1Near-infrared light switching nitric oxide nanogenerator with“linkage mechanism”for tumor targeting multimodal synergistic therapy显示文摘Gaseous therapy based on nitric oxide(NO),as a potential anti-tumor treatment strategy,has attracted great attention,but the targeted and controlled gas release in the tumor site still remains a challenge.In addressing these difficulties,a near-infrared(NIR)light-triggered NO release nanogenerator with a“linkage mechanism”was designed on the basis of sodium nitroprussidedoped mesoporous Prussian blue nanoparticles,in which the outer structure was modified with p H-sensitive gatekeeper chitosan and tumor-targeting agent folic acid.The“linkage mechanism”can achieve precise release of NO under the control of photothermal effect at tumor site,which can couple photothermal therapy and gas therapy to address the premature release of gas during transportation.Meanwhile,the amount of released gas can be controlled by adjusting the irradiation time and laser intensity.Furthermore,as-fabricated nanocomposites hold high photothermal conversion efficiency under NIR laser irradiation,resulting in the on-demand release of NO and chemotherapy drugs.The released NO can inhibit the expression of hypoxiainducible factorα(HIF-1α)and alleviate the hypoxic tumor microenvironment,thereby enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapy.Moreover,in vitro and in vivo experiments exhibited remarkable antitumor efficiency,and the synergistic gas/chemo/photothermal therapy of deep tumors was achieved.These findings indicate an effective strategy to stimulate further the development of deep tumor therapy,which may provide new insights into other NO-related medical applications.Wei Zhang Qize Xuan Qi Zhang Tong Wang Chen Wang Hui Li Chao Chen Ping Wang 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,2:0
2Community Health Management and Nursing Strategies for Elderly Hypertension显示文摘Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of community health management and nursing strategies for elderly hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 64 elderly hypertensive patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.The control group took conventional care and guidance.The research group carried out community health management and nursing strategy guidance on the basis of the control group.Then compare the blood pressure levels of the two groups of patients before and after nursing and the patients’satisfaction with nursing.Results:Through comparison,it can be seen that the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of the study group and the control group are not significantly different before nursing.After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure of the patients in the study group was 81.22.1 mmHg and the systolic blood pressure was 126.58.7 mmHg.The diastolic blood pressure of the control group was 90.55.4 mmHg and the systolic blood pressure was 136.412.9 mmHg.There are obvious differences in the comparison of the two sets of data.By comparing the two groups of patients’satisfactions with nursing care,it can be seen that among the 32 patients in the study group:31 were very satisfied and basically satisfied,with a satisfaction rate of 96.87%.Among the 32 patients in the control group,28 were very satisfied and basically satisfied,with a satisfaction rate of 87.5%.The data of the two groups of patients are clearly comparable.Conclusion:Through community health management and nursing strategies,the satisfaction and treatment effect of elderly hypertensive patients can be improved,thereby contributing to the recovery of patients.Qize Zhong Wanling Chen 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,6:0

4High-Transconductance,Highly Elastic,Durable and Recyclable All-Polymer Electrochemical Transistors with 3D Micro-Engineered Interfaces显示文摘Organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs)have emerged as versatile platforms for broad applications spanning from flexible and wearable integrated circuits to biomedical monitoring to neuromorphic computing.A variety of materials and tailored micro/nanostructures have recently been developed to realized stretchable OECTs,however,a solid-state OECT with high elasticity has not been demonstrated to date.Herein,we present a general platform developed for the facile generation of highly elastic all-polymer OECTs with high transconductance(up to 12.7 mS),long-term mechanical and environmental durability,and sustainability.Rapid prototyping of these devices was achieved simply by transfer printing lithium bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide doped poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS/LiTFSI)microstructures onto a resilient gelatin-based gel electrolyte,in which both depletion-mode and enhancement-mode OECTs were produced using various active channels.Remarkably,the elaborate 3D architectures of the PEDOT:PSS were engineered,and an imprinted 3D-microstructured channel/electrolyte interface combined with wrinkled electrodes provided performance that was retained(>70%)through biaxial stretching of 100%strain and after 1000 repeated cycles of 80%strain.Furthermore,the anti-drying and degradable gelatin and the self-crosslinked PEDOT:PSS/LiTFSI jointly enabled stability during>4 months of storage and on-demand disposal and recycling.This work thus represents a straightforward approach towards high-performance stretchable organic electronics for wearable/implantable/neuromorphic/sustainable applications.Wenjin Wang Zhaoxian Li Mancheng Li Lvye Fang Fubin Chen Songjia Han Liuyuan Lan Junxin Chen Qize Chen Hongshang Wang Chuan Liu Yabin Yang Wan Yue Zhuang Xie 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,11:0
