0
Effects of Combination of 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) and TLR-4 Inhibitor on the Damage to HaCaT Cells Caused by UVB Irradiation显示文摘Objective Vitamin D and Toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)inhibition are involved in the protection of keratinocytes. The effects of combination of 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) and TLR-4 inhibitor on the protection of keratinocytes against ultraviolet radiation B(UVB)irradiation remain unclear. This study was undertaken to explore the effects of combination of 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) and TAK-242(TLR-4 inhibitor)on the damage to HaCaT cells caused by UVB irradiation. Methods In vitro,HaCaT cells were treated with 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) or/and TAK-242 prior to UVB irradiation at the intensity of 20 mJ/cm^(2),then the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS),cell migration, apoptosis of cells, and the expression of oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum stress, and apoptosis related proteins were determined. Results Compared with the HaCaT cells treated with 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) or TAK-242,the cells treated with both 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) and TAK-242 showed,1)significantly lower production of ROS(P<0.05);2)significantly less apoptosis of HaCaT cells(P<0.05);3)significantly lower expression of NF-κB,Caspase-8,Cyto-C,Caspase-3(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) and TAK-242 could produce a better protection for HaCaT cells via inhibiting the oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis than 1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3) or TAK-242 alone. | CHEN Peng ZHUANG Chuan Ning CUI Jia Jing WANG Ping Wei LIU Dong Ge YAN Shu Qi ZHOU Li Ting REN Shu Ping | 2022 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2022,35,11: | 0
Observatory science with eXTP显示文摘In this White Paper we present the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to Observatory Science targets. These include flaring stars, supernova remnants, accreting white dwarfs, low and high mass X-ray binaries, radio quiet and radio loud active galactic nuclei, tidal disruption events, and gamma-ray bursts. eXTP will be excellently suited to study one common aspect of these objects: their often transient nature. Developed by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020s. | Jean J.M.in 't Zand Enrico Bozzo JinLu Qu Xiang-Dong Li Lorenzo Amati Yang Chen Immacolata Donnarumma Victor Doroshenko Stephen A.Drake Margarita Hernanz Peter A.Jenke Thomas J.Maccarone Simin Mahmoodifar Domitilla de Martino Alessandra De Rosa Elena M.Rossi Antonia Rowlinson Gloria Sala Giulia Stratta Thomas M.Tauris Joern Wilms XueFeng Wu Ping Zhou Iván Agudo Diego Altamirano Jean-Luc Atteia Nils A.andersson M.Cristina Baglio David R.Ballantyne Altan Baykal Ehud Behar Tomaso Belloni Sudip Bhattacharyya Stefano Bianchi Anna Bilous Pere Blay Joao Braga Sφren Brandt Edward F.Brown Niccolo Bucciantini Luciano Burderi Edward M.Cackett Riccardo Campana Sergio Campana Piergiorgio Casella Yuri Cavecchi Frank Chambers Liang Chen Yu-Peng Chen Jér?me Chenevez Maria Chernyakova ChiChuan Jin Riccardo Ciolfi Elisa Costantini Andrew Cumming Antonino D'Aì Zi-Gao Dai Filippo D'Ammando Massimiliano De Pasquale Nathalie Degenaar Melania Del Santo Valerio D'Elia Tiziana Di Salvo Gerry Doyle Maurizio Falanga XiLong Fan Robert D.Ferdman Marco Feroci Federico Fraschetti Duncan K.Galloway Angelo F.Gambino Poshak Gandhi MingYu Ge Bruce Gendre Ramandeep Gill Diego G?tz Christian Gouiffès Paola Grandi Jonathan Granot Manuel Güdel Alexander Heger Craig O.Heinke Jeroen Homan Rosario Iaria Kazushi Iwasawa Luca Izzo Long Ji Peter G.Jonker Jordi José Jelle S.Kaastra Emrah Kalemci Oleg Kargaltsev Nobuyuki Kawai Laurens Keek Stefanie Komossa Ingo Kreykenbohm Lucien Kuiper Devaky Kunneriath Gang Li En-Wei Liang Manuel Linares Francesco Longo FangJun Lu Alexander A.Lutovinov Denys Malyshev Julien Malzac Antonios Manousakis Ian McHardy Missagh Mehdipour YunPeng Men Mariano Méndez Roberto P.Mignani Romana Mikusincova M.Coleman Miller Giovanni Miniutti Christian Motch Joonas Nättilä Emanuele Nardini Torsten Neubert Paul T.O'Brien Mauro Orlandini Julian P.Osborne Luigi Pacciani Stéphane Paltani Maurizio Paolillo Iossif E.Papadakis Biswajit Paul Alberto Pellizzoni Uria Peretz Miguel A.Pérez Torres Emanuele Perinati Chanda Prescod-Weinstein Pablo Reig Alessandro Riggio Jerome Rodriguez Pablo Rodríguez-Gil Patrizia Romano Agata Rózańska Takanori Sakamoto Tuomo Salmi Ruben Salvaterra andrea Sanna andrea Santangelo Tuomas Savolainen Stéphane Schanne Hendrik Schatz LiJing Shao andy Shearer Steven N.Shore Ben W.Stappers Tod E.Strohmayer Valery F.Suleimanov Jirí Svoboda F.-K.Thielemann Francesco Tombesi Diego F.Torres Eleonora Torresi Sara Turriziani andrea Vacchi Stefano Vercellone Jacco Vink Jian-Min Wang JunFeng Wang Anna L.Watts ShanShan Weng Nevin N.Weinberg Peter J.Wheatley Rudy Wijnands Tyrone E.Woods Stan E.Woosley ShaoLin Xiong YuPeng Xu Zhen Yan George Younes WenFei Yu Feng Yuan Luca Zampieri Silvia Zane andrzej A.Zdziarski Shuang-Nan Zhang Shu Zhang Shuo Zhang Xiao Zhang Michael Zingale | 2019 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,2: | 0
