2A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia(standard version)显示文摘In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named '2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)' by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. 7Improving the accuracy of GRACE Earth's gravitational field using the combination of different inclinations显示文摘In this paper, the GRACE Earth’s gravitational eld complete up to degree and order 120 is recovered based on the combination of di erent inclinations using the energy conservation principle. The results show that because di erent inclinations of satellite are sensitive to the geopotential coe cients with di erent degrees l and orders m, the design of GRACE exploiting 89° inclination can e ectively improve the accuracy of geopotential zonal harmonic coe cients. However, it is less sensitive to the geopotential tesseral harmonic coef- cients. Accordingly, the second group of GRACE exploiting lower inclination is required to determine high-accurately the geopotential tesseral harmonic coe cients and cover the shortage of the single group of GRACE exploiting 89o inclination. Two groups of GRACE individually exploiting 89° + (82°–84°) inclinations are the optimal combination of the Earth’s gravitational eld recovery complete up to degree and order 120. 8How many sutures in the southern Central Asian Orogenic Belt:Insights from East Xinjiang-West Gansu(NW China)?显示文摘How ophiolitic mèlanges can be defined as sutures is controversial with regard to accretionary orogenesis and continental growth.The Chinese Altay,East junggar,Tianshan,and Beishan belts of the southern Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB) in Northwest China,offer a special natural laboratory to resolve this puzzle.In the Chinese Altay,the Erqis unit consists of ophiolitic melanges and coherent assemblages,forming a Paleozoic accretionary complex.At least two ophiolitic melanges(Armantai,and Kelameili) in East Junggar,characterized by imbricated ophiolitic melanges,Nb-enriched basalts,adakitic rocks and volcanic rocks,belong to a Devonian-Carboniferous intra-oceanic island arc with some Paleozoic ophiolites,superimposed by Permian arc volcanism.In the Tianshan,ophiolitic melanges like Kanggurtag,North Tianshan,and South Tianshan occur as part of some Paleozoic accretionary complexes related to amalgamation of arc terranes.In the Beishan there are also several ophiolitic melanges,including the Hongshishan,Xingxingxia-Shibangjing,Hongliuhe-Xichangjing,and Liuyuan ophiolitic units.Most ophiolitic melanges in the study area are characterized by ultramafic,mafic and other components,which are juxtaposed,or even emplaced as lenses and knockers in a matrix of some coherent units.The tectonic settings of various components are different,and some adjacent units in the same melange show contrasting different tectonic settings.The formation ages of these various components are in a wide spectrum,varying from Neoproterozoic to Permian.Therefore we cannot assume that these ophiolitic melanges always form in linear sutures as a result of the closure of specific oceans.Often the ophiolitic components formed either as the substrate of intra-oceanic arcs,or were accreted as lenses or knockers in subduction-accretion complexes.Using published age and paleogeographic constraints,we propose the presence of (1) a major early Paleozoic tectonic boundary that separates the Chinese Altay-East Junggar multiple subduction systems of the southern Siberian active margin from those of the northern Tarim;and (2) a major Permian suture zone that separates the Tianshan-Beishan from the northern active margin of the Tarim Craton.These new observations and interpretations have broad implications for the architecture and crustal growth of central Asia and other ancient orogens as well.Wenjiao Xiao Chunming Han Wei Liu Bo Wan Ji'en Zhang Songjian Ao Zhiyong Zhang Dongfang Song Zhonghua Tian Jun Luo 2014Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,4:31

12Efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 therapeutic antibody RC48 in patients with HER2-overexpressing,locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a single-arm phase II study显示文摘Background:Current treatment options for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-overexpressing gastric cancer at third-line have shown limited clinical benefit.Further,there is no specific treatment for HER2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)2+and fluorescence in-situ hybridization-negative patients.Here,we report the efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 antibody RC48 for patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-overexpressing(IHC 2+or 3+),locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who were under at least second-line therapy were eligible and received RC482.5 mg/kg alone every 2 weeks.