1Blocking FSH inhibits hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis and reduces serum cholesterol显示文摘Menopause is associated with dyslipidemia and an increased risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease.The classic view assumes that the underlying mechanism of dyslipidemia is attributed to an insufficiency of estrogen.In addition to a decrease in estrogen, circulating follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)levels become elevated at menopause.In this study,we find that blocking FSH reduces serum cholesterol via inhibiting hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis.First,epidemiological results show that the serum FSH levels are positively correlated with the serum total cholesterol levels,even after adjustment by considering the effects of serum estrogen,in addition,the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia is significantly higher in peri-menopausal women than that in premenopausal women.Furthermore,we generated a mouse model of FSH elevation by intraperitoneally injecting exogenous FSH into ovariectomized (OVX)mice,in which a normal level of estrogen (E2)was maintained by exogenous supplementation. Consistently,the results indicate that FSH,independent of estrogen,increases the serum cholesterol level in this mouse model. 2Physical model test study on shear strength characteristics of slope sliding surface in Nanfen open-pit mine显示文摘A physical model for the footwall slope of Nanfen open-pit mine, China was established using a selfdeveloped deep geological engineering disaster model test system. A thermosensitive similar material,paraffin, was selected to simulate a weak structural plane in the slope to reproduce the landslide process.From an experimental perspective, the variation trend of shear strength parameters of weak structural plane and the mechanical support characteristics of NPR(negative Poisson’s ratio) anchor cable under the condition of a large landslide deformation and failure were examined. The results of this model test showed that slope failure has four distinct stages:(1) soil compaction stage,(2) crack generation stage,(3) crack propagation stage, and(4) sliding plane transfixion stage. According to the test results, the rock mechanics parameters of weak surface in the footwall slope of Nanfen open-pit mine were calculated.The cohesion is approximately 1.35×10~5 Pa, and the internal friction angle is approximately 6.33°.During slope failure, the NPR anchor cable experiences a large deformation but no damage occurs, indicating that the NPR anchor cable can be continuously monitored and reinforced during the deformation and failure of landslide. 4CiteOpinion: Evidence-based Evaluation Tool for Academic Contributions of Research Papers Based on Citing Sentences显示文摘Purpose:To uncover the evaluation information on the academic contribution of research papers cited by peers based on the content cited by citing papers,and to provide an evidencebased tool for evaluating the academic value of cited papers.Design/methodology/approach:CiteOpinion uses a deep learning model to automatically extract citing sentences from representative citing papers;it starts with an analysis on the citing sentences,then it identifies major academic contribution points of the cited paper,positive/negative evaluations from citing authors and the changes in the subjects of subsequent citing authors by means of Recognizing Categories of Moves(problems,methods,conclusions,etc.),and sentiment analysis and topic clustering.Findings:Citing sentences in a citing paper contain substantial evidences useful for academic evaluation.They can also be used to objectively and authentically reveal the nature and degree of contribution of the cited paper reflected by citation,beyond simple citation statistics.Practical implications:The evidence-based evaluation tool CiteOpinion can provide an objective and in-depth academic value evaluation basis for the representative papers of scientific researchers,research teams,and institutions.Originality/value:No other similar practical tool is found in papers retrieved.Research limitations:There are difficulties in acquiring full text of citing papers.There is a need to refine the calculation based on the sentiment scores of citing sentences.Currently,the tool is only used for academic contribution evaluation,while its value in policy studies,technical application,and promotion of science is not yet tested.Xiaoqiu Le Jingdan Chu Siyi Deng Qihang Jiao Jingjing Pei Liya Zhu Junliang Yao 2019Journal of Data and Information Science2019,4,4:6

