1A hydrocarbon enrichment model and prediction of favorable accumulation areas in complicated superimposed basins in China显示文摘The geologic conditions of superimposed basins in China are very complicated. This is mainly shown by multi-phase structural evolution,multiple sets of source-reservoir-cap rock combinations,multiple stages of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion from source rocks,multi-cycle hydrocarbon enrichment and accumulation,and multi-phase reservoir adjustment and reconstruction. The enrichment,accumulation and distribution of hydrocarbon is mainly controlled by the source rock kitchen,paleoanticline,regional cap rock and intensity of tectonic movement. In this paper,the T-BCMS model has been developed to predict favorable areas of hydrocarbon accumulation in complicated superimposed basins according to time and spatial relationships among five key factors. The five factors include unconformity surface representing tectonic balancing(B) ,regional cap rock representing hydrocarbon protection(C) ,paleo-anticline representing hydrocarbon migration and accumulation(M) ,source rock kitchen representing hydrocarbon generation and expulsion(S) and geological time(T) . There are three necessary conditions to form favorable areas of hydrocarbon accumulation. First,four key factors BCMS should be strictly in the order of BCMS from top to bottom. Second,superimposition of four key factors BCMS in the same area is the most favorable for hydrocarbon accumulation. Third,vertically ordered combination and superimposition in the same area of BCMS should occur at the same geological time. The model has been used to predict the most favorable exploration areas in Ordovician in the Tarim Basin in the main hydrocarbon accumulation periods. 5A method of identifying effective source rocks and its application in the Bozhong Depression,Bohai Sea,China显示文摘Research on effective source rocks directly affects the accuracy of identifying hydrocarbon resources, and indirectly affects the exploration decisions in petroliferous basins. Although the previous evaluation methods of effective source rocks vary relatively widely, a complete quantitative evaluation approach has not yet been developed. For that reason, we redefined the concept of effective source rocks based on the existing research results. Surrounding this definition, and guided by the hydrocarbon expulsion theory, the quantitative model called 'two stages and three steps' method is established to predict effective source rocks. Its application in the Bozhong Depression indicates that among the four sets source rocks in the Bozhong Depression, the Member 3 of the Shahejie Formation (Es 3 ) has the largest effective source rock thickness, and the Member 1 Member 2 of the Shahejie Formation (Es 1+2 ) is the second largest .The effective part of dark mudstone is only 30%-80% of the total volume and with the increase of buried depth and improvement of quality, the effective part increases. 6Clinical effect of Jiutengzhuyu tablets on promoting blood circulation in women with oviducal obstruction显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To test the clinical curative effect of Jiutengzhuyu tablets,a patented Chinese vine-derived drug used for promoting blood circulation,on women with oviducal obstruction.METHODS:Patients with tubal infertility were divided randomly into two groups:58 patients in the treatment group and 57 in a control group.The treated patients took Jiutengzhuyu tablets orally for 25 days.The control group received an intrauterine infusion of 5 mg dexamethasone sodium phosphate,4000 units of chymotrypsin,80 000 units of gentamicin sulfate dissolved in 20 mL of normal saline at 1 mL/min.After 3 months of treatment,the curative effect on tubal patency was assessed and a 1-year follow-up visit was used to document any pregnancies.RESULTS:The total effective rate was 78% in the treatment group and 32% in the control group with a statistically significant difference(χ 2 =24.57,P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Jiutengzhuyu was effective in treating infertility caused by tubal infertility with aTraditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis of blood stasis.Baozhen Pang Qingyang Pang Huiqing Pang Guohong Song 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4:3
7The evolution and present status of the study on peak oil in China显示文摘Peak oil theory is a theory concerning long-term oil reserves and the rate of oil production. Peak oil refers to the maximum rate of the production of oil or gas in any area under consideration. Its inevitability is analyzed from three aspects. The factors that influence peak oil and their mechanisms are discussed. These include the amount of resources, the discovery maturity of resources, the depletion rate of reserves and the demand for oil. The advance in the study of peak oil in China is divided into three stages. The main characteristics, main researchers, forecast results and research methods are described in each stage. The progress of the study of peak oil in China is summarized and the present problems are analyzed. 8Effects of different Chinese herbal prescriptions on cytokines in autoimmune prostatitis rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe and compare the effects of Chinese herbal prescriptions for promoting blood circulation,clearing heat,removing toxicity,and dispersing stagnated liver-Qi on cytokines in model rats with experimental autoimmune prostatitis(EAP) to provide an experimental basis for the use of Chinese herbal prescriptions in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.METHODS:One-hundred and ten male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 11 groups:blank group;model group;Huoxuehuayu(promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis) high,middle,and low dose groups;Qingrejiedu(clearing heat and removing toxicity) high,middle,and low dose groups;and Shuganliqi(dispersing stagnated liver-Qi) high,middle,and low dose groups.Except the blank group,rats in all groups were injected subcutaneously in multiple points on days 0 and 30 with prostatic protein extractive solution(60 mg/ml_),and intraperitoneally injected with diphtheria-pertussis and tetanus vaccine(DPT vaccine) to establish the EAP model.Model rats were administrated high,middle,and low doses of Chinese herbal prescriptions and were sacrificed after 4 weeks.Pathological changes in the prostate gland were observed with HE staining and changes in serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) levels were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Compared with the blank group,serum PGE_2,IL-6,and IL-8 levels in the model group were significantly higher(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,serum PGE_2,IL-6,and IL-8 levels in the Qingrejiedu low dose and middle dose groups were significantly lower(P < 0.05),with the lower dose having a more obvious effect.Serum PGE_2,IL-6,and IL-8 levels in the Huoxuehuayu high dose group(P < 0.05),IL-6 and IL-8 levels in the Huoxuehuayu middle dose group(P < 0.05),and the IL-8level in the Huoxuehuayu low dose group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in PGE_2 and IL-6 levels among the different dose groups of Shuganliqi drugs(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,serum PGE_(2/) IL-6,and IL-8levels in the Shuganliqi high dose group(P <0.05) and IL-8 level in the Shuganliqi low dose group were significantly lower(P < 0.05),while the Shuganliqi middle dose group did not change significantly(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:Therefore,in TCM treatment of autoimmune prostatitis,different treatment methods should select different doses.For prescriptions that clear heat and remove toxicity,low doses should be used.For prescriptions that promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and for prescriptions that disperse stagnated liver-Qi,high doses should be used.Song Guohong Zhang Qiumei Pang Baozhen He Lijuan Saimaiti Julaiti Tulahong Aisikeer Gao Xuan You Lina Wuxiuer Reyihan Zhou Wentao Pang Qingyang 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,2:2
9Identification and evaluation of shale oil micromigration and its petroleum geological significance显示文摘Taking the Lower Permian Fengcheng Formation shale in Mahu Sag of Junggar Basin,NW China,as an example,core observation,test analysis,geological analysis and numerical simulation were applied to identify the shale oil micro-migration phenomenon.The hydrocarbon micro-migration in shale oil was quantitatively evaluated and verified by a self-created hydrocarbon expulsion potential method,and the petroleum geological significance of shale oil micro-migration evaluation was determined.Results show that significant micro-migration can be recognized between the organic-rich lamina and organic-poor lamina.The organic-rich lamina has strong hydrocarbon generation ability.The heavy components of hydrocarbon preferentially retained by kerogen swelling or adsorption,while the light components of hydrocarbon were migrated and accumulated to the interbedded felsic or carbonate organic-poor laminae as free oil.About 69% of the Fengcheng Formation shale samples in Well MY1 exhibit hydrocarbon charging phenomenon,while 31% of those exhibit hydrocarbon expulsion phenomenon.The reliability of the micro-migration evaluation results was verified by combining the group components based on the geochromatography effect,two-dimension nuclear magnetic resonance analysis,and the geochemical behavior of inorganic manganese elements in the process of hydrocarbon migration.Micro-migration is a bridge connecting the hydrocarbon accumulation elements in shale formations,which reflects the whole process of shale oil generation,expulsion and accumulation,and controls the content and composition of shale oil.The identification and evaluation of shale oil micro-migration will provide new perspectives for dynamically differential enrichment mechanism of shale oil and establishing a“multi-peak model in oil generation”of shale.HU Tao JIANG Fujie PANG Xiongqi LIU Yuan WU Guanyun ZHOU Kuo XIAO Huiyi JIANG Zhenxue LI Maowen JIANG Shu HUANG Liliang CHEN Dongxia MENG Qingyang 2024Petroleum Exploration and Development2024,51,1:0
10Definition and verification of novel metastasis and recurrence related signatures of ccRCC: A multicohort study显示文摘Background:Cancer metastasis and recurrence remain major challenges in renal carcinoma patient management.There are limited biomarkers to predict the metastatic probability of renal cancer,especially in the early-stage subgroup.Here,our study applied robust machine-learning algorithms to identify metastatic and recurrence-related signatures across multiple renal cancer cohorts,which reached high accuracy in both training and testing cohorts.Methods:Clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)patients with primary or metastatic site sequencing information from eight cohorts,including one outhouse cohort,were enrolled in this study.Three robust machine-learning algorithms were applied to identify metastatic signatures.Then,two distinct metastatic-related subtypes were identified and verified;matrix remodeling associated 5(MXRA5),as a promising diagnostic and therapeutic target,was investigated in vivo and in vitro.Results:We identified five stable metastasis-related signatures(renin,integrin subunit beta-like 1,MXRA5,mesenchyme homeobox 2,and anoctamin 3)from multicenter cohorts.Additionally,we verified the specificity and sensibility of these signatures in external and out-house cohorts,which displayed a satisfactory consistency.According to these metastatic signatures,patients were grouped into two distinct and heterogeneous ccRCC subtypes named metastatic cancer subtype 1(MTCS1)and type 2(MTCS2).MTCS2 exhibited poorer clinical outcomes and metastatic tendencies than MTCS1.In addition,MTCS2 showed higher immune cell infiltration and immune signature expression but a lower response rate to immune blockade therapy than MTCS1.The MTCS2 subgroup was more sensitive to saracatinib,sunitinib,and several molecular targeted drugs.In addition,MTCS2 displayed a higher genome mutation burden and instability.Furthermore,we constructed a prognosis model based on subtype biomarkers,which performed well in training and validation cohorts.Finally,MXRA5,as a promising biomarker,significantly suppressed malignant ability,including the cell migration and proliferation of ccRCC cell lines in vitro and in vivo.Conclusions:This study identified five robust metastatic signatures and proposed two metastatic probability clusters with stratified prognoses,multiomics landscapes,and treatment options.The current work not only provided new insight into the heterogeneity of renal cancer but also shed light on optimizing decision‐making in immunotherapy and chemotherapy.Aimin Jiang Qingyang Pang Xinxin Gan Anbang Wang Zhenjie Wu Bing Liu Peng Luo Le Qu Linhui Wang 2022Cancer Innovation2022,1,2:0
