| 1 | 新疆巴旦姆种仁高级脂肪酸与氨基酸营养评价显示文摘以新疆巴旦姆28个品种为试验材料,采用超临界CO2萃取法萃取其种仁油脂。用气相色谱法测定脂肪酸的含量及组分;采用自动定氮法和连续累进提取法测定粗蛋白和分离蛋白,并对蛋白质和氨基酸进行了营养的分析。结果表明,巴旦姆种仁油脂含量高(平均为54.68%),油脂以不饱和脂肪酸为主要成分,平均占脂肪酸总量的92.3%(其中单不饱和脂肪酸平均占脂肪酸总量的72.19%),饱和脂肪酸含量较低。巴旦姆种仁粗蛋白质含量平均为22.55%,以清蛋白为主,平均占蛋白质总量的48.86%以上,其次为球蛋白,而醇溶蛋白和谷蛋白含量较低。其蛋白质均含18种氨酸酸,属完全蛋白质。氨基酸含量丰富,每百克蛋白质中18种氨基酸平均含量为92.5%,且富含人体所需的8种必需氨基酸,含量达27.5%~35.1%。谷氨酸含量最高(平均为21.0%),含硫氨基酸(Met+Cys)和赖氨酸(Lys)为其限制氨基酸。 | Li Ying Yi Xiaohua Li Qingdian | 2004 | 中国食品学报2004,4,4: | 25 |

| 7 | Characterization of a Triticum aestivum-Aegilops germplasm line presenting reduced plant height and early maturation显示文摘Plant height plays an important role in the potential and stability of crop yields and represents one of the most important agronomic traits of wheat. Although more than 30 dwarfing genes have been identified in wheat, only a few are used in wheat breeding, which has narrowed the genetic basis of newly developed varieties. Therefore, continually identifying new dwarfing genes is required to produce improved wheat cultivars. TA001 is a new germplasm line marked by reduced plant height and early maturation, and it was derived from a hybridization between the common wheat Yannong 15 and the Aegilops ventricosa × Aegilops cylindrica amphiploid SDAU18. In this study, cytological observations, agronomic trait examinations, genomic in situ hybridization(GISH), multicolor genomic in situ hybridization(mc-GISH), multicolor fluorescence in situ hybridization(mc-FISH), SSR analysis and seed storage protein electrophoresis were combined to determine the cytological stability, main agronomic traits, chromosomal constituents and seed storage protein subunits of TA001. Twenty-one bivalents were observed in most of the pollen mother cells at metaphase I(PMCs MI) in TA001, which housed 42 chromosomes, and the chromosomes in most pollen mother cells at anaphase I(PMCs AI)displayed 21/21 segregation. Twenty bivalents plus two univalents were simultaneously observed in most of the PMCs MI of the hybrid F_1 between TA001 and Yannong 15. TA001 possessed all chromosomes from genomes A, B and D except for chromosome 7B, which was replaced by one pair of N-genome chromosomes from Aegilops ventricosa. Several pairs of chromosomes in TA001 exhibited different FISH patterns from the equivalent chromosomes in Yannong 15. | 8 | Modal Analysis and Vortex Trajectory Description for Tip Leakage Flow of a Transonic Turbine Cascade显示文摘Tip leakage vortex(TLV),which develops from the clearance between the turbine blade and casing,has been studied for decades.Nevertheless,some associated phenomena,such as its unsteady behaviors,are still not well understood.In the present work,an unsteady simulation of a transonic turbine cascade was conducted by using a validated unsteady Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS)technique with the k-ωshear stress transport(SST)turbulence model.Typical three-dimensional vortical topology in the tip region of this transonic turbine blade was depicted based on the vortex and shock wave identification.Afterwards,quantitative descriptions of TLV transient parameters,including core position,radius,intensity,wandering motion amplitude and their statistical analysis were also provided via an ellipse fitting method.Combined with the turbulent parameters in the tip region,it is recognized that the breakdown of TLV does not occur upstream of the trailing edge,and the TLV wandering,especially the spanwise motion is a dominant unsteady feature as migrating downstream.To mathematically extract underlying flow features of tip leakage flow(TLF),two data-driven modal analysis techniques,namely proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)and dynamic mode decomposition(DMD),are presented to complement one another to reveal underlying flow feature.Observation of modes distribution allowed qualitative identification of shockwaves,vortical cluster and corresponding transient interaction.Results of POD show that the dominant unsteady structures in the tip region exhibit various morphology with moving downstream.In the front part near the leading edge,the oscillation of separation bubble and bifurcation of passage vortex paly a dominant role;while in the middle part of the tip region,the corresponding factors are the wandering of TLV and unsteady interaction between shock waves and TLF/TLV.In the vicinity of the trailing edge,the instability induced by the mixing of large-scale vortices serves as the main factor in the context of flow unsteadiness.Both the POD and DMD methods can decompose the dominant frequency of TLV evolution and its harmonic frequencies;however,the DMD method presents a superiority in segregating the high-frequency components and their corresponding unsteady structures. | YANG Yi MA Hongwei ZHONG Yafei ZHANG Qingdian | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,3: | 0 |
