1Syn-tectonic sedimentation and its linkage to fold-thrusting in the region of Zhangjiakou, North Hebei, China显示文摘The timing of the 'Yanshanian Movement' and the tectonic setting that controlled the Yanshan fold-and-thrust belt during Jurassic time in China are still matters of controversy. Sediments that filled the intramontane basins in the Yanshan belt perfectly record the history of 'Yanshanian Movement' and the tectonic background of these basins. Recognizing syn-tectonic sedimentation, clarifying its relationship with structures, and accurately defining strata ages to build up a correct chronostratigraphic framework are the key points to further reveal the timing and kinematics of tectonic deformation in the Yanshan belt from the Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous. This paper applies both tectonic and sedimentary methods on the fold-and-thrust belt and intramontane basins in the Zhangjiakou area, which is located at the intersection between the western Yanshan and northern Taihangshan. Our work suggests that the pre-defined 'Jurassic strata' should be re-dated and sub-divided into three strata units: a Late Triassic to Early Jurassic unit, a Middle Jurassic unit, and a Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous unit. Under the control of growth fold-and-thrust structures, five types of growth strata developed in different growth structures: fold-belt foredeep type,thrust-belt foredeep type, fault-propagation fold-thrust structure type, fault-bend fold-thrust structure type, and fault-bend foldthrust plus fault-propagation fold composite type. The reconstructed 'source-to-sink' systems of Late Triassic to Early Jurassic,Middle Jurassic and Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous times, which are composed of a fold-and-thrust belt and flexure basins, imply that the 'Yanshanian Movement' in our study area started in the Middle Jurassic. During Middle Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous times, there have been at least three stages of fold-thrust events that developed 'Laramide-type' basementinvolved fold-thrust structures and small-scale intramontane broken 'axial basins'. 2Investigation on the Influence of Refrigerant Charge Amount on the Cooling Performance of Air Conditioning Heat Pump System for Electric Vehicles显示文摘The application of air conditioning heat pump(ACHP) in electric vehicles could lead to significant electrical power saving effect. As for an air conditioning heat pump system for electric vehicles, the influence of refrigerant charge amount should be investigated during the design phase. In this study, experimental method was employed to investigate the influence of the refrigerant charge amount on the performance of the ACHP system. The results showed that the refrigerant charge amount had different influence on the refrigerant properties at various locations within the system. The coefficient of performance and pressure-enthalpy diagram were calculated, and showed a close relationship with refrigerant charge amount under different compressor speeds. The degree of subcooling and the degree of superheating were recorded and the critical charge amount was determined by a typical practical test method. 3Ultrasound-active ReCORM-AIEgen for gas and sonodynamic therapy of mycobacterium biofilms显示文摘Bacterial infection is the leading cause of many severe inflammation diseases. The development of novel and effective therapeutic approaches to counter bacterial infections, especially for drug-resistant bacteria, is essential. Herein, we have successfully developed an ultrasound-active tricarbonyl rhenium(Ⅰ) complex with tetraphenylethylene(TPE) modification(RePyTPE) for CO gas therapy and sonodynamic therapy of bacterial infections. RePy-TPE produced reactive oxygen species and released CO under ultrasound irradiation. In addition, RePy-TPE showed aggregation-induced emission in water due to the introduction of TPE, which enhanced the yield of ^(1)O_(2) generation in a biological aqueous solution. The produced ^(1)O_(2) and released CO killed mycobacterium smegmatis(M. smegmatis) and Escherichia coli(E. coli), as shown by bacterial membrane damage and biofilm elimination. Furthermore, ultrasound-active RePy-TPE perturbed the purine metabolism of the bacteria, which disturbed the biosynthesis of DNA and energy metabolism, eventually reducing the vitality of bacteria. 4Sono-ReCORMs for synergetic sonodynamic-gas therapy of hypoxic tumor显示文摘Carbon monoxide(CO)gas therapy,a novel anti-tumor technique based on the cytotoxicity from the CO released in situ,has become one of the hot topics in cancer treatment.Since the technique is oxygenindependent,it displays promising therapeutic effect for hypoxic tumor where traditional photodynamic therapy shows limited efficacy and insufficient penetration depth.To fully address these limitations of PDT,we propose a synergetic sonodynamic-CO gas releasing strategy for the therapy of hypoxic tumor.In this work,two rhenium(Ⅰ)tricarbonyl complexes with different substituted ligands are investigated for US-triggered ROS generation and CO release.Our results indicated that the electron-donating NMe2-substituted complex(Re-NMe2)exhibits stronger luminescence intensity and generates more singlet oxygen(1O2)than the electron-withdrawing NO2-substituted complex(Re-NO2).In addition,Re-NMe2displays release of CO triggered by US,thus showing high sono-cytotoxicity to tumor cells in-vitro and in-vivo.The strong ROS-generating capability combined with rapid CO-releasing feature from Re-NMe2has made it a powerful tool for the efficient treatment of hypoxic tumor.Yue Li Nong Lu Qitian Lin Haobing Wang Zhuoming Liang Yujuan Lu Pingyu Zhang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:0
