1Deep Reinforcement Learning for IRS-Assisted UAV Covert Communications显示文摘Covert communications can hide the existence of a transmission from the transmitter to receiver.This paper considers an intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)assisted unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)covert communication system.It was inspired by the high-dimensional data processing and decisionmaking capabilities of the deep reinforcement learning(DRL)algorithm.In order to improve the covert communication performance,an UAV 3D trajectory and IRS phase optimization algorithm based on double deep Q network(TAP-DDQN)is proposed.The simulations show that TAP-DDQN can significantly improve the covert performance of the IRS-assisted UAV covert communication system,compared with benchmark solutions.Songjiao Bi Langtao Hu Quanjin Liu Jianlan Wu Rui Yang Lei Wu 2023China Communications2023,20,12:0

3Research on PM_(2.5) Concentration Model Based on MODIS Remote Sensing Retrieval显示文摘Aiming at the complex variation of haze and the influence of various factors,Xi'an is taken as the research area to study the qualitative and quantitative issues between aerosol optical depth(AOD)and haze before and after correction.Combining atmospheric water vapor content(PWV)and meteorological factor data,it is proposed to use'backward screening'method to carry out regression modeling and verification of the revised PM_(2.5) mass concentration,AOD,PWV and meteorological factors.The results show that the correlation between AOD and PM_(2.5) is significantly improved after vertical correction and humidity correction.From the model's decision coefficient R^(2) and the relative error of the estimated PM_(2.5) mass concentration,it can be seen that the estimation model of PM_(2.5) mass concentration based on multiple impact factors is better than the estimation model solely based on AOD.Quanjin LI Min MAO Guangting LIU Yawen SHAO 2023Meteorological and Environmental Research2023,14,5:0
