16铈掺杂ZnS纳米棒中相变对室温铁磁性的影响(英文)显示文摘研究铈掺杂对化学共沉淀法合成的ZnS:Ce纳米棒的结构、光学性能、氧化性能、热性能和磁性能的影响。结果显示,铈掺杂后,Zn S晶体结构由立方结构转变为六方结构。磁性能检测结果表明,掺铈ZnS纳米棒具有室温铁磁性。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果证明其近表面区域存在Zn—S键和氧化态的铈。拉曼光谱结果表明,掺5 wt.%Ce的ZnS纳米棒为六方结构,且存在缺陷。利用透射电镜(TEM)研究铈取代诱导的形状演变。DRS光谱进一步证实了Ce^(3+)离子的掺入。本研究揭示铈掺杂的ZnS纳米棒可能在自旋电子器件方面有应用前景。Nachimuthu SUGANTHI Kuppusamy PUSHPANATHAN 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,4:0