6Visual reaction effects induced and stimulated by different lights on phototactic bio-behaviors in Locusta migratoria manilensis显示文摘Control of locusts traditionally relies on chemical insecticides.However,chemical control had led to serious environment problems,while light trap techniques based on manipulating insect phototactic responses,are proposed to use for plague locusts control.The key to high efficiency of the trap is to decide the photoelectric reaction intensities on the positive phototaxis of insects.The study compared the visual reaction effects of locusts with their phototactic photosensitivity through the use of spectrometry and behavior investigations,to obtain the influences of the visual spectrum characteristics on locusts positive phototaxis.The results showed that the visual absorption of photons of mixed spectral light and the visual glimmer reaction of the locusts with migratory spectrum characteristics of the peak wavelength of LED lights,reflected the degree of the visual photosensitivity to light photons absorbed by the eye.The visual photosensitive response intensity and the phototactic aggregation effect stimulated by violet light were the most effective,showing that violet light of locusts visual trending sensitivity was consistent with the short sensitive spectrum light of insects visual electrophysiology,whereas the timeliness of the visual photosensitivity reaction and the induction effect was superior under orange light,showing that the biological behavior of locusts visual physiology reaction caused by orange light regulating locusts light rhythm was complicated.Moreover,weak light resulted in stronger visuospatial orientation in terms of the phototaxis of locusts and stronger light resulted in the better visual orientation towards the light source.The results indicated that optical wave properties could affect the visual absorption of spectral light photons,which resulted in different visual responses to different optical frequency energies and restricted the visual bio-photosensitive induction activity of locusts.The study provides new understanding of positive and negative phototaxis of locusts and useful data for the further development of photoelectric induction techniques for the control of locusts.Liu Qihang Xin Zhe Zhou Qiang 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4:5
7Coriander Genomics Database:a genomic,transcriptomic,and metabolic database for coriander显示文摘Coriander(Coriandrum sativum L.),also known as cilantro,is a globally important vegetable and spice crop.Its genome and that of carrot are models for studying the evolution of the Apiaceae family.Here,we developed the Coriander Genomics Database(CGDB,http://gffzzc8ce0bd092c048a1hucpcv9k6qxx06x9p.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/)to collect,store,and integrate the genomic,transcriptomic,metabolic,functional annotation,and repeat sequence data of coriander and carrot to serve as a central online platform for Apiaceae and other related plants.Using these data sets in the CGDB,we intriguingly found that seven transcription factor(TF)families showed significantly greater numbers of members in the coriander genome than in the carrot genome.The highest ratio of the numbers of MADS TFs between coriander and carrot reached 3.15,followed by those for tubby protein(TUB)and heat shock factors.As a demonstration of CGDB applications,we identified 17 TUB family genes and conducted systematic comparative and evolutionary analyses.RNA-seq data deposited in the CGDB also suggest dose compensation effects of gene expression in coriander.CGDB allows bulk downloading,significance searches,genome browser analyses,and BLAST searches for comparisons between coriander and other plants regarding genomics,gene families,gene collinearity,gene expression,and the metabolome.A detailed user manual and contact information are also available to provide support to the scientific research community and address scientific questions.CGDB will be continuously updated,and new data will be integrated for comparative and functional genomic analysis in Apiaceae and other related plants.Xiaoming Song Fulei Nie Wei Chen Xiao Ma Ke Gong Qihang Yang Jinpeng Wang Nan Li Pengchuan Sun Qiaoying Pei Tong Yu Jingjing Hu Xinyu Li Tong Wu Shuyan Feng Xiu-Qing Li Xiyin Wang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:4

9Roles of soluble minerals in Cd sorption onto rice straw biochar显示文摘Transforming to biochar provides an environmentally friendly approach for crop residue reutilization,which are usually applied as sorbent for heavy metal removal.As typical siliconrich material,the specific sorptive mechanisms of rice straw derived biochar(RSBC)are concerned,especially at the low concentration range which is more environmentally relevant.In the present study,Cd sorption onto RSBCs at the concentration of ≤5 mg/L was investigated.The sorptive capacity was positively correlated with the pyrolytic temperature of the biochar and the environmental pH value.Water soluble minerals of the RSBCs played the dominant roles in Cd sorption,contributing 29.2%,62.5%and 82.9%of the total sorption for RSBCs derived under 300℃,500℃and 700℃,respectively.Increased number of cations,dominantly K^(+),were exchanged during the sorption.Coprecipitation with cations and carbonates may also be contributive to the sorption.The dissolution of silicon-containing minerals was found to be declined during sorption,suggesting its involvement in the sorption process,possibly through precipitation.Whilst,the sparingly soluble silicate crystals may impose ignorable role in the sorption.Complexation with organic groups is only a minor mechanism in Cd sorption,compared to the much more dominant roles of the inorganic ashes.Ying-heng Fei Zuannan Zhang Zhuofeng Ye Qihang Wu Ye-tao Tang Tangfu Xiao 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3:4
