| 7 | Reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5) filler: Performance and interfacial behavior显示文摘We firstly performed the reactive air wetting and brazing of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics using Ag-(0.5-12)Nb_(2)O_(5) fillers,where Nb_(2)O_(5) can react with liquid Ag and O2 from air to generate AgNbO_(3).The contact angle of the Ag-Nb_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3) system almost linearly decreases from~71.6°to 32.5°with the Nb_(2)O_(5) content increasing,and the joint shear strength reaches the maximum of~65.1 MPa while employing the Ag-4Nb_(2)O_(5) filler,which are mainly related to the formation and distribution of the AgNbO_(3) phase at the interface.Moreover,the interfacial bonding and electronic properties of related interfaces were investigated by first-principles calculations.The calculated works of adhesion(Wa)of Ag(111)/Ag-O-AgNbO_(3)(001)and AgNbO_(3)(001)/Al_(2)O_(3)(100)interfaces are higher than that of the Ag(111)/Al_(2)O_(3)(110)interface,indicating good reliability of the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure.The relatively large interfacial charge transfer indicates the formation of Ag-Ag,Al-O,and Ag-O bonds in the Ag/AgNbO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) structure,which can contribute to the interfacial bonding. | Yudi Qiu Shunjian Xu Xiangzhao Zhang Mingfen Zhang Qinhan Guo Beiji Wang Guanjun Qiao Guiwu Liu | 2024 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,2: | 0 |

| 9 | Magnetic Ganoderma Lucidum Spores(mGLS):A Novel Regulatable Targeted Drug Delivery System显示文摘In the past decades,many materials have been studied as carriers for targeted drug delivery.However,there is a need for utilizable and selective carrier materials with few side effects.Here,the magnetic Ganoderma Lucidum Spores(mGLS)as a highly efficient targeted drug delivery carrier were explored.Then the regulatable targeted drug delivery system was verified by loading and releasing of the 5-Fluorouracil(5-FU).The results showed that the maximum of the loaded 5-FU reached 250.23 mg·g^(−1)in the mGLS.The cumulative release of the 5-FU for the drug delivery system could reach 80.11%and 67.14%in the PBS and HCl after 48 h,respectively.In addition,this system showed the good pharmacokinetic properties in vivo.After 12 h,the blood concentration in the 5-FU@mGLS group kept at 5.3µg·mL^(−1)and was four times higher than that in the 5-FU group.In summary,the GLS as a natural microscale core-shell structures appears the striking application in carrier material for oral drug delivery. | Bin Han Zhankun Weng Yuhan Wu Xin Zhao Jingmei Li Qinhan Zhang Kaige Qu Bojian Liang Fenguo Zhou Guixia Liu Zuobin Wang | 2021 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,4: | 0 |

| 11 | A Study on Determination of Some Trace Nonmetals by Microwave Induced Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry显示文摘In general, atomic emission spectrometry (AES) is an excellent technique for determination of metal elements. However, its capability of determining nonmetals has not been developed well. The major reasons are the resonance lines of most nonmetals lie in the vacuum ultraviolet spectral region and the ionic lines of these elements are difficult to be used because the ionization potentials of the elements are very high. And furthermore only He plasma can efficiently excit those ionic resonance lines. The practical application of HeICP-AES to determining the nonmetals is also difficult because its operating and perchace costs are very high.
