1Hybrid artificial bee colony algorithm with variable neighborhood search and memory mechanism显示文摘Artificial bee colony(ABC) is one of the most popular swarm intelligence optimization algorithms which have been widely used in numerical optimization and engineering applications. However, there are still deficiencies in ABC regarding its local search ability and global search efficiency. Aiming at these deficiencies,an ABC variant named hybrid ABC(HABC) algorithm is proposed.Firstly, the variable neighborhood search factor is added to the solution search equation, which can enhance the local search ability and increase the population diversity. Secondly, inspired by the neuroscience investigation of real honeybees, the memory mechanism is put forward, which assumes the artificial bees can remember their past successful experiences and further guide the subsequent foraging behavior. The proposed memory mechanism is used to improve the global search efficiency. 2Construction of habitat suitability models(HSMs) for benthic macroinvertebrate and their applications to instream environmental flows:A case study in Xiangxi River of Three Gorges Reservior region,China显示文摘Based on a long-term ecological monitoring, the present study chose the most dominant benthic macroinvertebrate (Baetis spp.) as tar- get organisms in Xiangxi River, built the habitat suitability models (HSMs) for water depth, current velocity and substrate, respectively, which is the first aquatic organisms model for habitat suitability in the Chinese Mainland with a long-term consecutive in situ measurement. In order to protect the biointegrity and function of the river ecosystem, the theory system of instream environmental flow should be cat- egorized into three hierarchies, namely minimum required instream flow (hydrological level), minimum instream environmental flow (bio- species level), and optimum instream environmental flow (ecosystem level). These three hierarchies of instream environmental flow models were then constructed with the hydrological and weighted usable area (WUA) method. The results show that the minimum required instream flow of Xiangxi River calculated by the Tennant method (10% of the mean annual flow) was 0.615 m3 s 1; the minimum instream environmental flow accounted for 19.22% of the mean annual flow (namely 1.182 m3 s 1), which was the damaged river channel flow in the dry season; and 42.91% of the mean annual flow (namely 2.639 m3 s 1) should be viewed as the optimum instream environmental flow in order to protect the health of the river ecosystem, maintain the instream biodiversity, and reduce the impact of small hydropower stations nearby the Xiangxi River. 4Advanced technology for functionalization of carbon nanotubes显示文摘Functionalization of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) has attracted considerable interest in the fields of physics, chemistry, material science and biology. The functionalized CNTs exhibit improved properties enabling facile fabrication of novel nanomaterials and nanodevices.Most of the functionalization approaches developed at present could be categorized into the covalent attachment of functional groups and the non-covalent adsorption of various functional molecules onto the surface of CNTs. This review highlights recent development and our work in functionalization of carbon nanotubes, leading to biocompatible CNTs, fluorescent CNTs and transition metal functionalized CNTs. 5Effect of Combined Application of Organic Fertilizer and Chemical Fertilizer in Different Ratios on Growth,Yield and Quality of Fluecured Tobacco显示文摘The effect of different ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied.Using randomized blocks design,the data of the test materials K326 were analyzed by using variance analysis,significance test and other methods.The release efficiency of organic fertilizer in the soil was slower,and the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth of tobacco plants was worse than that of chemical fertilizers,and under 25% organic fertilizer + 75% chemical fertilizer treatment,the quality of the fluecured tobacco was good.Under the treatment of 50% organic fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer,the production of flue-cured tobacco was high and the ratio of first-class tobacco was high.It is suggested that the organic fertilizer application ratio should be 25%-50% in the agricultural production.Bing LIANG Kun HUANG Yali FU Hongguang LI Chi WANG Xiaotian ZHONG Qinghua LU Chengxiao HU 2017Asian Agricultural Research2017,9,12:9
6Micro-droplet Digital Polymerase Chain Reaction and Real-Time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction Technologies Provide Highly Sensitive and Accurate Detection of Zika Virus显示文摘The establishment of highly sensitive diagnostic methods is critical in the early diagnosis and control of Zika virus(ZIKV)and in preventing serious neurological complications of ZIKV infection. In this study, we established micro-droplet digital polymerase chain reaction(ddPCR) and real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR) protocols for the detection of ZIKV based on the amplification of the NS5 gene. For the ZIKV standard plasmid, the RT-qPCR results showed that the cycle threshold(Ct) value was linear from 10~1 to 10~8 copy/l L, with a standard curve R^2 of 0.999 and amplification efficiency of 92.203%;however, a concentration as low as 1 copy/l L could not be detected. In comparison with RT-qPCR, the dd PCR method resulted in a linear range of 10~1–10~4 copy/l L and was able to detect concentrations as low as 1 copy/l L. Thus, for detecting ZIKV from clinical samples, RT-qPCR is a better choice for high-concentration samples(above 10~1 copy/l L),while ddPCR has excellent accuracy and sensitivity for low-concentration samples. 