10Methionine deficiency and its hydroxy analogue influence chicken intestinal 3-dimensional organoid development显示文摘Methionine and its hydroxy analogue(MHA)have been shown to benefit mouse intestinal regeneration.The intestinal organoid is a good model that directly reflects the impact of certain nutrients or chemicals on intestinal development.Here,we aimed to establish a chicken intestinal organoid culture method first and then use the model to explore the influence of methionine deficiency and MHA on intestinal organoid development.The results showed that 125-mm cell strainer exhibited the highest efficiency for chicken embryo crypt harvesting.We found that transforming growth factor-b inhibitor(A8301)supplementation promoted enterocyte differentiation at the expense of the proliferation of intestinal stem cells(ISC).The mitogen-activated protein kinase p38 inhibitor(SB202190)promoted intestinal organoid formation and enterocyte differentiation but suppressed the differentiation of enteroendocrine cells,goblet cells and Paneth cells.However,the suppression of enteroendocrine cell and Paneth cell differentiation by SB202190 was alleviated at the presence of A8301.The glycogen synthase kinase 3 inhibitor(CHIR99021),valproic acid(VPA)alone and their combination promoted chicken intestinal organoid formation and enterocyte differentiation at the expense of the expression of Paneth cells and goblet cells.Chicken serum significantly improved organoid formation,especially in the presence of A8301,SB202190,CHIR99021,and VPA,but inhibited the differentiation of Paneth cells and enteroendocrine cells.Chicken serum at a concentration of 0.25%meets the requirement of chicken intestinal organoid development,and the beneficial effect of chicken serum on chicken intestinal organoid culture could not be replaced by fetal bovine serum and insulin-like growth factor-1.Moreover,commercial mouse organoid culture medium supplemented with A8301,SB202190,CHIR99021,VPA,and chicken serum promotes chicken organoid budding.Based on the chicken intestinal organoid model,we found that methionine deficiency mimicked by cycloleucine suppressed organoid formation and organoid size,and this effect was reinforced with increased cycloleucine concentrations.Methionine hydroxy analogue promoted regeneration of ISC but decreased cell differentiation compared with the results obtained with L-methionine.In conclusion,our results provide a potentially excellent guideline for chicken intestinal organoid culture and insights into methionine function in crypt development.Youli Wang Qihang Hou Yuqin Wu Yanwei Xu Yan Liu Jing Chen Lingling Xu Yuming Guo Shuai Gao Jianmin Yuan 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,1:4
11Petrology, Geochemistry and Zircon U-Pb Geochronology of the Xiangshan Group in the Eastern Hexi Corridor Belt: Implications for Provenance and Tectonic Evolution显示文摘The eastern Hexi Corridor Belt(HCB) is located in the transitional belt among the Alxa Block,the Qilian Orogenic Belt and the North China Block. Because of its unique tectonic location, the tectonic setting, provenance, and even the age of the sedimentary strata in the eastern HCB during the Early Paleozoic remain controversial. This study analyzes the provenance of the poorly studied Xiangshan Group, discusses its age of development and tectonic setting in the eastern HCB using a combination of petrological, geochemical and LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon dating methods. Based on the youngest age peaks and the fossil evidence, we suggest that the Xiangshan Group is Middle Cambrian to Late Ordovician in age. The complexity of the geochemical characteristics and associated diagrams suggests that the early stage of the Xiangshan Group developed in a passive continental margin environment, late in the backarc basin of the eastern HCB. Based on the sandstone detrital composition, whole-rock geochemistry and detrital zircon ages, we conclude that the Xiangshan Group had an early provenance that was mainly from the Qilian Block and a late provenance from the Qilian Block and the western Alxa Block. The eastern HCB and its northern and southern blocks have similar palaeontology, lithology and basement age characteristics to the South China Block. 