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR)assessed by an independent review committee.Secondary endpoints included progressionfree survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),duration of response,time to progression,disease control rate,and safety.Results:Of 179 patients screened,125 were eligible and received RC48 treatment.The ORR was 24.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:17.5%-33.3%).The median PFS and OS were 4.1 months(95%CI:3.7-4.9 months)and 7.9 months(95%CI:6.7-9.9 months),respectively.The most frequently reported adverse events were decreased white blood cell count(53.6%),asthenia(53.6%),hair loss(53.6%),decreased neutrophil count(52.0%),anemia(49.6%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(43.2%).Serious adverse events(SAEs)occurred in 45(36.0%)patients,and RC48-related SAEs were mainly decreased neutrophil count(3.2%).Seven patients had adverse events that led to death were not RC48-related.Conclusions:RC48 showed promising activity with manageable safety,suggesting potential application in patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who have previously received at least two lines of chemotherapy.Zhi Peng Tianshu Liu Jia Wei Airong Wang Yifu He Liuzhong Yang Xizhi Zhang Nanfeng Fan Suxia Luo Zhen Li Kangsheng Gu Jianwei Lu Jianming Xu Qingxia Fan Ruihua Xu Liangming Zhang Enxiao Li Yuping Sun Guohua Yu Chunmei Bai Yong Liu Jiangzheng Zeng Jieer Ying Xinjun Liang Nong Xu Chao Gao Yongqian Shu Dong Ma Guanghai Dai Shengmian Li Ting Deng Yuehong Cui Jianmin Fang Yi Ba Lin Shen 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,11:29

14Ingestion of Lactobacillus strain reduces anxiety and improves cognitive function in the hyperammonemia rat显示文摘Evidence suggests that the hyperammonemia(HA)-induced neuroinflammation and alterations in the serotonin(5-HT)system may contribute to cognitive decline and anxiety disorder during hepatic encephalopathy(HE).Probiotics that maintain immune system homeostasis and regulate the 5-HT system may be potential treatment for HA-mediated neurological disorders in HE.In this study,we tested the efficacy of probiotic Lactobacillus helveticus strain NS8 in preventing cognitive decline and anxiety-like behavior in HA rats.Chronic HA was induced by intraperitoneal injection of ammonium acetate for four weeks in male Sprague-Dawley rats.HA rats were then given Lactobacillus helveticus strain NS8(109 CFU mL?1)in drinking water as a daily supplementation.The Morris water maze task assessed cognitive function,and the elevated plus maze test evaluated anxiety-like behavior.Neuroinflammation was assessed by measuring the inflammatory markers:inducible nitric oxide synthase,prostaglandin E2,and interleukin-1βin the brain.5-HT system activity was evaluated by measuring 5-HT and its metabolite,5-HIAA,and the 5-HT precursor,tryptophan.Probiotic treatment of HA rats significantly reduced the level of inflammatory markers,decreased 5-HT metabolism,restored cognitive function and improved anxiety-like behavior.These results indicate that probiotic L.helveticus strain NS8 is beneficial for the treatment of cognitive decline and anxiety-like behavior in HA rats.LUO Jia WANG Tao LIANG Shan HU Xu LI Wei JIN Feng 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,3:27
15Validity and reliability testing of the Chinese (mainland) version of the 39-item Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire (PDQ-39)显示文摘The 39-item Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire (PDQ-39) has been tested in many languages, but not in Chinese mainland. We aimed to assess the Chinese (mainland) version of the PDQ-39. Seventy-one subjects with Parkinson's disease (PD) completed the PDQ-39 and the Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). All subjects were retested with the PDQ-39 a week later. The united Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS) and the Hoehn and Yahr (H & Y) scale were also used to evaluate the subjects. Reliability was assessed by Cron- bach's α and intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC). Validity was examined in terms of agreement with SF-36, UPDRS, and H & Y scales. The Chinese (mainland) version of the PDQ-39 demonstrated acceptable reliability (Cronbach's α: 0.84-0.88; ICC: 0.56-0.82). The item-total correlations (0.33-0.88) and scaling success rates (77.56%) indicated satisfactory convergent and discriminant validity of the PDQ-39 items. The correlations between related constructs of the PDQ-39 and UPDRS (r=0.44-0.68) and between those of the PDQ-39 and SF-36 (r=(-0.46)-(-0.69)) were all statistically significant (P<0.01). Except for stigma, cognitions, and bodily discomfort, all other dimensions of the PDQ-39 significantly discriminated patients at different H & Y stages indicated by the H & Y scale. 