11Study and Application of Health Care Measure in Tunnel Construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway显示文摘In this paper we studied a key control project in QinghaiTibet Railway construction. The project included the oxygen supplying system, the ventilation and air changing system measure of tunnel environment, monitoring and comprehensive treatment on airborne dust and toxic and harmful gases, hygiene intervention with builders in Fenghuoshan Tunnel construction. In the worst sector of the whole Qinghai-Tibet Railway line, we acquired a good achievement of the lowest incidence rate of altitude disease. Hence the Fenghuoshan Tunnel was joined up in advance, which set up a new record for frozen soil tunnel construction at high altitudes. 15Clinical research of biphenotypic acute leukemia witht(8;21)(q22;q22)显示文摘Objective:To report 4 cases of biphenotypic acute leukemia(BAL)with t(8;21)(q22;q22),and analyze the characteristics of morphology,immune phenotype,chromosome karyotype(MIC)and clinical manifestations.Methods:The BAL patients with t(8;21)(q22;q22)(group A)were compared with the randomly selected BAL patients with other clonical chromo- somal changes(group B)and acute myeloid leukemia M2 cases with t(8;21)(q22;q22)(group C)in MIC and clinical features. 16Investigation on Coal-Oxygen Scrap Melting Process显示文摘Investigation on the coal-oxygen scrap melting process shows that using internal-combustion coal-oxygen burner to melt scrap is feasible. Among four types of coal-oxygen furnaces-oxygen burner melting furnace is better than other types on the quotas of process. The metal yield is 95%~97%, the melt down carbon and sulphur contents are >1.0% and <0.080% respectively for this melting furnace.