12Folate/Vitamin B Alleviates Hyperhomocysteinemia-Induced Alzheimer-Like Pathologies in Rat Retina显示文摘Hyperhomocysteinemia(Hhcy) is an independent risk factor for Alzheimer's disease(AD). Visual dysfunction is commonly found and is positively correlated with the severity of cognitive defects in AD patients. Our previous study demonstrated that Hhcy induces memory deficits with AD-like tau and amyloid-b(Ab) pathologies in the hippocampus, and supplementation with folate and vitamin B12(FB) prevents the Hhcy-induced AD-like pathologies in the hippocampus. Here, we investigated whether Hhcy also induces AD-like pathologies in the retina and the effects of FB. An Hhcy rat model was produced by vena caudalis injection of homocysteine for14 days, and the effects of FB were assessed by simultaneous supplementation with FB in drinking water. We found that Hhcy induced vessel damage with Ab and taupathologies in the retina, while simultaneous supplementation with FB remarkably attenuated the Hhcy-induced tau hyperphosphorylation at multiple AD-related sites and Ab accumulation in the retina. The mechanisms involved downregulation of amyloid precursor protein(APP), presenilin-1, beta-site APP-cleaving enzyme 1, and protein phosphatase-2 A. 13Physiological response of locusts to eye stimulation by spectral illumination for phototactic pest control显示文摘To provide theoretical support for study of locust phototactic vision nature,the locust phototactic physiology and visual spectrum effects were investigated by stimulating the visual system using light from an AvaSpec fiber-optic spectrometer and Flir thermal imaging system.When light stimulated the locust visual system,the biological photoelectric transformation effect of the visual system caused by photon energy,presented with the higher physiological temperature on the forehead,as tested by the Flir thermal system.After stimulation with light,the different absorption degrees of the vision system on the spectral photons,as tested by the AvaSpec spectrometer,showed that the phototactic response to light had the simultaneous requirements of lighting intensity and time.The absorbing differences of spectral photons by the vision system demonstrated the absorption selectivity under light stimulation,as exhibited by the sensitive absorption of spectral energy at 430 nm,545 nm and 615 nm.Moreover,the higher forehead temperature increment indicated and induced the stronger physiology activity which was the reason that causing the good phototactic response degree of locusts with 30 min light stimulation,and the adaption time was about 60 min.Therefore,only when the visual reaction effect was stimulated to absorb sensitive spectral energy and generate the physiological exciting response could cause the phototactic behavior.Liu Qihang Zhou Qiang 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,2:3
14Comprehensive identification and analyses of the Hsf gene family in the whole-genome of three Apiaceae species显示文摘Apiaceae is a major family from Apiales and includes many important vegetable and medicinal crops.Heat shock transcription factors(Hsf)play important roles in heat tolerance during plant development.Here,we conducted systematic analyses of the Hsf gene family in three Apiaceae species,including 17 Apium graveolens(celery),32 Coriandrum sativum(coriander),and 14 Daucus carota(carrot).A total of 73 Hsf genes were identified in three representative species,including Arabidopsis thaliana,Vitis vinifera,and Lactuca sativa.Whole-genome duplication played important roles in the Hsf gene family’s expansion within Apiaceae.Interestingly,we found that coriander had more Hsf genes than celery and carrot due to greater expansion and fewer losses.Twenty-seven branches of the phylogenetic tree underwent considerable positive selection in these Apiaceae species.We also explored the expression patterns of Hsf genes in three plant organs.Collectively,this study will serve as a rich gene resource for exploring the molecular mechanisms of heat tolerance.Additionally,this is the first study to report on the Hsf gene family in Apiaceae;thus,our research will provide guidance for future comparative and functional genomic studies on the Hsf gene family and others in Apiaceae.Qiaoying Pei Tong Yu TongWu Qihang Yang Ke Gong Rong Zhou Chunlin Cui Ying Yu Wei Zhao Xi Kang Rui Cao Xiaoming Song 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,5:3