16A Rabbit Model of Hormone-induced Early Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head显示文摘Objective To establish an experimental model of early stage avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH) caused by corticosteroid in adult rabbits and to observe the pathological changes with various imaging techniques.Methods ANFH was induced by a combination of hypersensitivity vasculitis caused by injection of horse serum and subsequent administration of a high dose of corticosteroid.The pathological changes were detected with digital radiography(DR),computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),ink artery infusion angiography,hematoxylin-eosin staining,and immunohistochemistry.Results The imageological and pathological changes corresponded to the clinical characteristics of early stage ANFH.DR showed bilaterally increased bone density,an unclear epiphyseal line,and blurred texture of cancellous bone.CT showed spot-like low-density imaging of cancellous bone,thinner cortical bone,osteoporosis,and an unclear epiphyseal line.MRI showed bone marrow edema and spot-like high signals in T2-weighted imaging in cancellous bone.Ink artery infusion angiography showed fewer obstructed blood vessels in the femoral head.HE staining of pathological sections showed fewer trabeculae and thin bone,an increased proportion of empty osteocyte lacunae,decreased hematopoiesis,thrombosis,and fat cell hypertrophy.Immunohistochemistry showed attenuated expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in osteoblasts and chondrocytes,and on the inner membrane of blood vessels.Conclusion Experimental rabbit model of early stage ANFH caused by corticosteroid can be successfully established and provide the foundation for developing effective methods to treat early stage ANFH.QIAN WEN LI MA YAN-PING CHEN LIN YANG WEI LUO AND XIAO-NING WANG 2008Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2008,21,5:24
17Indoor Allergen Levels and Household Distributions in Nine Cities Across China显示文摘Objective Chinese allergic subjects have high levels of sensitization to house dust mite(HDM) and other indoor allergens. This study quantifies common indoor allergen levels in Chinese households. Methods Dust samples were collected from nine cities. Major allergens Der p 1 and Der f 1 from Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and D. farinae, and specific antigens of Blomia tropicalis, Tyrophagus putrescentiae, Acarus siro, and cockroach species Blattella germanica and Periplaneta americana were measured by ELISA. Results HDM allergens were found in dust samples from bedding in 95% of the Chinese households. The median levels varied from <0.006 to 9.2 μg/g of dust, depending on the city. The percentages of households having HDM allergen levels associated with the risk of developing allergy sensitization and asthma were 65% and 25%, respectively. Specific antigens of the storage mite and cockroach were only found in samples from the southern and tropical regions of China. Levels of mite allergens were generally higher in samples from bedding compared to samples from the living room, even for storage mites, whereas levels of cockroach antigens were higher in the living room samples. Conclusion HDM allergens are present in bedding dust samples from most Chinese households. Cities in southern and central China have relatively high levels of HDM major allergens compared to cities in northern and western China. 20Simultaneous oxidation of NO,SO_2 and Hg^0 from flue gas by pulsed corona discharge显示文摘A process capable of simultaneously oxidizing NO,SO2,and Hg0 was proposed,using a high-voltage and short-duration positive pulsed corona discharge.By focusing on NO,SO2,and Hg0 oxidation effciencies,the influences of pulse peak voltage,pulse frequency,initial concentration,electrode number,residence time and water vapor addition were investigated.The results indicate that NO,SO2 and Hg0 oxidation effciencies depend primarily on the radicals(OH,HO2,O) and the active species(O3,H2O2,etc.) produced by the pulsed corona discharge.The NO,SO2 and Hg0 oxidation effciencies could be improved as pulse peak voltage,pulse frequency,electrode number and residence time increased,but they were reduced with increasing initial concentrations.By adding water vapor,the SO2 oxidation effciency was improved remarkably,while the NO oxidation effciency decreased slightly.In our experiments,the simultaneous NO,SO2,and Hg0 oxidation effciencies reached to 40%,98%,and 55% with the initial concentrations 479 mg/m3,1040 mg/m3,and 15.0 μg/m3,respectively.XU Fei,LUO Zhongyang,CAO Wei,WANG Peng,WEI Bo,GAO Xiang,FANG Mengxiang,CEN Kefa State key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization,Zhejiang University,Hangzhou 310027,China. 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,3:22