7Inversion of vegetation height from Pol In SAR using complex least squares adjustment method显示文摘In this paper, we propose the novel method of complex least squares adjustment(CLSA) to invert vegetation height accurately using single-baseline polarimetric synthetic aperture radar interferometry(Pol In SAR) data. CLSA basically estimates both volume-only coherence and ground phase directly without assuming that the ground-to-volume amplitude radio of a particular polarization channel(e.g., HV) is less than ?10 d B, as in the three-stage method. In addition, CLSA can effectively limit errors in interferometric complex coherence, which may translate directly into erroneous ground-phase and volume-only coherence estimations. The proposed CLSA method is validated with Bio SAR2008 P-band E-SAR and L-band SIR-C Pol In SAR data. Its results are then compared with those of the traditional three-stage method and with external data. 8Comprehensive Analysis of 9-year Running Data of A^2/O-MBR in Xi an Siyuan University显示文摘Since September 2011,A 2/O-MBR wastewater treatment plant in Xi'an Siyuan University has been successfully running without replacing any of membrane modules.A total of 6.661 million m^3 of campus wastewater has been treated,and 4.405 million m^3 of water reaching the national urban miscellaneous water standard has been reclaimed and reused.A total of 25 km pipeline,5 pits,scenery fountains,lakes,and 12 pump stations have been constructed for flushing toilets,irrigating green grass lawn and afforest,and cleaning hardened pavement.The design and construction of 5 pits,scenery fountains,and lakes are important to meet the national urban miscellaneous water standard under occasional phosphorus and/or nitrogen exceed concentration.The unit water cost is 4.19 yuan/m^3,including membrane modules depreciation and amortization.After the A 2/O-MBR system passes the membrane modules depreciation and amortization period,the unit water cost is 2.82 yuan/m^3.The water productivity of the membrane stack rises first at the beginning of operation,reaches the maximum value,and then decreases.The average annual transmembrane pressure difference increases by 1.12 kPa.The average VMD of industrial permeability decreases annually by 0.45 m^3.Xuemei ZHANG Jingyuan HAO Qinghua MA Dong LI Bo FU Baolan QIN 2020Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,5:6
9Fabricating Pd isolated single atom sites on C3N4/rGO for heterogenization of homogeneous catalysis显示文摘Metal isolated single atomic sites catalysts have attracted intensive attention in recent years owing to their maximized atom utilization and unique structure.Despite the success of single atom catalyst synthesis,directly anchoring metal single atoms on three-dimensional(3D)macro support,which is promising to achieve the heterogenization of homogeneous catalysis,remains a challenge and a blank in this field.Herein,we successfully fabricate metal single atoms(Pd,Pt,Ru,Au)on porous carbon nitride/reduced graphene oxide(C3N4/rGO)foam as highly efficient catalysts with convenient recyclability.C3N4/rGO foam features two-dimensional microstructures with abundant N chelating sites for the stabilization of metal single atoms and vertically-aligned hierarchical mesostructure that benefits the mass diffusion.The obtained Pdi/C3N4/rGO monolith catalyst exhibits much enhanced activity over its nanoparticle counterpart for Suzuki-Miyaura reaction.Moreover,the Pdi/C3N4/rGO monolith catalyst can be readily assembled in a flow reactor to achieve the highly efficient continuous production of 4-nitro-1,1'-biphenyl through Suzuki-Miyaura coupling.Ninghua Fu Xiao Liang Zhi Li Wenxing Chen Yu Wang Lirong Zheng Qinghua Zhang Chen Chen Dingsheng Wang Qing Peng Lin Gu Yadong Li 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:5

12‘Hierarchical self-assembly’ of helical amylose/SWNTs complex显示文摘Helical amylose/SWNTs complexes (A/S-C) of various sizes, a single nanotube wrapped by amylose in particular, were demonstrated. The formation process of the helical A/S-C was further explained by a novel hierarchical self-assembly model, including the wrapping of amylose chains around SWNT and the hierarchical self-assembly of wrapped-SWNTs into the superstructural A/S-C. 18Efficacy of Huanglian root decoction(黄连煎剂)on kidney injury in rat’s model of metabolic syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Huanglian root decoction(黄连煎剂,HLD)on kidney injury in rat’s model of metabolic syndrome(Met S),and investigate the possible mechanism.METHODS:A fructose-induced Met S rat model and human renal tubular epithelial cell-line model were used to compare the efficacy of HLD with that of berberine and tauroursodeoxycholic acid(TUDCA).Blood pressure,biochemical parameters,histopathological changes and the expression levels of oxidative stress markers were evaluated in the animal model at the end of an 8-week treatment regimen.Oxidative stress markers and molecules of the signal pathway of endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress were evaluated in the human cell-line model.RESULTS:Levels of fasting insulin,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased in rats in the Huanglian group compared to those in the Met S group(P<0.05).Rats treated with HLD and TUDCA exhibited a significant reduction in blood levels of malondialdehyde compared to those in rats in the Met S group(P<0.05).Significant increases in glutathione peroxidase in human tubular epithelial cells was found in the Huanglian group compared to that in the Met S group(14.02 vs 18.31,P<0.05).The m RNA expression of protein kinase RNA-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase and eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2αdecreased significantly in Huanglian groups compared with that in the Met S group.CONCLUSION:HLD has therapeutic efficacy on kidney injury in the Met S rat’s model,and is non-inferior to berberine and TUDCA.CHEN Xiaoqing ZHANG Yong HUANG Chunlai FU Tingting TAO Qinghua MA Liqiang WANG Liping 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1:1