15Surface‑Enhanced Raman Scattering Fiber Probe Based on Silver Nanocubes显示文摘Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)provides a novel method for low concentration molecular detection.The performances were highly dependent on the sizes,geometries and distributions of metal nanostructures.Here,highly sensitive SERS fber probe based on silver nanocubes(Ag NCs)was fabricated,by assembled nanostructures on planar and tapered fber tips.Ag NCs were synthesized by polyol method,and controlled by reductant content,reaction temperatures and crystal growth durations.Tapered fbers with diferent cone angles were prepared by chemical etching.The electromagnetic distribution simulation indicated that nanocubes had stronger electric feld between two cubes and vertex corners than nanosphere,under 532 nm laser excitation.The intensity could reach 53.52 V/m,for cubes with 70 nm edge length.The SERS performance of probes was characterized using crystal violet analyte.The detectable lowest concentration could reach 10^(-9) and 10^(-10) M for planar and tapered fber probes,respectively.The corresponding enhancement factor could be 9.02×10^(7) and 6.22×10^(8).The relationship between SERS peak intensities and analyte concentrations showed well linear,which indicated both fber probes could be applied for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.Furthermore,optimal cone angle of tapered fber SERS probe was 8.3°.The tapered fber SERS probes have highly sensitive activity and great potential in substance detection.Miao Yu Qihang Tian Guangyuan He Kaimin Cui Jihong Zhang 2021Advanced Fiber Materials2021,3,6:3
16Research on active disturbance rejection control method for turbine blade tip clearance显示文摘Blade tip clearance(BTC) is one of the key factors affecting the efficiency and reliability of high performance turbomachinery such as heavy duty steam turbines, aircraft engines and other gas turbo machines. The self-adjusting ability of BTC according to the operation condition changing is important to meet the requirement of performance. In this paper, the principle and method of adjusting the BTC by controlling the axial displacement of the rotor were proposed and studied. The basic principle is that the BTC of the turbomachinery with a conical tail shroud will be affected by the axial displacement of rotor and thereby can be adjusted by controlling the axial position of rotor, which can be adjusted by the controllable oil pressure acting on the thrust bearing. To reach a higher control precision, lower noise and model perturbation, an adaptive quasi-sliding mode control(AQSMC) algorithm based on the disturbance observer(DOB) was designed, and numerical and experimental investigations were carried out. The numerical simulation results show that this algorithm can not only effectively suppress the disturbance, but also, compared with the general reaching law, effectively reduce the chattering and transient high gain switching effect of the closed-loop controller system and avoid the instability caused by the controller. Based on the DOB-AQSMC algorithm, the BTC was stabilized within 2 s with no overshoot and no misalignment in the test rig, and this algorithm achieves a better control performance than the proportion-integral-differential(PID) algorithm. 17Comprehe nsive an alysis of SSRs and database construction using all complete gene-cod ing sequences in major horticultural and represe ntative plants显示文摘Simple sequence repeats(SSRs)are one of the most important genetic markers and widely exist in most species.Here,we identified 249,822 SSRs from 3,951,919 genes in 112 plants.Then,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of these SSRs and constructed a plant SSR database(PSSRD).Interestingly,more SSRs were found in lower plants than in higher plants,showing that lower plants needed to adapt to early extreme environments.Four specific enriched functional terms in the lower plant Chlam^tdomonas reinhardtii were detected when it was compared with seven other higher plants.In addition,Guanylate_cyc existed in more genes of lower plants than of higher plants.In our PSSRD,we constructed an interactive plotting function in the chart interface,and users can easily view the detailed information of SSRs.All SSR information,including sequences,primers,and annotations,can be downloaded from our database.Moreover,we developed Web SSR Finder and Batch SSR Finder tools,which can be easily used for identifying SSRs.Our database was developed using PHP,HTML,J avaScript,and MySQL,which are freely available at http://gffzz2f37412cb23c469dhucpcv9k6qxx06x9p.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/.We conducted an analysis of the Myb gene families and flowering genes as two applications of the PSSRD.Further analysis indicated that whole-genome duplication and whole-genome triplication played a major role in the expansion of the Myb gene families.These SSR markers in our database will greatly facilitate comparative genomics and functional genomics studies in the future.Xiaoming Song Qihang Yang Yun Bai Ke Gong Tong Wu Tong Yu Qiaoying Pei Weike Duan Zhinan Huang Zhiyuan Wang Zhuo Liu Xi Kang Wei Zhao Xiao Ma 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
18Polarized holographic lithography system for high-uniformity microscale patterning with periodic tunability显示文摘Periodic microscale array structures play an important role in diverse applications involving photonic crystals and diffraction gratings.A polarized holographic lithography system is proposed for patterning high-uniformity microscale two-dimensional crossed-grating structures with periodic tunability.Orthogonal two-axis Lloyd’s mirror interference and polarization modulation produce three sub-beams,enabling the formation of two-dimensional crossed-grating patterns with wavelength-comparable periods by a single exposure.The two-dimensional-pattern period can also be flexibly tuned by adjusting the interferometer spatial positioning.Polarization states of three sub-beams,defining the uniformity of the interference fringes,are modulated at their initial-polarization states based on a strict full polarization tracing model in a three-dimensional space.A polarization modulation model is established considering two conditions of eliminating the unexpected interference and providing the desired identical interference intensities.The proposed system is a promising approach for fabricating high-uniformity two-dimensional crossed gratings with a relatively large grating period range of 500–1500 nm.Moreover,our rapid and stable approach for patterning period-tunable two-dimensional-array microstructures with high uniformity could be applicable to other multibeam interference lithography techniques.Gaopeng Xue Qihang Zhai Haiou Lu Qian Zhou Kai Ni Liyu Lin Xiaohao Wang Xinghui Li 2021Microsystems & Nanoengineering2021,7,2:2
19Polyploidy events shaped the expansion of transcription factors in Cucurbitaceae and exploitation of genes for tendril development显示文摘Cucurbitaceae is one of the most important plant families distributed worldwide.Transcription factors(TFs)regulate plant growth at the transcription level.Here,we performed a systematic analysis of 42641 TFs from 63 families in 14 Cucurbitaceae and 10 non-cucurbit species.Whole-genome duplication(WGD)was the dominant event type in almost all Cucurbitaceae plants.The TF families were divided into 1210 orthogroups(OGs),of which,112 were unique to Cucurbitaceae.Although the loss of several gene families was detected in Cucurbitaceae,the gene families expanded in five species that experienced a WGD event comparing with grape.Our findings revealed that the recent WGD events that had occurred in Cucurbitaceae played important roles in the expansion of most TF families.The functional enrichment analysis of the genes that significantly expanded or contracted uncovered five gene families,AUX/IAA,NAC,NBS,HB,and NF-YB.Finally,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the TCP gene family and identified 16 tendril-related(TEN)genes in 11 Cucurbitaceae species.Interestingly,the characteristic sequence changed from CNNFYFP to CNNFYLP in the TEN gene(Bhi06M000087)of Benincasa hispida.Furthermore,we identified a new characteristic sequence,YNN,which could be used for TEN gene exploitation in Cucurbitaceae.In conclusion,this study will serve as a reference for studying the relationship between gene family evolution and genome duplication.Moreover,it will provide rich genetic resources for functional Cucurbitaceae studies in the future.Yu Zhang Yingchao Zhang Bing Li Xiao Tan Changping Zhu Tong Wu Shuyan Feng Qihang Yang Shaoqin Shen Tong Yu Zhuo Liu Xiaoming Song 2022Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,5:2
20Comparative analysis of the TCP gene family in celery,coriander and carrot(family Apiaceae)显示文摘Apiaceae is one of the most important families in Apiales and includes many economically important vegetables and medicinal plants.The TEOSINTE BRANCHED 1/CYCLOIDEA/PROLIFERATING CELL FACTOR 1/2(TCP)gene family plays an important role in regulating plant growth and development,but it has not been widely studied in Apiaceae.In the present study,we identified 215 TCP family genes in six species of plant,of which 122 genes were present in three Apiaceae including 29 in celery(Apium graveolens),43 in coriander(Coriandrum sativum),and 50 in carrot(Daucus carota).Whole-genome duplication likely contributed to TCP gene family expansion in Apiaceae.There were more paralogs in carrot than in coriander and celery,which was attributable to the greater number of tandem and proximal duplicated genes on chromosome 1.Nine microRNAs were found to regulate 20 TCP genes in the three Apiaceae species,with miR-319 having the most target genes.Several TCP genes showed high expression in the root,petiole and leaf of celery and coriander.These results provide a basis for comparative and functional genomic analyses of TCP genes in Apiaceae and other plants.Qiaoying Pei Nan Li Yun Bai Tong Wu Qihang Yang Tong Yu Zhiyuan Wang Zhuo Liu Qiang Li Hao Lin Xiaoming Song 2021Vegetable Research2021,1,1:2
